Especially since we are out of town sellers, we needed someone we could trust, who would drive potential buyers to our property, and who is extremely professional in all aspects of selling our property. Vicki and her team which included Shannon Green, who is the transaction coordinator made understanding and signing all documents at closing easy. Megan Honeycutt, who listed our property, kept us in the loop at all times using a state of the art website to communicate not only with buyers and their agents, but, also showing us the activity that was taking place daily for the sale of our property. Vicki and her team always returned phone calls. Vicki made sure we understood the many offers we received, and was in constant communication with the buyers agents and their offers. Shannon made sure all documents were executed, and then went over all documents with us. Vicki and her team even assisted us in finding a reputable handy man to do a few fixes before the closing. We sold our house back in March 2023 with high performance. So I apologize for the late review. So back in August 2022, I went with another realtor (Mark Spain). It was a nightmare. So after 6 months, 3 realtors, and 20 days off the market because the buyer backed out and they never put it back on the market....we had enough. Vicki, from high performance, contacted us around the same time. And let me tell you that Vicki came to do business. She told us why our house was not selling. Gave us a game plan on how she would go about selling, and gave us options on how to proceed. So within less than 2 weeks, we had 3 buyers. This was with one open house. What's funny is the Mark Spain group said that a open house idea does not work. Vicki and the rest of her team were also very professional. My only regret is that we did not use them sooner.
