Made an online booking 7hrs ago now. Missed the call back so rang 134100 as instructed on the voicemail. used #2 call back option phone rang 30 mins later went to answer on 2nd ring call ended. I Called back again using call back option (thinking it was my phone at fault) for the same thing to happen but call ended on 1st ring. Called back a 3rd time waited on the phone this time for 25mins only to realise definitely offshore call centre (even though 07 prefix so you think it’s Qld). Answered all the exact same questions that I had already done online with woman saying if I don’t get a call in 4 hrs to call back. That was 5 hrs ago now. An absolute and utter complete waste of time. I am furious. Should be able to give minus stars. Woeful do not waste your time... Beware!!! I have just given my full name, dob, address and Medicare number to some offshore Asian call centre...

very disappointing. waited for 5 hours, a private number called at 1:00 am and hang up within 3 seconds, even before we could even reach the phone. followed up with admin and they confirmed that doctor will call back " anytime now". waited for hours and never called back. Should not be a medical practitioner for someone who is so irresponsible.Terrible experience and I wish this won't happen to anyone. Please chose other services if you can.

Hopeless, downloaded the app, waited for a call, nothing. Spent nearly an hour talking to a call centre in Asia with someone who didn't know the difference between a zip & postcode. Then after giving out personal details, including medicare numbers etc.. Then told we cant come out (no reason given) and to wait for a tele appointment.

I've never been let down by hello home doctor. Each time I've needed their assistance they have always been available. The process is easy convenient. Doctors are Friendly and professional. wait times are very short unlike other home doctor services

Would give zero for this but can’t. Don’t use this service. !!!! Waited over 7 hours, doctor then he phoned to say he is outside and never arrived. Terrible phone service. Absolutely disgusted. Worst service ever.

Givan and referral form from after hour doctor and can’t be use as radiology can’t find the doctors information because they give me an interstate one. Waiting for 2 hours and nothing from them.

Person on the phone mumbles while talking can’t understand anything she says. Booked a home doctor but they cancelled and now it’s just a telehealth appt. No good, waste of time.

The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care.

It's a scam. Unless you pay the $80 priority fee they will string you along all day
