If you happen to live in the area as I do some people just want their whatever drugs most people know what the area is like to the south 4 blocks. Don't like the wait times but I try for Monday morning 9am booking an appointment for a medication refill and then have to go in the next day when they are not busy. I mostly use Hys Centre on 101 st and 110 Ave I never need to make and appt for medication refill just wait half an hour. I find the doctors and reception at both places good just the hour at Hope are not good for someone who works to 5. The Hope mostly caters to those that live in the area or elderly unemployed single mothers or those on govt income support and last of all junkies. This area has a lot of those. But it's been getting better since they tore down that hotel and put in a shoppers drug mart.I still give it a 5 star 5 minute walk in -30 weather miss Dr Dre tho

The wait times are sometimes pretty long, but if you get your appointment in the morning then its generally not too bad. I walked in this morning for my appointment and was led straight in to a room and saw the doctor within 15 mins. Later in the day thats not the case though. I find the doctors here really listen to what your issue is and actually help you find a solution instead of just handing out drugs. More often than not there is also a nurse on site who can take your blood work and other samples as soon as you are finished with the doctor, so no extra trip. This is also a Christian based clinic, obviously there's no prayers or anything, but they do have religious music playing, so if you are offended by that then maybe find another place

Dr. Graff is one of the friendliest doctors I have ever met. My 88 year old Dad needed to find a new doctor and Hope Medical clinic took him, no problem. Upon first meeting Dr Graff took the time to get to know my Dad by simply asking him to tell him about himself. My Dad was so appreciative of a doctor taking the time to have a personal conversation with him that he hopes to continue to see Dr Graff for the foreseeable future. Dr Graff is attentive, patient ,he listens and has a good sense of humor! Keep up the great work!!

Dr. Graff has been my family doctor for over 2 years now. He is the kindest, friendliest and most approachable person I have ever met! He is extremely knowledgeable, and know my medical history thoroughly. He is one of the few people I trust implicitly. He truly listens when I talk to him. Without him I’d have fallen apart long ago. Thank you Dr. Graff! You are the best doctor a person could ever hope for! And the staff are use as courteous as you are.

I have been so pleased since becoming a patient at this amazing clinic. I have always felt genuinely cared for an appreciated. The support staff as well as DR. Dr. Linda Der was a Doctor I had seen there in the past. She was a very hard working, mindful and caring woman who was very dedicated to her profession and spirituality that always showed and greatly appreciated by me. I truly wish her all the best as a true mentor and leader in her community and profession.

They don't except new patients for years they are discriminate and only want old people with old people problems there not a worthy clinic by any means keep getting referrals to go there but I find them all rude not helpful and down right disrespectful even when asked if they know of any doctors available

I love the staff and the doctor I have there. They are friendly and very caring. The doctor actually hears you out and asks questions before they say what you have and get treatment. It does take a little longer but I like that so that I can get all questions answered and other things done

I recently became a patient here after losing 2 doctors, I’ve had a couple of visits and can honestly say I felt heard and cared for, Dr. Graff was patient and attentive, the staff all friendly. The location for me is perfect as it’s easy to access. I’m grateful to be a patient.

Dr Graff and his staff are wonderful. Looked for a new Dr for over 2 years after ours retired. Went threw a few...have to say we are grateful to have Dr Graff on our team, wouldn't leave him if you paid me!!! HE ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU!!!

To busy and the sign is misleading take down your sign if you're not doing walk in's and you are just booking appointments. And you have to call lost my business that's for sure.

I really like Dr. Graff, he has always been super professional, kind, empathetic and it is easy to get an appointment there with him.

Dr. Graff is an excellent and kind caring Doctor who took on my husband and myself. The medical staff is excellent.

They never answer the phone and they don't respond to voicemails it's very hard to book an appointment.

Do not go here. Specially with Lisa she will purposely keep you waiting for a long time... …
