We were very thankful that we could get Leigh and Julian to come out on the same day and they both were brilliant at explaining what the problem was and how it ‘was fixed’ They also offered to do a house report which Leigh did then took us around to show us what he found and what needed doing leaving a fully hand written report (Julian sent us an emailed version as well) and quote, which is extremely helpful so we know what to look out for, plus what the quote is to fix it. Including the call out fee for each individual item if we wanted to spread the jobs out. Just a suggestion; whilst Julian left his business card, I would suggest that the hand written report include your business details and phone number on it. As a lot of older clients will keep the paper form handy - they may not always print out the emailed version? Or indeed know how long ago the email was sent to try finding it again? Only a thought I had. Your receptionist was great and very helpful to talk to, but we did have phone reception issues and had to ask her to repeat herself at times. Which she was happy to do.

We were unfortunate enough to realise we had a leaking pipe underneath our cement driveway. Due to positive reviews on a local notice board we contacted h2pro. Julian arrived at our house the next business day and he was just the absolute loveliest and friendliest plumber you can imagine. He inspected the leak and very honestly talked me through the various scenarios of what the repair may involve. He was really transparent about investigation rates etc which I really appreciated. Once he started digging he realised that our burst was actually the best case scenario which I was so so happy about. He only needed to cut out a small part of the driveway. He then also gave us the option for my Partner to actually reinstate the drive way ourselves to save $350, we’re very time poor so we asked Julian to do this anyway, but I really appreciated that he offered this, they are clearly not a money hungry company who have their customer’s best interests at heart. He did a beautiful repair and I felt so relieved and I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Julian ☺️

I will recommend H2Pro and Nathan without second thought. We had too low water pressure issue at home from last 1.5 years I.e from the day we moved. I did try with couple of plumbers before H2Pro but never convinced to go ahead with fix as they would immediately come to conclusion to dig backyard to replace corroded pipes with copper ones when nobody knows where the water pipe is laid underground. Nathan upon arrival explained the investigation steps and how far he can go. Also, other alternatives if root cause is not found. It took around 3 hours to fix but looking at his approach to the problem, within first 20 mins I knew he is going to fix this. At the end pressure was fixed without digging an inch. It was really not an easy job to identify the issue in a 40+ year old house. Very grateful to Nathan for this. We are very happy with the final outcome. Thanks

I have used this business over quite a few years and every plumbing matter from new taps, drains, blockages etc. The quality of the work and professional manner, the clear price structure and on time arrival all go towards an excellent experience. So many bad stories get the press that few of the good great experiences get talked about so here I am to say USE them. ... The team replaced my old indoor gas hot water storage system with a new instant system. They were thorough in explaining to me the work scope and discussing the pros and cons of different options. It rained all day but they still got the job done in the one day to make sure I had hot water that evening. The quality of work was also fantastic. Importantly, I was emailed the compliance certificates quickly by H2pro and also the electrician they introduced. The only room for improvement is if the team could get explain verbally upfront the attendance fee on top of the call out fee if they were to spend longer scoping out the quote, i.e. a higher fee for quoting. But the actual final price was fine.

Called for a plumber to have a look at our hot water service and had Julien come out that same afternoon. Julien was fantastic to deal with; very clear and thorough. As part of the first call out service he conducted a full review inside and outside the property, and provided a useful report and price guide - there was no pressure to make the fixes. His counsel on what was the most urgent was honest and fair. All work was carried out to a very high standard. The one time they were going to be late, they phoned well in advance, apologised and confirmed that I wasn't going to be inconvenienced. The people are friendly, they leave the area clean and tidy, and explain what they have done, what needs to be done in the future, and what we can do to help make sure there's fewer problems. Following them on FaceBook means lots of tips of what to watch out for so a little problem doesn't become a catastrophe - which is a huge bonus!

I recently read that H2Pro now service Ducted gas heaters so I sent them a message to book in. They responded straight away and gave me a suitable timeslot within the week. Their serviceman Leigh was really great. He was on time, friendly and professional. He serviced and cleaned my heater then did some safety tests on the ducts. Leigh explained everything clearly and even gave me a few tips to maximise my thermostat use. Going into winter I now feel at ease that my system is safe, reliable and efficient. Highly recommend!

Showed us what happened with the S pipe seal and was as suspected to be the root cause of the toilet problem we had. Had it done on same day and now it’s all good. We had the pleasure of having Leigh arrive exactly on time to fix our ducted heater. Leigh took videos of the problem and showed them to us. Then quoted on the cost of the job so that we knew the price before works commenced. Leigh then took further videos and showed us once the problem had been fixed. We used H2Pro Plumbing to complete our in home kitchen renovations. They installed our gas kitchen appliances, new kitchen sink and faucet. Contacted H2pro because our hot water unit had issues and being an old unit we assumed a replacement was needed. Tony came to see us the afternoon we put the inquiry in and walked us through the problem, and managed to give us our options of repair vs replacement. Easily could’ve upsold to a more expensive option but didn’t, just gave us the advice. Repair was done within 24 hours with no fuss, at a fair + reasonable price. What an incredible team! After accidentally piercing our mains pipe on Boxing Day, we knew we needed a plumber. Julien was prompt in getting back to me, incredibly quick and professional. He fixed the problem in less than an hour after arriving, and even made sure to release any air traps after the water turned back on. Nathan provided the plumbing services for our kitchen and laundry renovation recently.
