I used to come to this store to buy my hair products, but the most recent visit has made me certain I will not be shopping here again. The owner is currently not allowing any customers into the shop, instead they have to stand outside and make an order. I asked him why there was a poster saying how many customers would be allowed in store as well as a 2m social distancing sign when no one was allowed to come in, and he told me it was his shop and he could choose to do that, and also told me not to argue with himand his manner was very rude. I had travelled a while to get to the shop and was very disappointed.

The shop is neverrr open.. the owner randomly closes the shop when it suits him. The opening hours are not reliable.. I write this review at 10:40am and according to Google the ship is open I can confirm it isn't. There are 3 people waiting for him to open.

A tad dissapointed. Opening time states 9:30 But opened nearer 11:00. So made two trips. Most of the items I would normally buy was out of stock. So I felt it was a waste of my time making the journey twice, where I could have gone elsewhere.

Pop in here for numerous hair products and recently pleasently surprised to find that they had products for natural afro hair. Glad to have this as my local hair product store as it provides enough to get you by and a little more

Excellent service and products. Very helpful and has ordered products in for me on a number if occasions. Good value for money. I highly recommend this business. Wish they had an online service.

Good shop bit pricey though. The owners really nice... Also the shop rarely opens at 10:00am so need to adjust the time on Google. Other than that very convenient hair shop.

Friendly owner, good product selection. Bit pricey but as one of a few shops in the area u would spend the same money travelling to save. Highly recommended.

A bit over expensive if you ask me. Can get these items for a fraction of the price in Harlesden, over priced because only black hair shop in area.

They have plenty of varieties for different hair types. Just next to a bus stop so it's easy to get to. Reasonable pricing. Nice workers.

Right now in front of the shop, open but locked rang the telephone number no response, waiting here for about 10min now
