Omar and Gerardo did an incredible job! I really wanted them to focus on my seats so I purchased the Seat Shampooing option for only $80!!! They took their time (almost 2 hours) and literally made my seats look brand new! There are a few minor spots left that I neglected for YEARS so i’m not surprised they didn’t totally come out but honestly it looks amazing. They don’t look the same at all! I didn’t get the chance to talk to Gerardo but Omar was incredibly friendly and joyful. They were very careful with my car and they wiped down everything inside and out as well as vacuumed the floors. I haven’t seen my car look that clean since I bought it in 2018!! Do yourself a favor and pay the $80. You won’t be disappointed.

I arrived at 1pm and they said it would be two hours max to detail my interior. I go look to see how’s it going at 2:30. No one is working on my car. 2:45 no one is working on my car. 3:00 no one is working on my car. 3:30 no one is working on my car but someone offers to see how much longer. He asks a guy who is working on a car that got there after me and the guy stops and goes back to my car and says another 30 minutes. Don’t come here without a hotel reservation a block to the north because this place will get to your car if and when they feel about it. Definitely not leaving a tip. We’re already talking about an hour longer than quoted and that’s because they didn’t even work on it most of the time I was waiting.

We had a great experience here. My car was really messed up inside with stains on the seating trash everywhere and a lot of sticky stuff and crumbs spilled in the drink and middle console areas. They were able to detail clean everywhere and the car literally looks new inside and out. We were shocked when we saw how good it looked. The detailed interior cleaning was so worth it!! Gerardo was the name of the person who cleaned our car and we wanted to say thank you again because they exceeded expectations to the max! Everyone we spoke to was so nice and they knew we needed to pick up our dog from the groomer and were really fast. We will be back!

Seriously EFF THIS PLACE!!! I don't have time to come on the weekends. (I'm pretty sure they'll be busy and full anyway.) And since they're ONLY open the exact hours I'm at work I decided not to take a lunch break and sped over here at exactly 4pm. I arrived by 4:15 only to have some angry toothless guy tell me they closed at 4? Uhhh... what? That's not what the website or even this listing on Google Maps says. Either make your availability more flexible or abide by your advertisements. Wouldn't have come all the way over here except they came highly recommended by a friend. Definitely won't be coming back here either!

I was driving by and needed a carwash and saw the first carwash is free sign. I go through and get a below average wash. Not the worst, not the best. I thought it was free so I didn't care. I look on my credit statement and I was still charged. I thought, eh whatever. A month later, I get charged for $26.99 from them. It turns out, with my agreement or knowledge, they signed me up for monthly membership. After calling, they said they would refund the monthly membership. They still haven't. Apparently for the first free car wash you need to text them. These guys are super shady and scummy.

Called myself getting the detailed option at this carwash, all to finish vacuuming and cleaning it again once i got home. It looks like they just washed it and wiped down just the surface. I even had to point out the main reason i needed it detailed. Which was the spot on my seat and it was still there. It was wiped down once i pointed it out. It wasn't even busy. I can say that the staff was nice but for $70 i can get nice somewhere else. They even offered to let me take it back and make it right. I can respect that but still I'm disappointed with the work. LA

DO NOT take your car here. Took the car in for a wash yesterday and the washer cracked the windshield. There is a long, vertical crack in the middle of the windshield that goes from the top all the way down. The manager on duty was not able to do anything and we have called and spoken with another manager who refuses to do anything about it, or put us in touch with the owner. The entire windshield needs to be replaced. It's unbelievable that they won't take any responsibility for this and they have been pretty rude about it.

Had to give them a try and ended very pleased with the service I was provided. Very kind and smiley staff. Manager Durman was very helpful as well in explaining the new machinery involved. The car wash was quick and sufficient and very fun to be in especially with all the lights involved. As you can see in the photos, truly makes a car wash experience even better! And the best part is, this dirty car that has not been washed for months finally got clean and dried with just ONE car wash. Love it here

100% recommend this place! They are very quick, I didn’t even have to wait in a long line like every other place in San Diego, and the quality of the wash was amazing! They have many options one such as you do the drive-through car wash and you can vacuum it yourself, or they can vacuum and detail it for you. They also give you a little towel for your car and air freshener. I will definitely be coming back here for my car washes from now on!

I paid for a wash, vacuum, etc.. The full service wash. They did not vacuum my back seats or trunk ares (I drive a hatchback). Very disappointed as I told the guy beforehand that I had sand in the trunk and back seats and he said they would vacuum all of that out. The only thing they vacuumed was the floors of my front seats.. And it was almost $20... Most definitely will not be returning here which is a shame because I work next door.

Paid for a "Hand Wax" and a wash. I watched them use meguiars quick detailer and try to pass it off as a hand wax. I spoke with a manager inside the shop and he told me that's their version of a hand wax... After 5 minutes of discussion about what a hand wax entitles he offered me another coat of wax with a different wax product. Their normal car wash is OK, don't pay for anything besides the basic $15 or the'll cheat you.

Went to try out a new car wash today since the others I have gone to can never get the sap off my vehicle. German (the new manager) was BEYOND helpful, explained all of our options and after my car wash- it looked brand new! Even got a towel to help take off some spots which was awesome. You can tell this man genuinely cares about bettering his business, and I will definitely be returning/recommending!!!

I’ve tried to use this place a few times. The quality is simply not there. After a mini-detail and nearly an hour the mats still weren’t shampoo’d, pollen was still on the exterior, my car seat child’s footprints were still on the interior, they never closed the sunroof cover to wipe it down, etc. etc. etc. Last time I made them wipe out other clear as day items. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

If you're going to do your job. Do it right. When you wipe down the interior, do it right. I'm not picky, but come on. How do you miss that? I've never been to a car wash that didn't fully wipe down the inside. I hope they read this review because they need to go over the basics. Remember your customers are paying money for this service. Don't just rush through and not do what you're supposed to do.

I don’t recommend this terrible car wash to anyone, they scratched the sills on my car and made a dent on the roof, I have a new car, I’m very sorry that I brought it here, and their manager will tell you that it’s not them and in general they are not responsible for what if you don’t care about your car, this is the perfect place where in a couple of washes they will completely destroy your car

I went here for the car wash because it is close to my house and I am very impressed!! I wish I realized it sooner because now I don’t have to drive far to get my car washed. It was $10 for a basic wash, and after you can pull in to dry your car with the provided towels and free self service vacuuming. You really cannot beat that for $10. And very friendly helpful staff!

If I could give less than one star I would. Took my car to be detailed (because my son vomited in it and on it). Paid $250 for it to still smell like vomit, still have vomit all inside of it and theydidnt even shampoo all of the carpets. For that price it should look brand new... I am now having them go over if for a third time.. I will never come back to this place!

Signed up for an offer, website wasn’t working. I could show via my texts that I got the offer and was signed up for their rewards program but it wasn’t honored. Omar, the man at the ticket sale, said he couldn’t do anything so Im surprised a business would have someone manning the tickets who doesn’t have the power to honor the deals they advertise

Yes, I have read the reviews but tried anyways. It's a great job for the price and it uses a touch free system which I prefer. People are way to picky on these reviews. Service was great and what I expected. If you want a flawless job go ahead and pay $100+ for your wash or do it yourself. This place is fantastic for the convenience and money.

Great customer service! I went to this carwash for the first time and German came to check in on me and make sure everything was going well for me as I was at the kiosk. This is the only car wash I go to, I’ve been going here for over 3yrs! They are amazing at vacuuming my car & are also very kind and hardworking guys. Definitely recommend going especially now that they have the option to vacuum yourself if you want! I like to get my car vacuumed for me though lol

Easily the best car wash to go to when you need your car deep cleaned. I just bought a new car and there was dog hair EVERYWHERE. I had the interior detail package with the engine steam clean add on. Honestly it was the best money I’ve spent on a detail. Definitely going back again.

Stunning job. I think this is a great business. Getting my interior deep cleaned (although not detailed) was substantially cheaper than I expected even with a tip, and made my car look BRAND NEW. If I had been told double the price I paid, I would have not even blinked. Good deal.

Went here since I was in the area went and got the deal having that day with the wax paid $45. Got the car back and the outside is great but the inside seems like it didn't even got touched or half ass wiped at the most. Never coming back here again that's for sure.

Didn't notice how poorly my windows were cleaned until I was driving into the sun later that day. They were pretty badly streaked. Rest of the car was ok, but to me, the windows are super important, especially with the sun in your face.

I've come here 6 times and each time they did a good job. I see the bad reviews are on detailing, but I don't come here for that. For me they are better than anyone in a 10 mile area. I've never had to show them a problem.

I chose the best wash short of a detail and bought a tank of gas. The gas was $79 and the wash was $55. The interior was cleaned and dressed well. The was and exterior dressing was lacking.
