I spent along time searching for the right nail art for a wedding I was attending. I spent time communicating this and also providing different options to make sure Miss Moo could advise on what was possible. After arriving I found out there was no emerald green available which was the colour of the nails I had sent and would have matched 3 of my 4 outfits for the wedding. I then asked the nail tech for guidance as to what nail art could be done with the gold and she told me to search the Internet. Zero guidance, advise or options on what design options could be done. Left with a plain set of nails and very disappointed. This was mentioned to them and no response was received.

Went in to get my nails done for my birthday. Did not get the service many people are posting about. When booking I sent pics with a French tip so Naturally I assumed that the booking made included tips. When I got there I was refused this by Skylar. Who claimed that my appointment was to be done on natural nails. I had to then change to something else. But most of them could not be done. Eventually I suggested she freehand draw a daisy after trying minimum 4 times. The reception by the nail tech that I had was not great. Did not seem friendly. Disappointed and would not support them again.

Not very accommodating with regards to a gift voucher, have been in contact throughout week and eventually was blue ticked by them Spoke to the manager who didn't give us a chance to talk and actually spoke down to myself and my mother Like we we kids. When we left the manager and her staff laughed at us Great way to mentor your staff to treat customers Miss Moo please state where on the voucher does it say no refunds
