I went there today to see if I could try on a few different watches. The main watch I wanted to try on wasn't even shown on display, it was missing and nobody thought to replace it. The other watch wasn't even featured, and when I asked the employee to check if they had the watch in stock, they said they had none. I did make sure to check in store stock before visiting, and I was disappointed that I couldn't try any of the watches that I was interested in buying. I don't think this company is that serious anymore, because nobody thought to ask me what I was looking for, when I was browsing the watch displays. Edit on 01/12/23: I have downgraded the rating to 1 star, because I did visit this exact same store for a second time a few months later from my first visit, and once again the staff failed to act professionally. The store was empty when I went inside, and instead of being welcomed in, the staff were more interested in talking about their personal lives, with no shame whatsoever with how a customer would perceive their behaviour. I do not expect this store to improve in the foreseeable future, because they are not bothered to make essential changes.

My experience at H. Samuels in Hounslow has been amazing! A huge thank you to Penny (manager) and Becky (assistant manager) for their patience and helping me with my bespoke wedding rings. These ladies went above and beyond to help me with something all other jewellers said was impossible. I cannot thank them enough! I know Hounslow high street is closing a lot of shops in January and I sincerely hope H. Samuels isn't one of them. It's a trusted name that has been around for years and with experienced staff like Penny and Becky it would be hard to match the service they provide anywhere else!

I have been to many jewelry shops and none have been so friendly as the staff in this shop.They are extremly helpful and patient in waiting for you to decide .They also give you idaes and advice on pieces of jewelry.They ate very welcoming and friendly .It was a pleasure buying from them tjis is my 2nd visit abd i will be returning again .I definetely recommend this shop .

Very bad! Went there 2 days ago. This girl wearing hijab looked like she is always on her phone and unhelpful. I don’t understand how in customer service environment we should ask help when the staff see customers coming in and choose to be in their phone instead of greeting them with a smile.

The staff here are amazing and always willing to help. I often go here to get things, and they have always looked after me. The manager Penny is super helpful, but also, I have had Becky and Aneesa look after me too. Great place to get quality goods and quality service at a great price.

Nice quality wedding rings for reasonable price. Good service. Very capable people. Good customer service. They should change the ring size chart samples as it's hard to get the right ring for you. I am sorry for the employees they have to deal with that. On the daily basis.

It's not as big as other branches, hence lesser choice available. But I believe that wouldn't matter if you choose something online you can buy it there. It was understaffed the day I visited, so they kept hushing us to finish as they would close earlier than usual.

I purchased citizen eco drive from H.Samuel Hounslow store. Just wanted to share my experience at the store Naz & Sannaodin were extremely helpful. They were very patient and helpful to shortlist and finalize my purchase. Highly recommend to shop at this store.

Nice shop for fine gold, silver and diamond jewellery and decoration items. Most of the times they have good offers going on. I have bought quite a lot of times from here for myself and also for gifting. Good customer service as well. This

Nice store based on Treaty Centre property. Access from the Treaty Centre and High Street. Staff in here are very honest, knowledgeable and friendly.
