This owner is rude, arrogant & extremely unethical in her approach to clients needs. Clearly her business does not speak for her character. HAPPY??? This women is absolutely miserable. On numerous occasions towels were asked to be changed because of the unpleasant odour. Her response..'You People' I dont believe you! How can you speak to a client in such an unpleasant manner that has a problem with the odour of your towels. Even if 10 people smelt the towels it doesnt justify that the client has a problem with it. The ladies that work for you helped this business to gain the returning clientele .. Definitely not your pleasant welcoming client satisfying aura. You are unpleasant to your staff & clients which portrays your ugly character. .. if you continue in this abrupt manner your doors will be shut sooner than u think & these helpess women that u treat as your slaves will out of of a job. Your nasty response as I've seen on the other reviews will not be welcomed by me. Wash your dirty towels please !! I'll give this UNHAPPY PLACE 1 star because I couldn't post otherwise.

It’s unfortunate that the staff are so welcoming and considerate but the owner is extremely rude, abrupt and disrespectful. There is another beauty spa that I noticed (Royal Beauty Spa) in the same shopping centre that I had a look at before visiting happy feet - but I had called happy feet earlier to plan my visit. The owner was rude and insulting about it and denied myself and 2 other clients service simply because we “looked at the other spa first.” This was in front of everyone sitting in her spa. Thanks to her unprofessional behaviour and putrid attitude I spent my money well at Royal Beauty Bar and Spa - a clean environment with an owner who’s extremely friendly and polite, going the extra mile to keep her clients happy and comfortable. An experience I’d clearly never get at Happy feet spa. 100% do not recommend Happy Feet Spa ever!

My sister, daughter and I went for an early morning pedicure. We were half-way done with our treatment when the owner asked the lady who was doing my daughters feet how much longer she is going to be. Her reply, "I'm doing a full pedicure". The owners response, you cannot be doing a child's feet if we have adults waiting. Once we were done, I told the owner we go to Sorbet every year, but this year we decided to support local busines but to get this treatment wasn't right. The owners response "I don't care for children only adults" wow, I have never heard a business owner speak like this to paying customers. I paid full price for my daughter. I didn't even ask for a discount but this is how we get treated. I will rather stick to what I know....Sorbet

This is a fine example of a good business model that over time has placed itself at a competitive advantage. It revolves around providing a top-class product, minus the frills, at at an affordable price. Its clearly working well for the owner. The staff are all competent with a good work ethic, and take pride in their work. For 60 mins your feet are pampered and you leave there feeling great. I have had a lot of foot spa treatments over the years, but my experiences at Happy Feet Spa are the BEST. If you are looking to give your feet an awesome pedicure and your legs a great massage, then I am happy to recommend that this is the place to go to.

Service is getting really bad. Last month I went in, they did not have any nail polish remover, which I purchased from a store in the mall and left there because the ladies said the owner did not leave any money with them. Went again today hoping I would get better service. All the staff were at the back. A young lady sat at the desk on her phone and failed to acknowledge me till I said 'excuse me'. They rushed through my pedicure and I still left with rough heels. Really disappointed...

Spas are supposed to be so welcoming and pleasant but this is just not it the owner or manager at the reception desk is the most rudest person ever , she definitely needs some customer service training or something , we booked for a full body massage and all you could hear is her going off on someone from the desk or those scrubs from the foot massages…Worse service ever I would never ever set foot in that place again .

I luv the service I get from happy feet the ladies are friendly, I always go there with my wife and kids great service, I have never had any problem with them sometimes us customers we are trouble we critisise those kids we expert them to smile to us no it doesn't work like they are also humans, me on my side im very happy definitely coming big up to you happy feet ladies including the owner

I've been coming here since 2019. I haven't had better quality or service anywhere else. Junita is amazing! Went over and above to make us feel relaxed! Limu and Thando did our pedicures and I would even pay triple the amount charged! All I can say is wow! If you're not sure about where to go, this is the place to go!! Without a doubt.

I walked out of there feeling good. The service is good. The only thing, I think the lights are too dark for the ladies to see clearly when they paint our nails. I understand that the dim lights are for the clients' comfort, but when I got home, the paintwork was not so good. I think they need to strike a balance somehow.

The equipment is not sterilized after use. Towels used to wipe the feet smells absolutely horrendous. The owen is rude and a bully. She has no business ethics on how to treat customers that complain. She has verbally and physically assaulted my family members. Unprofessional and disrespectful way to conduct business.

Thank you Happy Feet Spa for the hardwork . I am never disappointed with the care and service. my close friend just went in for a treatment, she was verbally and physically assaulted by the owner herself and two other lady’s (staff)... i would strongly not recommend this spa to anyone!!! extremely disrespectful and unprofessional staff. utterly disappointing.

Excellent service, Juanita the owner is really hands on, imagine "the owner sanitizers the recliner and foot stool", the lady's really make you feel relaxed, a great place to get your feet looking "happy" and really affordable. Thumbs up for this establishment.

This place is addictive, I had such an amazing experience with Jabu. Currently pregnant and she has given me the best Pedi and made me feel so comfy. The massage was absolutely amazing the space tranquil and relaxing. I will definitely be back‍♀️ …
