Nancy neglected to tell me that she charges a $300 fee to "work harder" and I had to find that in the contract myself before signing it. She convinced me it would be worth it in this seller's market to have a realtor who is going to really put in the work to fight for me, but when I tried to put in my first offer, she and her team took over 24 hours to get any offer put together. When I finally got an offer to sign it was missing multiple things such as my request for home warranty, furniture, and they said I was paying in cash when I am not. Thankfully I read contracts before I sign them because she and her team are a mess. When I called her to fix the offer she immediately said "you can just fire me" instead of taking responsibility; it's like she just simply wanted to quit. She claimed that the offer was "rushed" and that was why so many things were missing, but I have a hard time understanding why it was rushed when she took 24 hours to send it to me anyways. Not at all worth the $300 she wants to charge extra. She's only made this more stressful than it needs to be, and my offer was countered with a terrible counteroffer asking me for $5000 in due diligence. Nancy is awful.

Nancy Braun aka Showcase Realty asked us to move when she had no right, she has committed breach of trust and breach of contract both with myself and my partner. During whom was in the process of losing and grieving for her mother. She has since stopped communication , made no apology, or even explained her actions against us. Her intentions were a fraudulent forgery, We were promised to be helped with moving expenses and went through great lengths for her when she had no right to do so to begin with and we were niave and believing. She has placed hardships and disrupted both my family and and I. We are seeking legal advice in this matter. The house in question is still open to receive bids. Thank you.

My wife and i have recently started our home buying process with showcase realty after inquiring about a property posted. This is my formal review on Audrey Crawford. She is absolutely one of the best realtors in the business. During some of the most stressful times during the selling process she was there day or night. She was able to explain the difficult language of house selling in terms that normal people can understand. Making the home selling process much easier than I had expected. As everyone knows there is always a small bump or hiccup along the way with the financial part and she kept me well informed and put my fears to rest. Even in the sight of her own personal crisis she still handled me with love, care and devotion. I would highly recommend her for your home buying or selling needs.
