This had been a great experience every time, and I have minimal complaints. I'll give my opinion as if I were walking through the experience. When you enter, after ticket purchase, you can turn to the left and sometimes grab movie posters. My wife and I do this and frame them for our house. We then go to the concession stand and the staff are very friendly. There is usually minimal messes, but I understand when I see them. The food is a bit expensive, but this is with any theater I have ever been to. The good thing is they do offer hot food like burgers and hot dogs. They also have a bar in the lobby. The seats are electronic, reclineable, and very roomy. The seats are leather and not very breathable, so it does tend to get warm. I have never had any issues with the moviescreen, or audio. They do offer hearing devices for those who need it, and a handicap row. After the movie we need go to the restroom and this is where I have a small issue. The bathrooms tend to be dirty, not disgusting, more or less just messy and unclean. I'm not sure why bathrooms always seem to be dirty, but it gets tiresome at times. That was my biggest complaint and it happens in most public restrooms. Needless to say this is a great theater and I have never had any serious issues. I highly recommend going to this theater, and if you can you need to experience the Cine Capri. They offer a fun little experience before their movies with the drawing of curtains.

Movie time in well kept establishment that's in my opinion has the team on board, trained very well and delivered great results tonight. Thank You. A big shout out to the pastor of sharing time that flew by during the movie, and yes conversations had during the movie are precious and never forgotten! ****Ok do not read any further unless you want a brief synopsis of the movie*** Godzilla May 2019 is full of action from the start, Titans are being used for destruction of the human crisis as seen from a divorced woman who has recreated a device that has the ability to communicate and control (somewhat) the titans. Lots of the old school monsters make the cut into this movie and some ones that are new, I think. I'll just say Godzilla is first followed by monster O= Ghidorah is second and Rodan third & lets not forget mothra. Smooth special effects with many different locations, and I'll need to see the movie again to really study and see what was live or digitally created. Next we get a glimpse of Godzilla's subterranean home (and I think I saw Kal-El sitting on one of the megalithic structures) that ties the prequel of many legends in the monster history. With all this being said I say do not, I say DO NOT leave until after the final credits cause you'll miss a good part. Have a good one.

So.. I've not been to a Harkins theater in years, essentially I tend to go to AMC, but being that the timing slot fit the timing for the movie we were attending we went with Harkins.. However, I never heard of a theater not providing free refills on either of their Large popcorn or Large sodas. Was told I needed to be a Harkins member to receive a refill, in the end I ended up essentially getting a medium sized popcorn due to it being cheaper seeing how we couldn't get a refill with the large due to not being harkins members.. Upon getting our popcorn, drinks etc. we sit down to find out that the popcorn was waaaaay over salted.. Went and brought a pretzel and was told it didn't come with nacho cheese was told it was extra, who'd have known nacho cheese wasn't available for pretzels.. On a positive note the Theater was clean, bathrooms were clean but yea probably won't be attending a Harkins Theater again, will just be attending AMC theaters only in the future at least there we get free refills on both popcorn and soda and nacho cheese comes with your pretzel and you don't have to be members to the theater..

Oh my goodness! This movie theatre is hands down our favorite in all of Phoenix. Every time we visit, the theatre is impeccably clean, and we can't get enough of the Harkins Rewards program. It has become our annual Christmas gift to the entire family. During the challenging times of COVID, we sorely missed the experience of going to the movies. Now, whenever our favorite releases hit the screen, we make it a point to be there, popcorn in hand! And speaking of treats, our family is crazy about the ICEES too. The workers are always happy to mix the flavors just as we request. We highly recommend getting the cup of the year, especially if you have kids. It makes a great stocking stuffer! The staff is consistently helpful and kind, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a great theatre to catch all your favorite movies, we can't recommend this one enough!

1st time in awhile I've visited your theater. I'm a rewards member. I brought my large popcorn back for refill to find out you only do XL for refills now. I mentioned it to the gentlemen at the counter when did that change and he said awhile ago. How long ago I asked he ignored my question... then I told the other gentleman I wanted butter in between layers of my lg popcorn I purchased, I also bought a new 2023 cup. Popcorn was a little stale and not fresh like it used to be. The seats where not comfortable I was in studio 9 had to sit like a chair because my back started to hurt. I miss the 32nd St and Bell location too bad they close and tore down the building. Otherwise Movie was good!!

I used to be loyal to you, buying all of your gimmicks, popcorn pass, loyalty cups, shirts when u had them. I enjoyed that I could buy the popcorn and utilize the free seasonings you used to have. Now everything is more expensive, by dollars, loyalty refills are almost twice the price, the sodas are almost 7 dollars now, you have to pay dollars for the seasonings. The ticket prices are more. Are you trying yo finalize your demise post pandemic because I'm debating even coming to harkins anymore. There are luxury theaters all over that offer a better experience for the same price why would I choose here now. You clearly don't care about your loyal fans anymore.

I am usually impressed by the quality of this theater, but today I was shocked when I was handed a ticket that I assumed was a receipt. That’s right, this theater apparently is no longer handing out the high quality ticket stubs, and has now downgraded to receipt paper like AMC. This may not seem like a huge deal, but it hinders the overall experience. I am a huge collector of ticket stubs, and I now have no desire to purchase a ticket at this theater bc all I will receive is a flimsy piece of paper. What a shame.

Cine-Capri is a fun experience for movie-going. The style of theater is becoming more popular, but still enjoyable. The facilities are clean, my seat was clean and had no sticky residue or anything. I bought my ticket ahead of time, and went to an 8 pm showing; there were no lines to be seen. I recommend having your ticket texted to you so you can walk right in and have the checker scan it off your phone. Was able to get in, buy snacks and a drink, and get to my seat in less than 5 minutes.

By far one of the best Harkins locations around and way better than other theatres in the area. The AMC at desert ridge is always dirty, the other movies nearby are crazy expensive. This location is the best! The Cine Capri is the only way to see a premier. Don’t forget to purchase your yearly cup that allows you for only $2 refills each movie you go to that year! Added plus, this location has plenty of restaurants and bars around for before and after fun.

After many years of not going to a theater, last year we went to see Top Gun: Maverick at the Harkins 101, in the Cine Capri. This is the only way to see this movie. The online ticketing and choice of seats is wonderful. The Dolby Atmos sound is unbelievable. Since then, we have tried to go at least once a month. It is a great way to spend a little time out of the heat in Phoenix.

The main attraction to this theater is the Ciné Capri experience, in remembrance of the original Ciné Capri that was torn down. I like this theater it has comfortable recliners and a Cine XL (Ciné Capri) with a bigger screen and Dolby Atmos speakers for better audio. I don't come here too often since it's not the closest theater but overall I recommend this theater.

I had an unexpected mild seizure and had to leave my movie early. Zach, who was at the customer service area, gave me a movie voucher without question when I asked. Harkins was not at fault in any way, but he still did it for me. Lights and sounds don't usually start them, so It had nothing to do with the seizure warnings posted. Thank you guys. I appreciate it.

Usually Outstanding. The guy who helped us at the concession stand was very friendly... Think his name was Dawson. ? But I felt sorry for him because as more people walked up all the other concession stand people disappeared behind the counter and we're having non Harkins conversations with the rest of the black & red shirt people. We could hear them.

Was here for the premiere for ETERNALS. And the whole experience was wonderful, specially because they had ASL interpreters, if you watched the movie you know 1 of the super heroes is deaf, well we were special guest, before the release. I think it was so nice to have the Phoenix Day School for the Deaf and blind as special guest. Everyone was nice.

OMG!!! LOVED the screen size, and the sound system for the Cine Capri!!!!!! It REALLY brought the movie to life! The only draw back was the seats recline all the way, but the head rests don't come up. So, in order to see the screen you really can't recline back all the way, but a small price to pay for the quality. We will TOTALLY be coming back!!!!

I went to the movies this past weekend to use my birthday rewards at the concession stand. However, I found out that my reward was only good for a week. Most of my birthday rewards have been good all month so unfortunately I didn't get to use them. Despite that, the movie I went to see was great and I got a kid size popcorn for under $8

My favorite cinema theater ever since I lived here in Arizona. They have comfy reclining leather seats. Aisle E and D have the best view. When you avail of their Harkins cup, you can bring it whenever you want to watch movie and just ask for a refill for 1.00 USD. Foods are kind of pricey though but my favorite is their nachos!

Was very impressed with the Capri theater. Nice seats, they had vibration mods in them. Big screen and the sound was spot on. It was a little chilly, but on the good side of it. Easy location to get too with plenty of parking. Also great location for before or after movie activities. Will be visiting again soon.

We've always been harkins supporters because they do it well and because they support the local film community. I think e have 2 of every loyalty cup for the last 11 years... it's a fun club and good marketing. I run to my emaili to see what deals and special viewings are coming up!

This place is awesome. Recliner seats, but don't worry about the person in front of you reclining, because there is more than ample room between isles. Clean theater with normal to average cost for tickets and concessions. Restrooms were Clean. Handicap seating as well as Restrooms.

We did dine in, the food was delicious! The atmosphere was super comfortable. Will do it again. Highly recommend the food! Had a burger with fries, my son had the chicken tender meal, and we shared a vanilla shake (chocolate shake, no chocolate) it's not on the menu. Enjoy!

Saw a early weekend movie with family and was very impressed with the aesthetics of the theater. The seats are very comfortable, only problem is when it gets hot you'll stick to the seats. Lots of leg room and space for people to get in and out of the aisle.

I love Harkins, they take good care of you while you are there. I watched a movie in the Cine Capri. My only complaint was the volume was a little over the top. Maybe because there weren't very many people but it was loud. Super picture quality though.

This harkins is amazing it’s big staff is on top of everything the seats and the screen are really nice and it’s very clean! I will say it’s pricy but then again it’s a movie theater but the tickets themselves are great prices so I definitely recommend

I had a great movie experience in Harkins. Honestly this is the only place I have watched movies in Phoenix. Online ticket booking system as well as offline has been good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very well maintained and clean place.

Nice clean theaters with reclining leather seats. BUT...it's hard to enjoy watching a great movie when it is FREEZING in the theater. My husband and I both had heavy sweatshirts on and we were still cold. Next time we will bring blankets. LOL

Really nice harkins. They have reclining seats! There’s a bar inside too. Get popcorn rewards just $30 for the whole year. You can buy your seats online or thru the app so you don’t have to be there an hr or so earlier to buy ur tickets.

Harkins Scottsdale 101 has the unique experience of having a super-sized screen from a old torn-down theater. The Cine Capri has a terrific old time feel, with a modern updated state-of-the art sound system. Best of both worlds...

Absolutely love this theatre. Great seating and provides a great movie going experience. Big fan of the sound system and the cine capri is just an amazing experience. You also can never go wrong with the popcorn at these theatres

Love this theater. It makes our local AMCs look dated, run down and disgusting. Reclining seats are nice, popcorn and butter much better than AMC. And Clean! I can't say that about most of the AMC theaters.

Awesome theater. Very comfortable seats. The theater I was in didn't have the fold out desktop but was still extremely comfortable. Love the snack bar in the even have a full cocktail bar.

Great place to see a movie in comfortable theatre-style seating. All seats are reserved. The theatre is huge and well maintained. The organization of the individual theatres is quite good.

The most corrupt greedy place . In a movie now and there is a huge issue with front end upselling and incorrect seat placement. Place is 60% empty and we were kicked out of certain seats.

Other than a problem with their ticket kiosk a couple times, this is our favorite movie theater. Everyone is friendly, everything is clean, and the movies alway look and sound great.

This place always clean. And popcorn fresh. Soda always cold. Other than crazy priced for snack just sneak your own in. If you have souvenir cup drinks are 2 bucks. Be smart.

So convenient to see movies in the Desert Ridge area, without having to navigate DR mall. Usually plenty of parking, and lots of restaurants. Lounge seating is wonderful!

The Cine Capri does not disappoint! Amazing sound and screen quality. Very comfortable reclining leather seats. The food prices are a bit on the high side.

Buying a ticket online is pricey but saves time checking in. The Cine Capri has comfortable seats, but I find the sound volume is too loud for my ears.

Went to go see the special addition of the abyss. The cinema Capri was fantastic, recline chair and over great quality to the sound and screen. 10/10.

I live in Central Phoenix but we love coming to this theater. The theater is clean and the seats are very comfortable.

We drive to this Harkins from over 25 minutes away. It’s clean, has reclining seats, and is rarely crowded.

We love the Capri! So much room, seats go back, great for kids! The summer movies for kids are the best!
