I want to start by saying I love the new order on line and pick up in store! Especially for this Old Navy. There is always a line, always busy. Easily accessible fitting room to try on able to find sizes. Just always a crowd and a wait time with not always the right amount of employees staffed to support the crowd.

As always, Old Navy has great prices for the family. T-shirts, pants, slippers and tote bags, they just about have it all. This store is organized very well and well maintained. Check out line are usually long depending on different factors, but hey, can't blame them for having great deals most of the time.

Almost had an amazing experience, but this one staff refused to give me the clearance price as listed because she said it was too low and that it was a mistake! She proceeded by going online to find "a price"and changed the marked down higher than the clearance price. Off course I left the item.

I went on a Friday early in the afternoon so it was an ideal time to shop. Everything was in order and there was a short line for the cashier. The cashier was friendly, efficient and very nice. That's why I rated my shopping experience with 5 stars. She was the cherry on top for a shopping day!

The store was well stocked, staff was helpful. Great bargains and sales, sometimes the lines are long but move fairly decent. Good lighting and usually clean. Shop here often, knowledgeable staff helps you take advantage of all promotions which turns you into a loyal customer...LOL

This was a good experience for the most part. I went midweek. The clearance rack was too full to properly look through, but that's the regular thing I suppose. Checkout was too long though. My takeaway is whether weekend or weekday be prepared to spend some time in this store.

They do have very cute casual clothes for the entire family. So that's a plus. The store is usually neatly organized until customers get in there. Only issue I have is that they don't sell clothing for tall women in the store. Gotta shop online for that and pay shipping fee.

The only reason why I gave 2 stars was because the variety was great! But the line was ridiculous! Especially the manager; if your in that position, you need to know how to step up to the plate when necessary....thinking twice about coming here on my next shopping trip...

I loved shopping there but like always could not find my size for trousers jeans or similar. While in the trial room I was stuck but thanks to the lady working there I was able to get out. Nice and friendly stuff but barely any nearby to ask for help

How did this store get 3.7. Its rigged. I gave it 1 star just so I can write this review. Everytime I come in this store you cant find a sales associate for help. When you do the attitude you receive is not worth the wait on line. Speaking

Clean, spacious environment. Staff is friendly when you can find them, check by fitting rooms. Fitting room floor surfaces could use a refresh, but not the worst I've seen, wear socks. Checkout was fairly fast and efficient.

I love buying kids clothing at old navy. Very cute, especially for the summer time! This store is pretty good, friendly staff and clean. But I’ve always went early mornings when it’s nice and empty. More peaceful that way.

15 years ago Old Navy was exciting and trendy. I have probably outgrown their style because I can't find anything pleasing... And the prices these days are exorbitant. I only go here now for school uniforms for kids.

I bought online and picked-up the merchandise at the store it was so practical I didn't even had to make a line. As soon as I got into the store my order was ready. Excellent choice, especially in this busy season.

Clothing for big girls was Very limited. For Old Navy quality of clothing the prices were ridiculous high. The quality is not worth the prices. Wasted shopping time.

The store was moderately busy at 8pm Wednesday. The selection for boys 8-20 was good. The associates at checkout were pleasant, courteous and friendly.
