Went for a root touch up. Nearly FOUR hours later I left without him styling my hair because the hairstylist helped other clients who came in after me first and made me wait for 20 to 30 minutes at a time - unprofessional and no respect! The worst is that my son paid for my hair as a birthday gift, you can imagine his disappointment. The hair stylist ruined it. The ladies washing hair are great. Be careful who you choose to do your hair. Never going back there.

I went for a haircut and the hairdresser wet my hair before he was suppose to cut it. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for someone to assist me with my hair while he was running around doing other people's hair. Absolutely disgraceful. Asked to dry my hair and left.
