This location is horrible, I rented a Jenkee nonworking car that you couldn’t even invest in the seatbelt and then you just had to listen to the clicking sound even after you got it fastened because the handle and everything was broke and turned backwards. It was raining the cars they do not clean them repeat they do not clean them I have a ton of stuff from the person before me because I thought it was mine. With a ton of there person information on it. It was raining and my car was just in a wreck from someone raming into it. So took photos. Returned the car 3 days early it was gross and Un safe you could not use the seatbelt and NASHVILLE they charge you if you get pulled over. They went ahead and charged me 400 dollars for a cleaning fee!!!! After speaking to the manager 3 times and never calls you back then calling hertz and supposed to call back nope! This location is a rip off they try to screw over the people that come through there doors! They know dam well they didn’t clean it and just turned over the car or I wouldn’t know who rented the car an hour before I returned it! They have all that information and I’m still fighting to get my money back! From a 8 day rental that was only 3 and double the amount for an un safe dirty car

Zero stars! One of the most unbelievably pathetic experiences I've ever had. Arrived on the dot for 7:30am pickup, was told to wait outside for her to bring the car around, waited until 8:50am (over an hour) for her to bring the car. We went inside to make sure we hadn't been forgotten since the customer behind us got their car first, and no one was there. We went around back at saw our car being cleaned at 8:30am. When we got the car, it reeked of marijuana for the entire trip. At drop-off, at least 7 miserable looking customers were waiting for assistance in the front. I was told I'd be charged $19/day for young renter's fee (as the Hertz website says) and was charged $30/day. She told me she sent an email for a refund. After never receiving one, I called Hertz "cares" (they don't,) who said they would issue a refund in 7-10 days. Never got it, called a second time, said they'd issue a refund in 5-7 days. Called AGAIN today, they said my refund was "denied" because the rates vary by state, even though Hertz does not advertise that at all. Never renting from Hertz again!

I’ve used this location multiple times over the past 5 months. If they weren’t so short staffed they would get 4 stars. The young lady that works behind the counter is amazing - she does it all from checking customers in to checking on the cars to pulling the car around to taking photos . If I still owned a business I would recruit her in a heart beat. Her work ethic and pleasant customer service (even when customers aren’t so nice) is superb. Unfortunately they are always short staffed so the carpet in front of the door is always dirty, it takes 20-30 mins to get your car if it’s not ready and on and on .. shame on Hertz for continuing to under staff this location setting their employees up for angry customers…which I have experienced multiple times. Keep up the great work staff - Hertz YOU NEED to step up and help this location.

I set a reservation for a rental and when I did not have a credit card Joanna told me to just return the next day, which I was fine with. She called me maybe an hour after I left and said she wanted to make sure we didn’t have any issues when I returned. She stated that I needed to be over 25, I’m 30 I just look young. She stated that I would be charged for the rental plus a $500 hold because I was using a debit card, which was fine. But where the issue is when she constantly asked if I could afford that & would I have the funds because she didn’t want to have any issues when I returned. The call was very uncomfortable & I felt really like she was being really judgmental because I looked young. I cancelled my reservation right after that call. Decent pricing just bad experience with service rep.

The manager at this place is incredible,she does everything to make sure you get your vehicle out on time.i rented an electric vehicle last weekend on my way to Lexington Kentucky it was my first time using an electric vehicle,and my experience with it was terrible I even slept in the vehicle because I couldn't get it charged enough to take me to my destination,because the battery was faulty so it took a longer time to charged. Fast forward the car broke down and was tow to blue grass airport in Lexington Kentucky where I got another car,but when I got back to Antioch to deliver the car the manager intervened and I was able to get the money back that they took from my card. I can recommend this place to anyone because of the manager,she's one of the best i have met in a long time.

I had one of the best experience that I have had at any Hertz rental car location, and I have been to 16 of them across America. It was probably the fastest that I had ever picked up a car, and the gas was short and it was actually taken care of...usually, I have to call customer service! The staff were super respectful and friendly to me . I had to pay a convenience fees for tolls that my GPS apparently took me down accidentally. That part of the experience sucked somewhat. But, my Hyundai Elantra was not stolen after leaving it parked there for a week, the day after channel 4 reported that thieves can steal them without a key, all they gotta do is watch TikTok to see how! What the hell Channel 4‍♂️ , thank you, Jesus, for keeping my car safe

Updated 6/12/2023 - My opinion and views have done a 360 from 1 star to 5 stars. The recent changes implemented specifically the 6 month renewal term has drastically cut down the wait time@ this location. In addition, it turns out that the manager is actually a pretty cool guy. My 1 star review may not have taken into consideration the lack of support this guy had vs. the hundreds of Uber drivers that have taken advantage of the rent and ride program. There is also a female (I don't know her name), but she is always so curtious, patient, and extremely helpful.

I did my reservation on line and drove 16 miles to be greeted by someone who didn't say welcome or smile No P.R then I was told I couldn't use my debit card for my reservation I need the car on Monday for the rest of the week. And I was told I couldn't use my debit. He didn't change his facial expressions and didn't say he was sorry. I have rented cars before with no problem I would Not recommend this location and will not use Hertz again.

The location is absolutely filthy. The workers dress like they are on the beach. They vape at the desk and are on their cell phones the entire time, Customers are invisible. They do not explain anything and answer questions rudely, I have rented from Hertz around the country many times. I’ve never seen a group so unprofessional nor a store so unhygienic and filthy, Corporate please send a secret shopper to see for yourself.

Joanna helped us with our problem. We were headed to see our Sailor graduate from bootcamp. The trip started off okay til the shaking problems got worse, still with 500 more miles to go. Couldn't reach our home representative but Joanna stepped up and got us back on the road. She had a lot of empathy for our urgency to us get back on our way. Great service. Super fast service, there only draw back is they run out of cars and you're gambling on getting vehicle, I been lucky Because I plan well, but seem many disappointed customers, cars are always clean and well serviced. Return are always fast and easy. Problems are easily resolved, friendly great prices. I wish they worked at the airport.

We needed to rent a car while one of ours was in the shop. Rather new to the area we were a little leery after reading reviews online to use Hertz but I have to say so glad we decided to move forward with them! Malik helped us out and was wonderful. Did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. Great experience!

Love this Hertz! They may not have exactly what you want when you need it but they will get you an alternative that was suit your needs. Kenny is professional friendly and get the job done! I will continue to rent from this Hertz just based off of the good treatment we received from Kenny. I recommend this car rental place.

Hire more people please. If I didn’t live within walking distance so I can take a look at the parking lot and see what I can potentially rent before making a reservation and possibly prepaying, I would’ve been upset. Hire some more people and ignore speeding tickets from 2019 if you’re being picky on who to hire.

I had a great experience using a rental car from Hertz. We were given a nice, clean car and the staffs were very friendly and nice. The car was ready when we arrived and the returning process was very fast! Everything was well organized and we did not have to wait long for anything. Will recommend to others!

I rented from this location for the 1st time and overall had a good experience. I had reserved a full size car and while they didn’t have any cars in stock they offered me a really nice brand new Infiniti SUV, so I was pleased. Car was clean and the whole process only took about 10-15 minutes.

did not get my rental return in the system until after my drop off time due to them being "super busy". I have been charged $100 twice! they said it will be returned, but what if it over drafted my account or ruined my credit. they should be more responsible when it comes to peoples money.

The car I was given was great. The reason why I gave this particular hertz rental a 1 is because the staff was not friendly they seemed to be interrupted by your presence. Both times I came here for pick up and drop off there was only 1 person working. I will never rent from them again.

Great buyer experience. Purchased a 2005 Ford F150. Both Brian and Steve were fantastic from the start and finish of the sale. I felt confident in them and that they were trustworthy. Lot is quite small but their selection was great. Would definitely go back to purchase from them again.
