Security has abad attitude and can’t be polite to address any issue. The style of the clothing is like visiting a graveyard to find new style clothing, I truly don’t understand why people like this brand, I hated the place, the style, and the attitude of security, the sports store right next to it was way cooler.

It has pretty much similar stuff to what you get in the UK stores of the same brand but a lot more floors so therefore a lot more choice. Just browsed around, but didn't really buy anything. It's also probably best to come here when you're not tired from walking around Times Square all day beforehand.

This store looks impeccable, and has so many more options compared to other local H&Ms I've been to in the suburbs. There were lots of staff around to help if needed and things were easy to find but it didnt feel claustrophobic like some other stores I've been to.
