Went looking for lawn mowers as I'd seen some online but wanted to physically see what I was buying. There's quite a range of home ware, as well as gardening materials. Reasonable prices, well laid out and clean store. Got the lawn mower at a competitive price. didn't like the fact that some of the plants didn't have prices on them.

Went not long before store sure to close for the day and the shelves were fairly empty so I couldn't find what I needed. Spoke to the first person I saw on the shop floor who took the time to check stock, and go and get what I needed. Was very helpful.

Easy access for disabled people. Store aisle layout is wide and easy to navigate with a wide trolley. Stocks of building materials is still low or not available in stock at present. Need to know your prices as some items I was looking at

One of the worst stores . Towards end of June , after checking the stock on website went to get some lawn turfs . They had 20+ in stock . But once in the store there was none . The manager mentioned it must have been stolen .

Just don't like it, feels old! No working toilets either, they used to have them but now they are reserved for staff, nice. As a customer you feel really at home, don't think! Only go there for necessity, in and out...

As DIY stores go, it’s great. They had what I wanted in stock and the staff were pleasant enough. As with so many bricks and mortar retail locations it was important for them to have a wide stock range, and they did.

I fell over one of the stands sticking out with hazard tape on side while looking at baskets damaged my arm and had a ? First aider dress it.. very painful still after 8 hours & still weeping blood.

Always buy our Christmas tree here now as they have much more choice than other, similar stores. Good quality and helpful staff. Nice range of other Christmas plants and gifts too so worth browsing.

Bought a radiator valve 6 months ago (have only used heating in the last month) and the regulator is no longer working and this is the state of it (Looks a lot older but this is a 6 month old part)

A small shop compared to other branches. Wanted tiles but they had the smallest selection ever!!! No choice at all. Find a bigger branch if you want to browse.

Great to going to a physical shop again and not just buying online. Homebase really needs to go back to their usual trading hours as this would really help.

Expensive shop, I went to buy plants shopping they had them online, and when I went in the shop they didn't have any. Systems need to update faster

While looking for CO alarm also tumbled across Wylex plug in circuit breakers. They are Getting rare, nice to have been able to get hold of some.

Great place some items over priced, some staff need more training as they don't know how deal with customers an would rather talk to each other.
