I travel across the UK with my line of work and visit many petrol stations Holloway Head Service Station is a place I have and will continue to always stop over for Refuel . Since the first time I discovered the place, the standards of staff always been very high! Having experience in the Hospitality Sector its the little things which also matters to me. This Fuel Station have all those things we need on daily basis, and I would highly recommend for all... If your passing in for a quick Refuel Family meal or Using laundry ! I have been traveling back and forth to Holloway Head and on every time the level of service has been consistent, Also a special shout to Sherry for looking after us each time! I wish the guys many luck in the future :) Idi

Went there this evening to use the self serve launderette. The area Infront of the machines was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Makes you wander how clean the machines are. Obviously at the moment, cleanliness is especially important and I think this lack of cleanliness isn't good enough. I don't know whether the owner of the machines or the petrol station owner is responsible, so I have contacted photo me also (the owners of the machine). I know it's a self serve facility and it's outdoors, so it's not going to be gleaming clean, but regular checks should still be done, so it doesn't end up like this. They also serve food inside the petrol station, so hopefully their food hygiene isn't as bad.

It was my first time here, after recemtly returning from a trip to the USA, the men who work at the shop quickled picked up that I needed help, with little hesitation, not only did they efficently solve all of my queries, they also physically helped me with some of the tasks that I was unable to do myself, such as inflating the tyres. There was a real communal spirit and family vibe that resonated from this place, an absolutely excellent resource and credit to the area, a definite must stop for anyone within close proximity.

This place is robber man,,i had a 1.5 petrol car 2019 and it took 70£ to fill up a full tank ‍♂️ which actually it takes only 45 paund a full tank. They does this only on petrol as they can rip u off easy on petrol becouse petrol cars can take air in and still engine goes on without problem.its discustting and whe i told the guy on till he put his head down as he couldn speak at all.stop fuel your car there specialy if u have a petrol car becouse mot of the time goes air on tank then petrol..old trick but they does this.

I run a furniture business and the battery in the van that my installers were in had run flat and the van wouldn't start. I phone this garage, as it was the nearest, to see if they sold jump leads. The chap I spoke to very kindly said he would come and help jump start the van. He was with my guys within 15 mins and helped them get the van started. Such a kind gesture from a complete stranger. It restores your faith in humanity. Thank you so much.

They are thieves the shop guys running premier shop. Don't use there dirty toilets which they charge you for toilet 0.50p and you end up locking yourself in toilet and no one will bother to open it as they have button system as you are done in toilet press the button and they will open it from inside .

The newly opened Gas Station often suffers from illegal robbery at night, so they plan to obtain security services and alarms from Taybar Security - Birmingham Office - Key holding and Alarm Response - Security Guard Services on Bizspace Business Park, Kings Rd to maintain security.

Forecourt here is covered in litter, but then so is most of Birmingham. Fuel is expensive at £1.37 p/l unleaded. Toilets say out of order, but I saw someone come out of it..Don't use the vacuum as it doesn't work either!!! They have a Bitcoin ATM inside though.

Have to say one the best services I have ever been to I got my car washed , topped up on fuel, had something to eat and got a fresh trim. Kudos to the guy who thought of having all these services in one spot. Bang on

Very friendly with excellent customer service, if only all petrol stations were like this! Definitely coming back soon but only next time il have more time and a few more friends with me to share in the experience.

Asked for a bottle of vodka which was 35 £ the price on the bottle + 1 Coca Cola , he asked me 48 £, I knew what is doing so asked my receipt , he pretended to put that in the bag and he never did .... …

I go to the dessert shop every saturday, the man who serves me makes a lovely cookie dough and ice cream which i have told my friends to try. Love it and its great because its just up the road from me. 10/10

Visit this location for EV charging. Easy to get car near the chargers and very close to major roads in and out of Birmingham city centre. Uses ESB network and accepts contactless and membership cards.

Very good car wash outside and in (including a vacuum cleaning) paying attention to detail and being very thorough for a tenner or just a wash for a fiver - I will definitely be going back!

There is one car washing company behind ESSO。They are good in services and wash my car manually and tires in 6 pound。I was very satisfied with their car washing service。

Very strange and probably very dodgy(at the very least to HMCR) - they do not accept card just cash. That's rights, a petrol station in the 21c which only takes cash....

Nice outdoor 24/7 laundry. Has one large washer, one small washer and one dryer. Pay with cash or contactless. Bring your own detergent.

Good petrol garage. Fuel abit on expensive side but great array of slush/milkshake/ice cream machines.
