I was reading reviews last night on HC Auto care and as a first time customer I thought I try my luck this morning and book my car in for a Minor service and replace a couple of bulbs. Thankfully I was able to take my car in this morning after speaking to one of the guys (sorry forgot your name!) Upon arrival I was greeted by the person I spoke to on the phone. He suggested I wait until the boss arrives. Within a couple of minutes I was introduced to the boss man Alex! He was informed of what I wanted done and he took over from there. I found Alex to be friendly, professional and very helpful. After inspecting the car he called me and said that my car really needs a major service and he explained what needs to be replaced. In saying that, I only went for the minor for now! He kept in contact until it was time to pick my car up. Thank you Alex and team for your services. I would totally use your business again!

OMG, I just had the most amazing experience with my mechanic! They were like superheroes for my car. From the moment I rolled in, they treated me like family. They knew their stuff inside out and explained everything to me in a way that even I could understand. The work they did on my car was next level. It's running smoother than ever, and I feel like I'm driving a brand new ride. And let's talk about the prices! They were totally fair and didn't try to rip me off. I'm telling all my friends about this mechanic because they deserve all the stars in the galaxy!

Hoppers Auto Care is by far the best Auto workshop in Melbourne. These guys are simply amazing. Alex would always talk to you politely, calm you down and get your car issues fixed without any delay. I called many Auto Workshops so i could fix my car but they were all booked and couldn't accommodate me till 3 weeks. I called Hoppers Auto Care, they asked me to come and my car issues were fixed within 2 hours inspite of how busy they were. Thanks so much for the amazing job guys. You guys just gained a new customer. Everyone around me must work with you guys.

Have been driving by this mechanic daily. I have watched the whole renovation process and can say I am very impressed with the renovation results. So I decided to bring my car in for an overdue service. All I can say is WOW, the mechanic shop looks amazing, the service was impeccable and the guys were super friendly and honest. Had to change my headlight globes which was my first initial visit with these guys, then got a price from alex for a major service which price wise absolutely shocked me compared to other mechanics. The best mechanic I’ve been to in a while. Firstly I was greeted with friendly smiles. The handover was smooth and easy. They gave me a loan car, which was really convenient. They made sure to keep me aware throughout the whole process, with any further problems and pricing before they took any action. The car was nice and ready within a short time. Honest, reliable and great staff. Will definitely be coming back and recommending these guys to friends and family.

My work Ute sadly blew a diff last week, and having bad experiences in the past with mechanics I did my research on who to ring. Well I’m pleasantly surprised the owner had a price for me within an hour which was a respectable price, and due to how he presented himself when we spoke face to face, I got my auto serviced and air con re-gassed while my car was there. Great work from the team there and thank you for getting me out of the poo.

Dropped my car in to Alex on a Sat morn for major service. (Was able to fit me in asap when all others couldn't till later that week) They had everything good to go by 12pm that same afternoon. One of the most affordable and quickest repairs I’ve experienced in a long time - even given a follow up call. Hoppers Autocare was referred to by a friend, and i am so glad i was able to take it up ! They were extremely professional from start to end, and were willing to answer all of the questions which were brought up. While it was a general maintenance, they didnt look for an excuse to charge more than what was necessary, which really helped me decide what should i have done. My Renault van had issues with the anti pollution system and was running poorly. I was moving house at the time so I needed it fixed in a hurry and the lads at Hoppers Auto Care were able to get it done same day which was a huge relief. Rang on the fly while at work and explained the problem the only way a woman could , Dropped off the car that afternoon and picked it up the following afternoon. I'd recommend the boys here they do a good job. They had the full diesel service done in a few hours at a good price, they reset the service timer on the dash (annoys me when other mechanics don't do this) and theyr easy to deal with, no dramas and good customer service. Cheers lads, I'll be back

Had a Ford Focus 2012, with a broken gear box, took it to auto care Hoppers crossing and the boys at the shop replaced and fixed the gear box, The only mechanics who can do a job like this!! definitely recommended the best in Melbourne by far !! Thank you

Was able to book my car in the very next week and collect it same day as the service. My tyre that was repaired still had air coming out a day later and my wheels didn’t feel like they were aligned properly after a few drives.

Stop abusing people at shopping centres to try to buy your packages of services, the way you yelled at my partner and mocked them when they said no is absolutely disgusting. Enjoy the community boycotting your business.
