I had booked a g wagon for my daughters formal last month and had already paid in advance for an all day hire service and was guaranteed the car was booked out to us that day. When we had arrived for pickup we were told that the cat we have booked had not been returned from its last hire and they weren’t sure it should turn up in the next hour or so, so we decided to wait and times goes by we find out that the recent customers have not been answering calls from halo rental employees and had no way of getting in touch with them, mind you we had been told for a 10:30 pickup and waited all day long sitting around for the cars arrival that did not turn up at all! at this point my husband was getting frustrated that our daughter was not going to have a formal ride, we were told by the worker to go home and they will drive out the g wagon to us by 3;30 latest. We said to the worker no sorry we’re not leaving until we’re sure we can get the g wagon Mercedes or another car you can offer because we already paid for it and booked it, the last thing we want is leaving Brisbane and going back home and no one turning up with a car at all. Hours go by and we are still there waiting and going into 2pm now we understand that it was a busy day for everyone and workers were doing trips for formal that night but it felt as if we were sitting there the whole day and with no help from workers to try and push for the g wagon to get back or find a similar car, unfortunately as most were booked we were trying to reach out to other places aswell for a spare luxury car that’s available for that night. Finally someone had come up to us and they had no other option but to provide the only cat left which was a Lamborghini newest version. Thankful we were able to get a Lamborghini newest version for our daughter that night and was a more luxurious car hehe, but was still very disappointed in the service and customer before us who had not returned that car she originally wanted. If you are reading this please don’t be that customer who doesn’t return hired things or you’ll leave the next customer being frustrated or even angry

Today for our grandson's 18th birthday we treated him to an hour's joy ride in a Lamborghini, a vehicle he has been passionate about for many years. On arrival we found out he'd been upgraded to an Aventador, his very favourite model. The staff were brilliant showing him other cars and allowing him to sit in them. The drive through the city and up to Mt Coot tha was such a thrill for him and the photos the staff and his driver took are amazing. Friendly staff from beginning to end. Brilliant range of vehicles. Superbly presented vehicles. I really spoilt myself by hiring one of their cars, and Halo spoilt me through their effortless process. One thing I regretted was not having the experience to get the most out of the Audi A3 S series convertible which in no way reflects on Halo. The team at Halo were fantastic. I rented a C63 over the Easter long weekend, not only did they get me a car with less than 24 hours notice, but were able to facilitate pickup and drop off on Good Friday and Easter Sunday. The car itself presented as new and created endless smiles for the long weekend. Thanks again to the team at Halo, I’ll be back and will be recommending to others in the future.

Hands down amazing!! We got them to pick our 12 year old son up on his last day of primary school in front of all his school mates as a surprise for smashing out his last year of primary.
