The Ladies are great. I'm a new patient this visit was a f.u. to the ER .and when Rubelke came in he was taking time to read up on me asking various questions on my lower left leg . it's got red blotches . swelling. something going on with my blood bc it's painful to the touch then he told me I'd have to get some imaging done I told him I got an ultrasound when I went to the hospital which was negative for blood clots. he said this imaging would look at my veins??? Which I need to know if that's a totally different view that would reveal something the ultrasound didn't. ???Then he said to undress from the waist down he wanted to check my lymph nodes groin area . For what? is he going to be able to determine if I have a blood clot? because that was ruled out . then I told him I was flying out of the country and wanted to know if its ok and he said hed be able to tell me i could if he examined me!! WTH?! that bothered me . it was the way he said it. I asked him if the imagingbwould reveal if I can fly he said no! I said nope. not gonna happen. I'm not going back to this guy. totally creeped me out! then as I was leaving he said the imaging will show if I can fly.

I made an appointment on 5/09 with the front office for 5/16 @ 8:30am. Received a confirmation text on 5/12 to which I confirmed. I arrived 30 minutes early. I check in, they take me back to a room earlier than I expected. Nurse comes in takes my vitals, leaves then I wait. Another nurse comes in to tell me that the person I was to see doesn't work on Mondays and there's no one else that can see me. On my way home, I was on the phone with someone and I get another call at 8:35am from the doctors office. They wanted to let me know that the person I was to see is not going to be here today so they need to reschedule my appointment. The appointment had been on the books for a week & I find out she not there while I'm sitting in the exam room!

I had a very disturbing and unpleasant visit to say the least. The Doctor, Stephen Waters was very rude and condescending. When I asked a question regarding a referral, he became irate and indicted I should be happy that I’m being seen. When I attempted to explain, he waved his hand at me, and left the office. I had never met him before and when he entered the room, he never introduced himself and never made eye contact with me. Very disturbing, threatening, and hurtful. My daughter who was with me, also a MD was shocked at the behavior of this individual. This issue should be immediately addressed, no patient should be treated in this manner. Professional caring staff to schedule your appointments and responding to your questions before you are guided inside to visit your doctor. My primary care physician "doctor Lubberki" is one of the best who spends time with you answering your health questions and doing all the necessary examinations you may need. Unlike some other doctors he is not in hurry to leave you to see other patients! Very caring, knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend Honorhealth on Dynamite.

I love the ability to pre-check in and do the paperwork from home using their portal. Once I arrived I had a couple more steps to update my file and I was ready to see the doctor. I was seen quickly and everyone was pleasant, professional and made me feel welcome. They ran some tests and I received the results quickly in my online portal. The entire experience was wonderful. Customer service along with patient care is obviously an important goal and they hit the mark.

I have been going to this practice for the last 10 years. My doctor Justin Wight is a young, knowledgeable and personable doctor, but normally I see the PA, Jackie. I feel very comfortable at this office, Jackie is also knowledgeable and takes her time listening to all my concerns. The staff from answering the phones to coming in Are so very welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new General practitioner.

No one follows up with questions about billing disputes, yet they love to send late notices. We have tried to resolve issues/questions on family statements and no one follows up or returns calls. Save yourself some time and a headache and find organization that cares about the customer experience. Also make sure to review your bills and ask questions . . .

Great experience for first time visit, a little hassle with trying to get in for an apt in the beginning cause the doctor I was assigned to was booked a year out. Thanks to the front office to help me find someone so I can finally put my health first again. The joys of being a mom!! I hope to continue to use them in the future.

I Used to go to the anthem. Office And wasn't happy with the staff.I found it refreshing when Sandy W greeted me at the front desk and then Heather. And then the nurse practitioner Jackie all were wonderful. Anthem office needs a lot of work to compare with this office. I won't be going back to Anthem needless to say.

Front dest attendants seem overwhelmed and are short with you. I get that they are busy but just seems every time I go they are barley Able to give you customer/ patient service without seeming snippy or make you feel like you are bothering them. Appointments are generally late as well usually 15-30 min

GREAT Dr. (Dr. Waters) with an equally great office team. Dr and medical team are very responsive and from office team is VERY supportive when patients have to fight with their insurance company. In general it feels more like a Dr visit from the ‘80s - when a patient was more then a number. A+

Dr Water’s and the staff at HH Dynamite and Tatum are terrific. Dr. Waters is very knowledgeable and takes his time to review everything each visit. I never have to wait long and even there is a minor wait the office staff keeps me informed and are friendly.

Dr Dullet & staff are excellent. Unlike a lot of businesses today, they always answer your call & try to get you an appointment quickly. The front desk is awesome. They get every necessary test scheduled quickly & make sure you’re up to date on check ups.

When needing to see a Doctor, I had an appointment the next day and after a thorough examination I was able to get an MRI the next day and get set up with PT right after that. Everything was very efficient and done with extremely competent professionals.
