Spray n splash is not that big so not ideal for little kids when big kids are running around. Also unsafe for the little ones with slippery sections. Playground is unique. Benches could use proper cleaning by overpaid city workers.

This playground is smart and creative. Well designed for kids to play. It help kids to explore games. The playground has sustainable recycled tires flooring which is very soft and comfortable. Games encourages kids to interact and use there mind how to go through them. Thank you to the people who donated money to have it for our kids.

Would've given it a 5, but we couldn't find parking at the actual park. Train theme was well executed. The find the animals game kept the teen intrigued and toddlers loved it all. Poor weather forecast made for a very slow day, was nice to not be over run with kids and be able to enjoy the space in it's entirety.

Visited Hazeldean park for the first time Oct. 29, 2021. There were nice and friendly kids there afterschool time, and I brought a 3 and 4 year old with no problems. Very colourful and nice theme of train station and wildlife. So much fun to search for the animals throughout the playground.

The kiddo had a blast. So much to play on here. Sand and recycled rubber ground with wood chip means safety. Wish they would find a way to spray sanitize playgrounds like other municipalities have. Close to home, fully stocked and lots of fun.

  • Gloria Bacchetta

Super nice playground, sunny, clean, funny and there is a gazebo for a quick picnic or snack and a field next to the park where to enjoy a run or a soccer game. Easy to reach and you can park in front of it or along the street.

  • Andrew Thomson

Very modern park. The kids loved it. Good seating for adults around the park, are able to see your kids from all angles. A splash park for when it's hot out and some seating that is covered from the sun or rain. Nice place.

Great place for a play date or a birthday party. Covered picnic table area, splash park and an extensive amount of play apparatus. Adjacent to a small grocery store and Hazeldean Bakery, one of Edmonton’s hidden gems.

  • Melissa Harms

Amazing park! Has a super fun train theme making it perfect for any little kiddos who dig trains. There is also a little spray park right beside which is turned on by a little button on the ground.

  • Jordan Mattern

Great park for kids if any age that still plays in the park. There's a water park as well, which would have been nice to know beforehand cause my kid got soaked and we had no change of clothes

  • Jeff Co

Fantastic playground. Sand for digging, adjacent to splash park. Street parking limited. Port a potty on site. Shaded/covered picnic tables. Equipment in excellent condition. Train themed

  • Edouard Davlatian

Great playground with lots of different activities for kids. The only thing I didn't like is the sand, it makes it slippery when kids are wearing shoes and trying to climb various things.

  • Jacob Thalen

It's a small park popular with kids. There is a seating area and across the street a strip mall w/ food options. During the summer there is a mini waterpark for cooling off.

The park is clean and the community is awesome. Kids big and small playing in the same space and sharing it perfectly. Seriously one of the best parks we’ve visited

  • Kingsley Chan

Wonderful park for the little ones with a great spray park as well! The businesses across the street complete that "small town feel" of this park!

  • Tania Frau

I usually go to visit this beautiful playground with my family. Is the perfect place to gather with people and chill. My kitty loves it too …

This park is amazing. Two play trains, a train station, animal hide and seek, sprinkler park, ice rink, it's really fun for kids up to 12 or 13

Great, well maintained park! Good balance of slides, swings and obstacles. Spray park is small, but it will keep your kids interested.

  • lil cup O, memez

Some equipment too slippery in the cold. Need more swings for kids between baby age and 3rd grade height. Overall a great playground?

  • Richard Szabo

Great spot to take your kids during hot summer days, and stull fun during winter months and a hot spot for poke stops and gyms!

  • JAWS

Train themes playground, with a spray park beside it. Good place to stop and take a break while the kids burn off some energy.

  • Bertha Ethier

Nice train theme. Spots were a bit slippery in winter because of the metal flooring. Right beside the community skating rink.

  • Gavin Cheng

a nice little neighbourhood park. The play structures are quite unique, not the typical ones you see in typical playgrounds.

  • Brendon Restall

Real good park with interesting playground toys. All very unique. Nice water park and there is sand under the playground.

  • Dawn Budney

What a fun park! Remember to slow down there Are Kids here and they are not always using the corners to cross.

Great playground! My toddler loved the spray park...But I kept him off the sandy playground while wet.
