I cannot say enough good things about this florist! I was looking for a florist in Vancouver to deliver a floral arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. I found this florist online, and was thoroughly impressed by the designs that I saw on their very helpful website, especially the Japanese designs. They were absolutely beautiful! However, there were very few online reviews, but I decided to take a chance and order there because of their unique and exquisite designs. I spoke with the owner, who was very patient and helpful, and the floral arrangement was delivered right on time. When my mom received it, she was very, very happy! It was even more beautiful than I had expected - the flowers were fresh and exotic, and the design was very unique and upscale. I am going to be using this florist again and again in future! There is absolutely no need to use a chain florist with generic designs any more. Judging by how few reviews there are online, and yet how outstanding they are, I must say that this has to be one of the best kept secrets in Vancouver :-)

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law for International Womens Day. The experience was very easy. Online ordering easy to navigate. Great pictures of many, many options. A follow up email was sent to me immediately confirming order and what I wanted on the card. They were delivered at a very reasonable cost. On time. But most importantly they were beautiful flowers and she loved them ! Highly recommend this place.

How does 5 5-star reviews (at least one of which, "a google user", was probably the proprietor) and 10 1-star reviews equal a 3 1/2 star rating? The mean is 2 stars. The median is 1 star. The mode is 1 star. And the reality? Zero stars. Because that's what all those 1-star reviews would be if they were allowed to be honest. Hate is ugly, and stinks, no matter how many flowers you try to cover it with.

Order was delivered on time. I appreciated receiving a text message confirming that the flowers had been delivered and who had received them. Saves me the hassle of having to login to check on the status of my order. Flowers were lovely and the recipient is very pleased!

Every time my wife comes home with arrangements given to take home from parties and events I'm always amazed at their work. There is always a clean Japanese touch to everything the do. The also did an amazing job for our wedding!
