I went to several furniture stores but always came back to Home Life. They have quality furniture at good prices. The staff is very helpful and friendly no matter how many times you keep coming in (Thank you Mo). I went back to the store several times to measure and re-measure furniture, compare colors and samples etc. I needed to make sure it was all correct since they have a no refund policy and will only give store credit (sign posted by register). I purchased a couch, loveseat, coffee table, end tables and TV stand at first. The furniture arrived when they said it would. Delivery was great. A time was scheduled and then I received a phone call when they were on their way. They charged a small fee to deliver the furniture, which is understandable. The bottom shelf of an end table was broken so they ordered a new one. I purchased a bookshelf 2 days after the other furniture arrived and was told they would deliver it for free since they had to come back to deliver the replacement shelf. They charged me an assembly fee (none of the other furniture had an assembly fee). I was in a rush so I agreed. I did not think a replacement shelf would take two weeks to arrive but it still was not in, so they pulled a shelf from one in stock and delivered it along with bookshelf because they did not know when the replacement shelf would come in - I really appreciated that! Overall good service, but make sure you inquire if any piece of furniture requires an assembly fee, and how long replacement parts will take to arrive. This is my third purchase since 2015.

This places used to be pretty good. We have bought multiple sofas, a console table, a sleeper sofa, and chairs from this place. But I'm not sure what happened after they moved to the mall...but it seems service went down, prices went up, and selection decreased. Went there looking for a kitchen table set a few months back. No one approached us, or asked to help. And the prices were higher than they used to be. We ended up going somewhere else. My mother ended up buying a sofa she liked though. They said it had to be delivered and it would be two weeks. That was fine. We waited a couple weeks, and heard nothing. So she called them. They told her it would now be TWO MONTHS before they got the piece. NO ONE called her to let her know this. So she cancelled and got a refund. However, we waited 40 minutes in the store to get a refund because the manager was busy helping loading a truck. No one apologized for the wait. No one apologized for not communicating with us about how long the sofa would really take to get there. No one apologized...period. We decided to give them one more shot last weekend to find some good chairs. Their selection was still small and very pricey for the chairs we wanted. Also weren't approached by staff. Overall, I'm done with this place. Mor furniture had the kitchen table and chairs we wanted for less...and they are right upstairs. Very friendly staff, better selection, better prices. Just my experience though.

Went in to look for a couch, I was approached by a friendly sales person, but after initially speaking she walked away nowhere to be found as we were walking around. I have been shopping for furniture for a few months and usually when I go the sales person who approaches me is always nearby in case I have questions. This was not the case here the store is quite big and I was searching all over for her and I ended up going to a different sales person asking if they had something in a different color. His response to me was it would be $50 more. That is not what I asked. The price was not my concern, the color was. It is very disheartening for him to respond in that way, as it felt I was being treated as if I was wasting their time. I was not dressed to the nines I had comfortable parents and crocs on so maybe this had a part to play in it. He didn’t offer to check he just said oh yeah, we do and walked away. I ended up going to more furniture upstairs from this one and bought the couch that I fell in love with at Hilife for a cheaper price too. I will not be back I will not be giving my business to to this store. Never discriminate on what someone’s wearing. You never know if they will be buying from you or not. My husband and I love the mirror there and the daybed they could have had two sales out of us instead they got none.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I am very disappointed in my experience. I bought a couch, they were very friendly and easy however I was told they had the couch in stock so it'll be delivered in 2 days they arrived, put it together and realized they didn't have all the pieces. They said they don't have the pieces in the store when they got back but they have a shipment coming Monday and they will call me. Monday, I called around 5:30pm because no one called me yet and they said they are still working on unloading the truck. I get nothing Tuesday. Today, i showed up wanting to know what's going on since i got no call again.. I was able to take the pieces with me cus I didnt want to deal with them coming and me taking off work. But the thing that bothers me the most is when I got home the cushion was so dirty lol it's so annoying. I just think it was very unprofessional to be told they have something and they really didn't, I have to bug them to get the pieces or get updates and when I get home it's so dirty oh well luckily I got a vacuum

In the future I would need to shop elsewhere if you can’t change your mind or make changes to an order. It’s sad to me that there is no working with the customer after money is exchanged.

Not extremely pleased with my experience. The sales person was pleasant and was even willing to negotiate a bit on the dining set and chest of drawers that I purchased. I paid for delivery and assembly. The driver assembled most of the pieces in the truck. He was alone bringing it in, which I feel like put the furniture in danger of scuffs and nicks, which there are some. After he left I noticed that the stores are allowed to leave and I called and was told that my floor might not be level, it is. Then I was told how I can try to adjust the stools to make them more level. After looking at the chest of drawers and realizing how flimsy it is, I left a message requesting information on warrantees, because I anticipate having problems. The quality is overall poor. No one ever called me back. Just not happy all together and will not be back.

Went to this store to buy a bed. Ended up leaving with a bed, dresser, dining room table and chairs, and a living room set. Delilah was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She listened and took care of ensuring I got what I wanted and nothing less. If you go there, find Delilah. If she is busy you need to wait for her. The furniture arrived quickly, around 2 weeks as promised. The delivery crew was polite and took care to ensure everything was assembled neatly without damaging anything. There was one wooden chair damaged from shipping that the assembler showed me and called the store to notify them. The store manager ordered a new chair without question. The only negative comment I have is the store is so big; if you don't let them see you they can't help you. I would do business here again as long as it was through Delilah.

First Class Furniture with First Class Service!! Thank You Home Life Furniture for having such beautiful and out of the ordinary furniture! Beautiful displays... Thank you Home Life for helping us furnish our home with good quality furniture that has lasted for many years... It's really nice to be able to walk into a store and actually see the furniture before buying it. The salespeople are not pushy, they let you shop at your own leisure.... Everyone at the store has great customer service. The delivery guys Isidro and Victor are awesome they really worked hard and were very careful putting the furniture together and setting it up. They were very patient with all my questions. Everyone wants to go where the people know your name! I have recommended many of my friends here and they also have been very satisfied.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Had to wait months to get it, when it was delivered it was so significantly damaged that the delivery guy loaded it immediately back on the Truck to return it to the store. Called to inquire about just refunding the money, and the person stated they would not credit us for the dresser but they would send us a new cheap and probably broken dresser. This was my first and last purchase at this company. I now have to pay an attorney to get my money back from this absolutely horribly run company!!!!! They do not disclose that they do not do returns even in events which their own company damages the furniture! Do not purchase from the company!!! I implore you! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered some furniture on Monday after purchasing a new home went home and measured some walls and figured it was not gonna work out. So I called the next day to cancel they refused to cancel my order because they said the shipment was already on its way Wow. On Friday they said I’ll be getting part of the shipment there the rest will be coming in 4 to 5 weeks but yet they didn’t let me cancel it because they said it was on its way would never ever do business with them again they said the manager would get a hold of me it’s been two hours and I haven’t heard anything we’ll see how that goes and I’ll see how my furniture so I’ll be posting when I receive my furniture

I recently purchased a bedroom set for my son. It was beautiful and all the employees were extremely helpful and respectful. We had such a great experience that they were the first place I went when I had to set up one of my models at my Apartment Community that I manage. We went in and again it was a super easy process. I ended up having to order the set I needed but it came in within the week and was delivered the same day they called me. The delivery guys were amazing!!! They were super nice and set up the entire set for me. Very happy and pleased with the service that I was given. Would defiantly recommend Home Life to anyone looking for Furniture!

We bought a bedroom furniture set approximately two months ago and were told it would be delivered the last week of September. When my husband called today, we were told that now it won't be delivered until November at the very earliest. We never would have purchased anything here if we would have known it was going to take that long. Will be exploring avenues of getting the full amount paid refunded to us, since they told my husband they could not refund us the full amount even though now their delivery date is at LEAST two months later than what they originally told us. NEVER doing business here again.

Today my husband and I went couch shopping, we went to a couple other furniture stores and what we didn't like is how the workers hound you down and don't let you think or process what you want. When we got to Home Life, Delilah came and introduced herself and showed us around but didn't hound us. She was very helpful and patient with us. We will be back for a dining room table and will definitely ask for her help.

This is a great place to shop if you’re trying to start your credit or furnish your new home, all of which we were able to accomplish with this store. Worst experience ever. My daughter bought furniture with her boyfriend and my daughter paid for it. Two days later the boyfriend had her evicted. The furniture had not been delivered. My daughter, who is not a rich person (she used her tax return) went to the store to try to cancel the order and they told her next time make smarter relationship decisions. Please do not give them your business.

Tom (Manager) & Chris (salesman) and their delivery team went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. They had IN STOCK (exact dining table and an even better entertainment center) what Ashley Furniture couldn't get in 3 months. Prices were even lower! Great customer service, great management and great delivery. We will make this our first stop everytime!

We visited the store several times trying to decide on a sectional. The staff was very patient with us. When we finally made our decision, the manager let us know that there would be a wait for the product. Well, our sectional arrived ahead of schedule (yay) and the delivery people were so courteous! I am so pleased with our purchase and with the service.

We had the most stressful crazy laughable experience with Ashley's waiting for our couch. We finally had enough and asked for a refund and we found a better couch HERE. Thank you so much for having our couch we loved available! We dont have to wait and I am excited we get our couch sooner than had we wait for Ashley's.
