If there were Zero stars, this shop should get that. Tried to drop-off a FedEx parcel only to be told they do not accept them. Would not accept any responsibility or help resolve the issue, blamed Parcel2Go for listing them and not updating the website. The shop advised that FedEx no longer ‘works for them’. The good news is that there is another newsagents in very close walking distance who are welcoming and who accept FedEx.

Multiple ervi packages mysteriously never reach ervi. Rude and very dodgy. They never write on the blue receipts. I used to think it was an issue with Ervi but I see now how some packages that don't look interesting to them are delivered yet others don't despite being dropped off on the same days. I have reported to ervi.

With the local co op being extended i needed to find a local shop to top up my weekly shop. The owner is really helpful and friendly the shop has a good selection of essentials i enjoy being able to buy a big 2lt cold bottle of pop out of the refrigerator will continue to shop here. …

This is a nice shop that is just a walking distance from where I live. I have always found the owner friendly and professional. I drop off packages and they have always reached their destination in complete safety. I fail to understand why some of those negative criticisms are being made.

Horribly rude owner with no respect for a customers time or needs. He had left the store for a personal errand and then shouted at me as the customer, and replied in such a patronising way to an honest review. This guy needs to learn how to behave with other human beings.

Massive queues stretching out of the door to collect Amazon parcels around school collection time. Waiting times in excess of 20 minutes. Slow and uninterested service. Will take my custom to another shop who is more appreciative and suggest others do the same.

They do not accpet the UPS parcel return until afternoon and it doesn't match with the drop-off time from UPS webpage. It simplely wasted my time to arrive there by half hour walking wth my large pack, they must present the time slot clearly and correctly.

If you are going to return a parcel with ups be aware they don't accept parcels till 12pm despite what it says online about being open from 7:30am (I went around 10:30am). Not what I wanted to find out after traveling there juat after a nightshift -_-

Passing through stopped in the shop to grab few items. Grabbed American sweets for the journey back home and then they stock the Arizona Green Tea which I can't find in my local town. Friendly staff highly recommend a visit
