I spent 3 nights recently at this hotel. The location is great being nearby a metro stop and within reasonable walking distance to a number of places of interest. The hotel looks fine in the common spaces and I had a couple of good meals in the restaurant. The problem was with the a/c in the room. The first night it was not working, but I opened the window and pushed through. The next morning I let the front desk know that the a/c was not working and watched as it was noted on the maintenance sheet. When I returned late in the afternoon, there was no mention of anything being looked at, but he room was a bit cooler. It just warmed from that point onward and I had to open the window again. This would be OK except there was a lot of wildfire smoke, which came into the room. The next morning I spoke with the front desk manager. He assured me it would be looked at and if needed they would move me. When I returned late that afternoon it was apparent it was not working. The front desk manager on duty was aware there was an issue - he was the on duty maintenance person. After looking at the thermostat, he simply stated it was complicated. They did move me to another room, but this took a lot of persistence. It seems they had to know it was wrong after the first night (if not before) and yet strung me out. While I hope this is not the typical experience, it was my experience.

I am writing this review at the suggestion of others to help others with celiac. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Great quality and lived up to Hyatt standards. I would 100% stay here again. Celiac guests: The hotel restaurant is amazing! They truly know how to avoid cross contamination and make sure you stay healthy that includes a gluten free bread basket with dinner. The downside, we had an event with a buffet style meal and despite the event organizers working with the hotel for celiac safe options I got sick from cross-contamination. I highly recommend for all buffets (including breakfast) that items are labeled as gluten-free/celiac safe with their own tongs. I had to ask about what I could eat (luckily I asked because I would have never guessed the green salad had gluten!). I'm not sure if I ate something that normally wouldn't have gluten but did or if it was cross-contamination because I was sick for most of the afternoon and night after. I write this just as a way to provide feedback because labels and separate tongs would make a world of difference!

The room was very nice and big. looked very modern and all. BUT they couldn't even bother to clean the windows of the hotel... I mean come-on... This view is really not nice. The bed had four pillows of different hardness. was a very nice blanket and the pillows were a bit too hard for my taste or very soft. The mattress was too hard for my taste but OK. The food though.... I really am critical for the quality. Fish that was dry as.... i dont know even what to compare with. The imagination of the kitchen was really not there. One of the days was really nice even if "cheap". the other really bad. the breakfast was really not something for a four star hotel either. felt like something you just give to a child for school or something. OH... I never had any kind of service more than food to the door so i cant really give any review on that. But. With all that i have experienced i really wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Is even that bad that im critical to even stay at a hyatt marked hotel again. Sad but true. Feels like the brand is all about the outside, but the inside really is not that good.

This Hyatt Centric was my accommodation for two consecutive nights. Throughout my stay the staff was friendly! Even friendly enough to give me an early check-in on my arrival day and late check-out upon the departure day. The room itself was roomy enough and most important, it was tidy and clean. It was also soundproof and the bed very comfortable. I only was not satisfied completely with the sink in the bathroom, cause every time I turned on the faucet, there came out a bad smell from the drain. The hotel itself is not located in the old city center, but in the financial area and that was ok for me as the nearest Metro stop is just a couple of minutes away. I would stay again in this hotel next time when back in Santiago de Chile.

Can't say enough about this location. Cristian who helped us tremendously from the start with great suggestions of where to go, eat, party and hospitality. We came for our birthday and they even brought us champagne to the room. The manager of guest experience Karina also made sure we were treated well and brought us up a treat mid stay. The front staff are all friendly and accomodating. The room was a good size and was clean. Location is good and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and transit. Next time I visit Santiago I will be staying here. Thank you for your hospitality!

My go to hotel in Santiago (5+ visits). Rooms are modern and clean. There is a suite with a super large balcony and great views if you want to splurge. It's walking distance to good restaurants such as Don Carlos, Bar Liguria, Happening. The breakfast is good but expensive, hence I prefer to go to Eric Kayser (5 min walk). They kept my skis in the storage room during days while I was touring the Pacific coast, and they did not complain. Great service. Antonio (one of the guys in the hotel, speaks perfect English) does understand the real meaning of the words Guest and Host.

We were in Santiago for a few days to join a tour and were happy to have been in the Hyatt. The rooms are very comfortable and as travelers we loved the long bench in the room and the storage. The staff are friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage while we took a 3 day trip to Rapa Nui. The bar makes excellent drinks and the restaurant is quite good. The hotel is located just off Isadora which is loaded with restaurants.

El hotel es moderno, tuvimos mala experiencia, no se cumplieron las condiciones especiales de la reserva de noche de bodas desde la bienvenida hasta el check out se suponía que era horario extendido, nos llamaron en varias ocasiones, el desayuno se tuvo que gestionar y actualizar la información, porque tampoco tenían registro que era a la habitación, con el horario estipulado, cuando se dieron cuenta del error nos pidieron disculpas pero solo fue eso ... No recomiendo este tipo de servicio "especial"

Não estuve en hotel, soy vecino, el hotel no respeta a los vecinos, utiliza la parte de atrás que está abierta para fiestas permitiendo gritar y el uso de música de celular, estas son fiestas que normalmente comienzan a las 10:00 pm y terminan alrededor de las 3:00 am, por lo que el hotel no respeta a los vecinos con niños pequeños y adultos mayores, esto es recurrente y cada vez peor, hoy por ejemplo la gente grita y canta cada vez más fuerte, si no les importa el ruido, por qué no hacen estas fiestas adentro el hotel, sin molestar a los vecinos.

Buena atención en recepción. La habitación espaciosa. Sin embargo me sorprende que no pasara el servicio de habitaciones. En recepción me sorprendió un servicio gratuito de agua fría con sandía y piña que es muy de agradecer.

Reservé para san Valentín (incluía trago de cortesía, habitación, cena de 4 tiempos, desayuno) y la verdad todo estuvo fantástico. La piscina maravillosa con aforo reducido, la buena atención y amabilidad del personal. La comida maravillosa, mi único detalle es que mi reserva para cenar era a las 21.30, y me fui de ahi tipo 23.50, se demoraron una hora en traer el postre. Fuera de eso, full recomendable.

Excellent choice in the heart of Las Condes. Well appointed room with very good amenities. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Due to the Public Holidays they helped me plan accordingly. Bar and restaurant were excellent, quality and service. Food was so good and I went back again for the same meal the following day. Great place, well run establishment.

A home away from home, I love Hyatt especially the staff who go beyond the call of duty to ensure things go smoothly. A very special thanks to Felipe who helped me with get to the airport.

Hotel muy nuevo, las camas muy cómodas, el gimnasio es correcto, la piscina impecable. La única pega es que falta un escritorio en la habitación pero avisando en recepción te lo instalan para trabajar, por lo que no es problema. La WiFi funciona muy bien. El desayuno muy bueno y completo.

We had difficulty getting into our rooms, but it was possibly a miscommunication about when we were arriving. The hotel was very modern and clean and in a very safe area of town. The roof top pool was very nice.
