Friday March 3 2024. Walked in not long after opening was greeted by a young man. He assisted us with a cheerful heart and was so kind! We were in there a while because my son and daughter were having a hard time deciding what they wanted because the store has a lot to choose from. A sweet lady assisted us while my son was picking out which pants he wanted. Overall it was a good experience and I hope these two employees get recognized. I wish I knew their names but I'm sure you can look at who worked that day. Thank you both for having patience and being kind and making our experience a good one!

No Greeting, No offer to assist. I showed up to purchase 2 hats, the security guard at the door and looked at me, two people that worked in the store looked at me and I begin shopping for about 45 minutes. The hats are spread out over the store, I was having trouble locating my size, in the hats I liked. I noticed other people that came in the store wilere greeted, talked to, nice, helpful. I was just left on my own to try to locate men's hats and distinguish between different styles and sizes. I'll be shopping online now or with Lids/Lids Locker room.

This shop had everything a hornets fan could want. Tons of hats, hoodies, shirts, jerseys, etc. There's a shoe rack in the back with a bunch of Jordan's as well. Went today for the first time to snag a limited edition shirt and luckily I got one. I will definitely be returning for more

Today we went to the Charlotte Hornets store to get an outfit for my son's 8th birthday! DJ was amazing and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was so helpful! Can't wait to celebrate with his new Lamelo jersey!

This shop has the best customer service.All the staff members were extremely nice and friendly.they had a wide variety of everything. Definitely will be coming back to get some more stuff for the upcoming season …

Hornets have the dopest gear! This store is clean, organized, and always well stocked with the fresh Buzz gear. What would it be like shopping for gear as a fan of a team not owned by MJ?!? Wouldn't want to know...

Employees were extremely kind and helpful. Shop was set up in a very organized and beautiful way. Prices are a little bit expensive but overall a nice store with good people who work there. 100% would recommend.

Selection of sizes for player shirts was terrible. This is basketball season and ordering inventory should be on point at all times for fans shopping. Not impressed at all with this pro shop.

They sell Curry/Mourning/Larry Johnson jerseys, that’s quite vintage!! As the club owner is MJ, you can also find a lots of Jordan brand products.
