We recently had to use Grove Hill after the unexpected passing of my mother-in-law. My first contact was Alex. We had only heard that my MIL had a plot at GH, but we had no documentation to prove it. In speaking with Alex, he helped me to figure out that she did, in fact have a plot there. It was in her mother’s name, but Alex knew exactly what questions to ask to help me determine that there was a plot available and that she was the rightful heir to it. In the funeral home side of things, I dealt with Jody and Britney. Both were very sweet, caring and understanding throughout the entire information gathering and decision making processes. After speaking with Alex, I received a call from Rosie. Rosie was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Even though she was on the cemetery side, she gave me lots of advice for when it came time to deal with the funeral home side. Because of her advice, we were able to get a beautiful casket for my MIL that we were proud to bury her in. We also got a vault instead of the simple concrete liner, a $500 casket spray, the stationary (service programs, thank you cards, sign in book) memorial photo DVD, sterling silver necklace and pendant with MIL’s fingerprint, and a few other items. We got all of this for around $1,000 less than our original choices of a cheap looking, cloth lined casket, a $300 casket spray and a concrete liner… nothing else (well, except for the fees for transporting the body, embalming, etc.)So, because of her advice, we were able to send my MIL off with the style and dignity she was accustomed to. Rosie bent over backwards trying to help save us money. We knew that my MIL would be passing soon when we first contacted Grove Hill and Rosie did everything she could (without being pushy) to get us to come in before she passed so that we could get some discounts that you don’t get if you wait until after death. We thought we had at least a couple of weeks, so we put off meeting with her. Unfortunately, we were wrong about how much time we had left with her. She passed within a couple of days of my first contact with Grove Hill. So, we missed out on some savings which was completely our fault, but dealing with Rosie was like dealing with a family member. She continually put our needs and interests first. She even gave me her cell phone number and told me to contact her day or night, and even weekends if I needed anything. I honestly don’t know how Grove Hill functions without Rosie. Not that they did anything wrong, it was just that Rosie went out of her way to let us know that she was there for us 24/7, and that she wanted to help us save every cent possible while still getting high quality merchandise and services. I hope that I don’t have to handle anyone else’s final arrangements in the near future, but if I do, Rosie is the first person I will be calling.

I cannot say enough kind things about Grove Hill Funeral Home. My family has had a longtime relationship with them since they cared for my grandmother many years ago. My parents purchased their preneed with Grove Hill, who took wonderful care of my mother in March 2018. They were so lovely with my family both times that, when my son unexpectedly passed away a couple of months ago, I only trusted Grove Hill with him (in spite of my Fort Worth residence). When my wife and I set up our appointment to arrange my son’s memorial, Britney was absolutely wonderful. She thoroughly explained available options without making us feel pressured. She took a genuine interest in learning about my son and offered suggestions befitting and honoring him. She helped us to arrange a uniquely personal, upbeat, and beautiful celebration of his life. Britney kept the entire process transparent, informed us of what to expect, and always made herself available. She promptly returned my calls and answered my email queries. She closely collaborated with my longtime friend (who emceed my son’s memorial), happily and promptly making any adjustments I requested—even adding thoughtful and fitting details to further personalize my son’s memorial program. It wasn’t just Britney either. Everyone I met through Grove Hill (including Rnetta, Jody, Jackie, Mike, and Genesis) was not only professional, courteous, and respectful, but they were warm, generous, and caring. Everyone was just lovely. They also took great care with my numerous family and friends who celebrated my son’s life, treating all of us as if we were family. I cannot recommend or thank Grove Hill enough for all the love and care they extended my son and the numerous people (friends and family alike) who loved him.

Exemplary Service from Amanda Morton! Her commitement to excellence should be recoginezed and appretiated!!! I cannot say enough nice things on how she managed a very difficult customer experience - that was handed to her - into the best possible outcome! Amanda came in towards the end of a horrific experience created by one of her "coleagues". She stayed in frequent and consistent communication to provide status updates even when there was not any new information to provide. She was "always well informed of the status, process and next steps" and was always ready to provide updates. Amanda showed a level of compasion and sensitivity that immediately set my uneasyness at ease. She even went as far as to set a holiday wreath at my grandparents grave site once the headstone was set. This came as a heartfelt suprise especially at the holidays - above and beyond the call of service for sure! Any time I called her - she answered the phone by calling me out by name. NO ONE does this in today's times, but Amanda cares so much about what she does that a step like this to her is second nature!!! Amanda is a true team memeber and she deserves to be recognized for her above and beyond customer service in a very difficult situation. Truly blessed that she took over the account to see it over the finish line - bless you!!!! This is a follow up review that was left earlier today by PJ Shaw with regards to another colleague at Gove Hill "sh*tting the bed"! I felt the need to provide 2 seperate reviews in order to properly recognize Amandas incerdible customer service! Many Thanks and Many Blessings! Jason Shaw

Please be aware of the professional criminal operation taking place on the grounds of the Grove Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. While attending the funeral services and burial ceremony for the deceased this past Friday, two of our parties vehicles were broken into and burglarized while our friend was being memorialized and laid to rest during the actual burial ceremony. The robbery took place within fifteen minutes of parking our vehicles in the memorial park and within fifty yards of the burial site. The same cemetery staff workers who guided us to our parking spots literally stood within twenty yards of our vehicles before, during and after the robbery, and in the least did absolutely nothing to stop it and claim ignorance. Both vehicles had the rear drivers side windows silently blown out and personal property within the vehicles was stolen. Our vehicles were specifically targeted so be aware you are being surveilled while in and around the funeral home property and are nothing more than prey to the folks who are working on these grounds. Absolutely nothing will be done to protect you, your property or your loved ones while on the grounds of this establishment so take careful consideration before daring to do business with this place or attend a funeral or burial here. The staff will do nothing more than shrug their shoulders, say they are sorry, and acknowledge these activities are commonplace on the property. Truly a despicable, pathetically run business here preying on their own customers while they are grieving the loss of loved ones!

At the beginning everything was well after couple months they started to throw away my dad flowers arrangement we bought for him and i don’t know why “THE GUY’S “ who clean the cemetery discriminated because they always removed what we put on my dad grave but they don’t remove from other graves this has been going on for several months already. On Nov 02 it was Day of the dead we went and decorate my fathers grave that following Monday i went and removed everything from him i just left him the marigold pots and 2 flower base arrangements and another one with artificial flowers and this Saturday 11/12 that i went they had removed everything from him even the artificial flowers that where on YOUR REQUEST CEMETERY VASE which i don’t understand why they removed them along with a flag that has my fathers picture but couple graves down they left a flag with a ladies picture and couple more graves to the right there is a grave with BIG BLACK BUCKETS with flowers that are not being remove when ours are on the request ones and yet ours are being removed and there’s not. This issue has been addressed several times to Rosie and I have had 1 meeting with GM Todd. I went like a month or 2 to try to talk to him again left a notice with the receptionist at the door for him to call me to schedule an appointment and till this day i have not heard from him.

One of the most difficult things in my life was to lose my mom. Grove Hill Funeral Home ensured that every detail of my mom’s visitation and funeral were handled as I requested. The care and compassion of each and every employee i came in contact with provided my family and I comfort during our most difficult days. Mitchell, proved exemplary service in the planning as did Brittany during the funeral service. Dahlia, the front desk receptionist provided such kind and compassionate words to me during one of my difficult moments. The gentleman present during my mom’s visitation (do not remember name) proved the same kindness and attention as the others. My mom looked absolutely beautiful thanks to Grove Hill and I am so glad that I chose this funeral home. Grove Hill handled my dad’s funeral in November of 2015 with the same excellent care and compassion. I cannot thank everyone enough for the service provided and going above and beyond my expectations. The added touch of cookies and coffee was a nice gesture provided to all the visitors that came to mom’s visitation. The staff of Grove Hill, truly know the art of caring.

I have dozens of relatives buried at Grove Hill, dating back almost 100 years. My mom passed away in January and left no instructions whatsoever. We decided the right thing to do was bury her ashes with her father. But when I called Grove Hill, I was having trouble getting a call back. Until one day when Suneequa “Sunny” took my call. An hour later, we had everything finalized and I had peace of mind. This week I flew from California and today we had the service. It was so beautiful and peaceful. But the very best part was getting to know Sunny! I feel like she is now a member of our family. She is so professional and knowledgeable. Is full of heart and compassion. If there is anything she can possibly do for a grieving family, believe me, she will do it. Mary at the front desk is also an angel, R’Netta and Todd are also nice and accommodating. And Vidal is awesome too! He will be the person setting up the graveside service. He is also warm and professional and wonderful to work with. With Sunny taking care of the arrangements and Vidal there to handle the logistics, you can trust that you are in excellent hands.

Terry and Keith were truly amazing, my brother past away at young age of 24 and through this agonizing process they were nothing more than compassionate, caring, and patient with our family. They took the time to really understand what we wanted to do and how we wanted to respect him. They were available to speak to when we needed counseling and consoling. I handled all the affairs in my family, but even then the help of these two men made it extremely easy than it should’ve been. Our procession must’ve had included over 100 cars but the way they organized and managed everything made it seem like no trouble at all. I can’t thank these two men enough for their compassion they showed to our family. I couldn’t recommend anyone else if I wanted too. Their insight in the industry and all the advice they gave us made it easy to decide that we were going to work with them if you’re on the fence on where to go and what to do, I promise a conversation with them will steer you in the right direction. Thank you again guys.

Unfortunately, this is our first experience with a passing. It's definitely the hardest and emotional roller-coaster of feelings we've been through. The fact that I was able to call/text/email Rosie and/or Jody on the weekend also some nights and get a response... we immediately felt the compassion and understanding of what we are going through. Let me also mention that Rosie is bilingual in Spanish, which definitely made it easier for me, I greatly appreciated that she was able to translate the presentation (to my mom) and information at hand, while I was emotional. Also, a few days after my daddy return to this funeral home in his urn, these beautiful ladies gave my mom and myself time with my dad in a private room, before the inurnment takes place. They had him surrounded with an arrangement that was gorgeous and peaceful. It's truly something that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. We greatly appreciate absolutely everything!!

At one of the most difficult times in my life, I was VERY frustrated with the staff at Grove Hill when contacting them about my dad’s graveside service. The people I talked with seemed to be unknowledgeable and UNINTERESTED in trying to help me. Thankfully, I was finally connected with Rosie (Rosario Bibanco). Rosie was so attentive and comforting in each conversation we had. She would answer my questions or get the answers that we needed if she didn’t know the answer right away. Rosie has been a blessing to my family through this whole process. Rosie has continued to SERVE my family through the process of having a VA stone ordered, delivered, and set. If I were only reviewing Rosario Bibanco, my review would be 5+ stars! She is an amazing contact at Grove Hill. Thank you to Rosie!!

Jackie and Chanda are the most friendly, caring, and helpful people I’ve ever worked with. After loosing my father in February and then loosing my Mother unexpectedly last week, both of these women went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. When the surprise, quick storm wrecked through Dallas and left Grove Hill without electricity 30 minutes prior to my Mother’s visitation, they calmly made a plan to move our arrangements to another location. Everything was taking care of in a timely manner and went on as planned. Jackie knew I was overwhelmed being an only child and trying to handle all this business, and she graciously drove all the flowers and plants to my house after the service when she got off work. Grove Hill has truly made these hard times better to get through!

During the most difficult time for myself and my family with the passing of my mother, I was able to depend on Grove Hill Funeral Home to help guide me through the process to give my mother a beautiful service. My main contact was Britney who was the calm in my storm. She was so patient with my indecisions about almost everything, but with her expertise and gentle spirit, we were able to honor mom's life fully. Britney wanted to make sure that every detail was cared for in respect to my mother and the family. Becky was also helpful, supporting and comforting to the family. They put together a video presentation with music during the service that was special to us all. I highly recommend to any family dealing with the loss of a loved one to lean on Grove Hill for true support.

  • Monte Blanchett

I have to say – when it came time to select the grave marker – Candy Branch was the most helpful and the most caring person I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and executed as planned. With her vast knowledge and experience at our disposal, she helped me to explore the best option and assisted our family through the process to obtain the perfect marker. Furthermore, she gave be very reasonable installation date. Then she and the capable staff at Grove Hill Memorial Park were able to expertly install the marker before earlier that anticipated. My hat is off to her and all the caring people who work there. Now, my family is able to visit and enjoy our time remembering the wonderful life we shared with my wife, Vickie.

We visited Joe and Sunny at the Grove Hill Funeral Home recently to plan a funeral memorial for our loved ones. Joe’s and Sunny’s professionalism and expertise made the entire transition smooth. Sunny and Joe are very patient and extremely friendly. Sunny took the extra time to answer additional questions. Sunny and Joe are the people to go to for all your future funeral service needs. Please plan ahead for your loved ones and make an appointment soon. Avoid the stress and hassle. We didn’t realize how much time and effort one needs to put to plan a funeral memorial. We left Grove Hill Funeral Home with a tranquil walk of peace knowing the plan had been finalized, knowing we were taken care of and knowing our loved ones will one day be in good hands.

Communicating and pre-planning for death is never easy, but we are very pleased with the service and package we purchased to protect us, our children and grandchildren. Rosario is truly amazing, extremely professional, very informative, and the most thorough regarding the services and details when purchasing with Grove Hill Funeral Home. We are very appreciative for her efforts and the price package we obtained. Finalizing our details and working directly with Rosario, we are certainly at peace of mind knowing we are facilitated and all things are executed accordingly to our needs and future plans. Thank you very much Grove Hill Funeral Home and Rosario for an absolute pleasant experience and we highly recommend anyone to work with both for life preparations!

My Grandfather recently passed an my Mother couldn’t think of any other place then Grove Hill to be his final resting place along side his son. We had a bit of a rough start but with the amazing work of Terry & Rosie we quickly had the hiccup taken care of. Rosie went above & beyond to help us she made us feel like family! We are so grateful to both Terry & Rosie for making my Welo’s services everything my Mom wanted. Everyone who helped us along the way were so helpful, patient and understanding during this difficult time. I can’t thank the Grove Hill staff enough for all the love, kindness, patience and help they gave us during this whole process. I highly recommend letting Grove Hill tend to your loved one’s final resting spot and memorial services.

  • Tony Gurke

My mother recently passed and the good people at Grove Hill helped me and my brothers so much. Britney and Rosie helped us pick out catering for the visitation, a beautiful urn, and recommended a church for Mass that my mother would have loved. We were able to add a few touches of our own to the food and decor for the visitation, as well. They put together a playlist and slideshow with all the music and pictures we provided. Becky, Krystal, and Dee helped us with the visitation and did a wonderful job. Jackie and Todd were there to help at the church the next morning and were amazing. Thank you so much to Rnetta and Todd for having such a great staff. Thank you to everyone that helped our family pay respects to our ma.

I can't say enough great things about Grove Hill and the wonderful services they have provided for our family. We lost our dad in 2018 and our mom just 3 weeks ago. Grove Hill Handled the burial and service for our dad and cremation for our mom. The care, support and love they showed was genuine, professional and just what our family needed to get through it all. In particular, I'd like to thank Rosario (Rosie) Bibanco, Jody Gurke and Tiffany Brown. These ladies scooped us up and took care of us at our weakest moments. They showed so much patience with us while we made the hard decisions and genuinely cared about our feelings, even though they deal with this every day. Thank you, thank you, thank you. <3

I have an extended experience with Grove Hill dating all the way back to the 1992 I have a lot of love ones payed to rest at this location very professional during the loss of my brother This year was one of the hardest time I had to go through but this one particular person who goes by Victoria help me along the process she is very professional, very caring and I truly feel there should be more people like her working in the funeral home service she meet all my standard. Rosie Bibanco, Jody Gurke, and Amanda are caring, compassionate, responsive, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and everything that you want from funeral professionals when facing one of the hardest times in your life. Burying my identical twin is one of if not the hardest personal tragedy that I have faced in my life. The professionals at Grove Hill have made this situation more manageable. Their position when asked “can I do this?” Is not to say “no” but “let us figure it out for you.” Thank you, on behalf of me, my family, and his friends, for allowing us to give him the send off that we truly wanted to give him. God bless you all!!

  • Michelle Chow

Wonderful experience with Grove Hill Funeral Home. While our main contacts are Candy and Jody, it is the entire Grove Hill team that provide outstanding professionalism and service for our family. Candy and all those that helped with the purchase of our family plot, the team member who picked up my husband, sister funeral home Gonzalez Funeral home for the cremation, and all the details and especially the PAPERWORK process was lead by Jody. Seamless, easy-to-understand, timely and relevant updates, and amazingly tasteful and high quality service. Note to self: write my final directives: to be taken care of by Grove Hill!!!

  • Kristin Fenstermacher

My father died on 03/02/2023 and was buried at Grove Hill on 3/8/2023 to this day there is not marker on his grave. My mom went to Grove Hill to try to get a temporary stone and she was told it was never ordered. There are documents to show that they did order it not to mention the amount of money my mom spent . This was so hurtful that they did not take the time to finish the arrangements. With tears my mom cried to me because it was like the day all over again we lost him. There has got to be checks and balances I am just so upset if I called them right now I would lose it so I would rather leave a bad review here.

  • Kelly Guerra

We couldn't have asked for a better team to be there for my family and help in the organization of my dad's funeral than Jody, Candy and Judy. They all were super supportive, said the right thing, went above and beyond if we were not satisfied with something, and made everything just perfect to honor my dad. I highly recommend Grove Hill if you are considering planning a funeral or end up like us where nothing was planned. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and have so much history, and are kept up weekly. Thanks again to the team at Grove Hill for making a very difficult and sad situation a little less stressful.

  • Rita Cazares

I already have my brother buried at Grove Hill but this was my first time we used their full service and burial for my dad. They were so helpful going thru the whole process of arrangements, setting time and date and the catering without any pressure. Everyone that was involved especially Jackie, Matt and Amanda did a wonderful job in getting all finalized from start to end and made the process less overwhelming in our time of need. They were so friendly and respectful as what we wanted. I highly recommend Grove Hill Funeral. Excellent service and great communication thru the whole process. Thank you so much.

  • John Gurke Percussion Studio

I wanted to extend a very special "thank you" and an infinite amount of gratitude to Grove Hill, especially, the wonderful people who took such good care of my family, with the passing of our beloved mother. In our darkest moment of grief, they walked my brothers and I through the entire process, as if it was their own family member. THANK YOU, Britney, Rosie, Jackie, R'netta, Todd, Krystal, Becky and Gilbert. You were amazing and you would have made our mother extremely happy with the way you took care of her last wishes and provided an atmosphere of love and kindness. With endless appreciation, John Gurke

I cannot express fully enough how wonderful Rosie was to work with at one of the saddest moments in our lives — the death of our beautiful, strong, amazing mama. She is one of the most caring, compassionate people I have ever met. The entire team — Rosie B, Jody, Tiffany, Val J — were amazing throughout the entire process, helping us and warmly walking us step by step at a time we could barely think. Grove Hill also worked with us when our daddy passed in 2018; always considerate, professional, respectful, and so empathetic. You will be in amazing hands with this group.

  • Joanne Bondy

Victoria was very professional with the details, communication, and paperwork. She handled the difficult time efficiently and with sincere care. Britney followed up with the rest of the process in the same wonderful way. She communicated the details that I needed rushed and followed through on taking care of my needs. No stress. Grove Hill was kind and caring in every way, from the receptionist to the 2 gentlemen who took care of my Mom’s pick up. Comfortable environment with details that made me feel like I had known the staff forever. Thank You All!

  • Amy Woodard

Our family has been using Grove Hill Funeral Home for decades. Most of our family is buried here and they have done all our funerals. Our family was given exceptional care by Grove Hill's director, Jacquelyn Farmer, upon the death of my dad. She went above and beyond to assist me and our entire family with designing the order of the service, which also included some my dads art work, as well as a reception afterwards. Jacquelyn has a special gift for connecting with people and families. She was literally Heaven sent to us! Thank you so much!

  • David Gaigalas Sr.

My husband and I went to Grove Hill Funeral home to purchase pre-need funeral plans for the two of us. Rosie Bibanco was the representative who helped us. She was very professional and did not use high pressure techniques to influence us to purchase any particular plan that was offered by Grove Hill. She gave us a video presentation along with hard copies to look at. We were allowed ttime to study each and choose the plan that fit our needs. We would recommend her to help anyone that was in need of an immediate or a pre-need funeral plan.

  • Nayeli Martinez

I would like to thank everyone involved with helping my family through this process. You'll have some of the kindest and most professional people working there. Jackie was totally amazing. She went out of her way to make sure everything was done, the way we wanted it, from beginning to end and she even delivered the flowers to our house. Her patience was unending and I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else. Thank you so much to EVERYONE at Grove Hill. You'll exceeded my expectations!!!

  • K. Fowler

Losing a parent is a painful experience for anyone, but with the wonderful staff at Grove Hill Funeral Home they were very compassionate, caring, and attentive to all of my family needs. They explained the cost and details of the process so that my family knew that our mother was taken very good care of with all the final details. We are very pleased with there quality of service and professionalism. Thank you Jackie and Britney for all that you and the staff do to make losing a love one a little easier.

  • Robert Cowan

It could not have been worse timing for us and Grove Hill. Our mother passed during the covid issue but also during the massive, freezing snowstorm in February. Grove Hill lost their facility because of broken water pipes. However, they stepped up and took care of us offering another facility. Thankfully the weather turned nice and we were able to have a wonderful service at the gravesite. Rachel and Patricia were outstanding in helping us and meeting our needs. We could not have had a better experience.

  • Georgianna Connell

Thank you for all the support and gentleness. Your services are superior and have made a lasting impression. From the men that picked up mom from her house that were so sympathetic and gracious to the calls weeks later. Shout out to Chanda and Jacquie who were so graceful and made me feel like I was talking to friends. The funeral, burial and attention was so great that now my whole family wants to be buried there and attended by you. It was a pleasant experience at the worst time of my life. Thank you!

  • Maria Carrillo

Britney went above and beyond to make our experience with losing our loved one less stressful. She was very helpful and patient with any question I had. She helped with a couple of issues that our Family had. Kendel was also very attentive the day of the funeral. He was very professional. Everything came out better than expected. From the flowers to the portrait. And the portrait!! It is so beautiful. I was blown away with it! I just want to thank them and the staff of Grove Hill for all their help .

  • Veronica Chavez

I am beside myself on the professionalism and care that Jody and Carla took with my family. Jody's communication skills exceeded my expectations. She always had a timely response and made sure she followed through on ALL requests. Her level of care and attention to detail ensured there was transparency throughout the entire process. It was a difficult task planning this funeral but she made the process smooth. Thank you Jody for everything you did for our family, I will forever be grateful.

  • Don Livesay

From the time of Moms passing to the graveside service, the response from Grove Hill Funeral Home was caring and professional. During the planning meeting with our funeral director Jackie, was compassionate and understanding. Mom was a lover of flowers. As a final way of honoring her, we decided any in attendance should wear Hawaiian shirts, or shirts with floral patterns. Jackie, on the day of the service, wore a floral print shirt rather than the more sedate attire.

  • Gilda Bartlett

I have buried my Mother. my brother and we just buried my brother's son which is Glen Jr. Grove Hill has been amazing. Rosie Bibanco has been very step of the way with me thru all the laying to rest of my mom, brother, and nephew. Rosie, Terry, Val and Keith showed so much caring and compassion in our needs for the funerals. Making sure we did what we wanted and even dealt with last minute changes. You almost fell like they are family they are so warm and giving

  • Ginger Black

Amanda, Rene and Brittany made this ordeal alot easier. I was very lucky they were there, if not I would have not been able to go thru this funeral for my aunt. Amanda and Rene bought me a special plant the day of my aunts service. Amanda and I actually went to have coffee on a Saturday really missing Rene and Brittany. The compassion Amanda has for the the ones grieving is incredible!! She is a very inspiring person as well! I would highly recommend Grove Hill!

  • Rickie Kule

The staff was extremely professional and understanding. Making arrangements is a difficult situation and they answered all questions thoroughly. We had total faith in their ability to help us thru the process. From the first meeting until the gravesite service, it was the smoothest process and they were there for ALL (our many) questions! They always responded quickly and made our decision process much easier. Thank you for everything you did for our family!

  • Rosario Ochoa

Rosie and Terry did an awesome job with my father’s services everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t forget anything, making it a beautiful service. Rosie made us feel like family, calling to check on us to see if we needed anything or to just talk. It is because of kind hearted people like them that Grove Hill has such great customer service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks for your services.

  • Maritza Obando

I'd never thought to be in a situation to burry my brother at such a young age but he guided us to this funeral home and brought Ms Rosie into our life's! She helped us so much in such a difficult time, I will always recommend this place to everyone! Ms Rosie made us feel like family and I will always be thankful for her! I know my brother is in a better place and I feel comfortable knowing he's also being taken care of by the staff at Grove hill!

  • Kim W

Just buried my Mother at Grove Hill Cemetery. Britney and Chanda made everything a smooth process. Felt like they were part of our family. It’s hard to think straight in the midst of mourning, but they answered all my questions. Had an outline of how everything would go, and choreographed the service with our friend and Pastor. Thank you for being there for my family and for making the whole experience (if it’s not weird for me to say), pleasant.

Multiple generations of my family are buried at Grove Hill. Recently I had an issue with not being able to remove the vase from the headstone to place flowers. I reported the problem on my way out at the office. Rosie took the report and said she would have maintenance check it out and email me when fixed. Within a couple of days I received an email with a picture of the vase. Rosie was very professional, pleasant and responsive. Thank you.

This has been a very difficult experience for my family, the passing of our father. Without the help of Grove Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, this would have been a lot more harder to make the decisions we made, the personnel went over and beyond to meet all of our needs. I want to give a special thank you to Rosi, Rosi was and is an exceptional person walking us through every single detail to make all this memorable.
