Exceptional Repair Service I recently had an issue with a loose gutter joint, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Patrick and his team. They promptly assessed the problem and installed a new joint to fix the leak. This is the second job Patrick has done for me, the first having been reinstating a loose lead flushing on my roof that was letting water into the attic walls. Once more, Patrick's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. The new joint they installed looks sturdy and of very high quality. I have used the services as the gutter at the back of the house was leaking and a wall in the kitchen showed a crack. I received a quote and the work was carried out promptly and weather permitting! The roof was also inspected and I was shown pictures of some of the sections that benefited repairing. Patrick and his team, Sam and Jamie, are friendly and will do their best to carry out the job to satisfaction. I felt that the crack on the kitchen wall was not addressed but following a conversation with Patrick we agreed that the issue might be some bricks below the gutter and those were repointed at no extra cost. All work is also guaranteed. I have rated 4 and not 5 as they needed to return but satisfied with the final work. I would recommend the team.

I had a ceiling collapsed due to storm and heavy rain for the past few days, and I got in touch with Home Restoration Specialists after being told by my Insurance Emergency Service that they cannot help me. Fortunately, the Home Restoration Specialists were able to respond very quickly and showed a lot of empathy towards the situation that I was in. Having looked at the weather forecast ahead, I was worried that another storm might just be around the corner. After expressing my concerns, they were able to respond very quickly. They came around to repair the roof and renew the gutters before the next storm.

Following the extensive rain we had a few days ago, my valley gutter was overflowing which indicated they were either blocked or some other underlying issue. I reached out to the team at Home Restoration Specialist following a leaflet posted through my letterbox and Patrick attended, he got on the roof inspected the gutters and confirmed that mud was blocking the valley resulting in the overflow he cleaned out the gutters and provided a quote for the some additional non essential work at no costs. I couldn't recommend them enough, professional, courtesy and honest, which is a rare find!

Patrick was super efficient, coming by our house to have a look at our gutters. He made an accurate assessment, explaining why we had experienced damp in some rooms due to weathered concrete, blocked gutters and re sealing needed. He gave suggestions of what to prioritise given our limited budget with an upcoming wedding (!) Once agreed he was back within 2 days to clear out and seal the gutters. He was quick, professional and thorough. We will certainly do some more extensive work in the future with him and his team (after the wedding!) thanks, Patrick!

Patrick was utterly amazing. We had an issue with our guttering which created issues to our internal plaster. Patrick called me back within 5 min of leaving a message and came around the same day. It was quite obvious that the previous contractor had done a shoddy job. Patrick took pictures and video of the issue and recommended next steps. I had a flat roof which was causing a lot of problems. Patrick was timely, thorough and efficient. He came to check a roof 3 times in the space of a week to determine what the cause of the leak was. He managed to fit me in despite being very busy and did a number of tests to narrow down the cause of a leak (which other roofers have struggled to do to date). I really recommend this company.

Sam and Patrick did an amazing job of removing an old leaky chimney and replacing all of our sofits, fascias and guttering.
