Couldn't ask for Better Service. I was sent in to collect a new ute on behalf of my company and the booking agency had accidentally cancelled our booking. Instead of telling me to go away, the staff at Hertz Anzac Highway worked there little bottoms off to get a car for me to use that day. They washed a car and as it wasn't a ute, they organised for me to swap the cars over the next day. Unfortunately, the ute that they gave us didn't have central locking or electric windows and as we were hiring for 3months, I phoned to see if anything could be sorted. They were very helpful and got me a new ute to swap with. They were friendly and helpful even though I was a pain in the bottom. THANKS HERTZ - very appreciated!!

Rang and booked a truck to move my family. Went to pickup on the day and to my surprise there is no booking. Went through my call logs and called the number I originally rang in case I had a different company and the lady in front of me answered my phone call. No booking, no help, no sorry. Rang Cut Price and turns out they had 2 other customers with same issue with Hertz last weekend. Don't trust them, just book somewhere else.

When they have a truck for you to hire it is great service at competitive pricing. The booking system is however very flawed! On multiple occasions I have made a booking online, receive a booking confirmation, only to receive a phone call a couple of days out from the hire date telling me that someone has extended their hire so there is no truck available... I will NEVER be using Hertz for personal or business bookings again.

Went to pick up Ute from this location as mentioned in the email I got from hertz. Once there I got told my vehicle is not at their branch but at another branch approx 30-40min away. Luckily got a van from there to drive to the other location, but it has wasted a bit of my time. However, staff was friendly and tried her best to fix the issue.

The hertz crew were unbelievably helpful, we hired a truck to move house and they took all of the stress and worry out of the vehicle side of things. The ladies that looked after me need to be commended for their service. We have used this location every time we have moved and it’s always been a wonderful experience

Great hire trucks in near new condition and cheaper than most other hire companies. Definitely recommend if DIY moving house or even just picking up some furniture from the shops as they have a very cheap Sunday and weekday day rate

This is my 2nd to-go-place if i need to hire any vehicles and I'm pretty much happy too but recently they have changed their bond holding system from one week to one month. I'm not satisfied with this change.

Terrible - won’t accept Apple Pay for the bond, I had to catch an Uber home to get a physical card and return at my own expense. Nothing in their terms and conditions suggest physical cards are accepted only.

Now that all calls are routed to their call centre it is just too hard to make a booking. We will be using another company from now on, but their vehicles are in good condition with centres well located.

AAMI organised my rental car whilst my vehicle was being repaired. My rental was spotless, well serviced and maintained. The staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I come at 4:55， they already shuttle down all the devices. Before i double check the time with them ， they said it should be OK. Then things happen. I could not rent the car i ordered.

They didn't have the van I hired but they upgraded me to a bigger one which was great made anything so easy to move home on a rainy day. Thankyou Hertz Plympton!
