Dear Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this review because I genuinely care about having a wonderful movie experience. I have been to the Inox theater multiple times, and among all the theaters in the area, including PVR, I have found the service at Inox to be below average. In fact, I must say it has been quite pathetic, and it saddens me that the management does not seem concerned about improving it. I have lodged several complaints in the past, but unfortunately, the service standards remain consistently poor, regardless of whether the hall is vacant or full. Considering the premium price we pay (1600+ rupees) for a movie, we expect at least decent service. However, the service button on the seat is practically useless, as complaints are often met with mere apologies from the service boys who do not take any further action. Requests to speak to a manager are ignored, leaving customers feeling frustrated and undervalued. As a frequent visitor, I had high hopes for Inox, as it is known to be a gold standard theater in West Delhi. However, my heart breaks every time I watch a movie here due to the disappointing experience. I sincerely hope that someone with the authority to make a difference reads this review and takes necessary steps to improve the situation. Otherwise, I regret to say that I will not be visiting Inox again. Furthermore, I was advised to take the theater's number and call before coming next time to ensure better service. However, I strongly believe that service improvements should be extended to all customers, not just those who have your contact information. Every paying customer deserves a pleasant and satisfactory movie experience. Finally, I would like to request that the theater refrains from turning on the lights during the last scenes or ending of the movie. As a paying customer, I expect to enjoy the entire movie without any interruptions or distractions, regardless of the theater's schedule. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to positive changes for all patrons of Inox. To start with below PVR luxe or pvrs directors cut so I want to cut .5 star ⭐️ but overall good 4:5 star ⭐️ experience. When you are entering mall and taking lift just go directly to 5th floor which directly opens in the cinema hall. And you will wide big lobby welcomes you. Nice interior- panther or tiger style coaches and wide sitting area and now coming to the screens I went to see 4th screens as I was watching Animal movie so overall nice big spacious sitting with open space in front of you, seats were getting reclined easily with a push of a button. They have wide variety of food options with reasonable price starting from 400 - 450. I tried kebab platter with kulcha and it was delicious and it has free drink I asked for masala coke Rest of the options comes from renowned chef Vicky someone. Sound system was ok not that great as PVR but was Ok reliable and enjoyable So must go place and enjoy enjoy movie and good quality food

Horrible Service Ordered food before the movie started and it came post interval. Called for cafe latte with sugar free and they started arguing that coffee is sugar free, it has no sugar. Seriously? Called for soya chaap, came with a dirty fork. Didnt ask for water bottle but they just wanted to bill that on to us and the staff started arguing in the middle of the movie. The bell button doesn’t work or the staff is too lazy. There was no one to give us a blanket and we had to go and pick it ourself. This was my experience, I thought i was having a bad day then I saw coke getting spilled all over my brother. My neighbour was also miffed for not getting tea till the interval, that he had to get himself from the counter. Don’t know what kind of hospitality business is this??? When we spend 1650 per head for a movie ticket we should at least enjoy an un interrupted and a polite service.

The entire cinematic experience of a movie goer starts from stepping into the property/theatre. The entire experience needs to be mesmerising based on the pricing of the tickets. During the month of September the pricing was per person ₹2200. The lobby was well lit and managed but the food counter gave me the jitters aa it was quite bustling, i did not feel like i was at a luxury property to experience world class service. The sanitation was bit missing in terms of use of gloves while serving the food , use of trays, following of orders while placing food requests and most importantly the food menu. If the brand has a menu of 6-8 pages it has to fulfill the customer’s request which was a big miss from the brand. The theater was also not cleaned from the previous leftover and the disposal management was a big question towards the brand.

It has a fantastic movie experience. The theater is well-maintained, clean, and has comfortable recliners. The staff is courteous and helpful. The picture and sound quality in the auditorium is excellent, enhancing the overall cinematic experience. The screens are large and provide a clear view from every seat. The audio was crisp, immersing me in the movie. The food was also fresh and delicious, and the service was prompt. Overall, I highly recommend Inox Insignia for a great movie experience. The comfortable seating, excellent audio-visual quality, and friendly staff creates an enjoyable atmosphere for film enthusiasts.

Ultimate Luxury and one of a kind experience, i went there with my family and found out that this magnificent place was open in Dec'22. The staff was so polite and courteous, they are trained just to provide luxury experience to the customers. The seats were recliners and blankets and 3D glasses were available already. Apart from a regular menu, a chef special enlarged menu book is also provided. This place is a 5 star palace with great huge Chandeliers. Ticket price is not that much. I will always book my shows here in future. Thanks you for such a delightful experience.

What a phenomenal experience I had here. The staff were endlessly courteous, polite, friendly and welcomed me wonderfullly. I was offered a range of food and drink right at my seat. The cinema screening room itself was gorgeous. Luxurious and grand decor as well as carpet and seating. The seats were large and comfortable and could be moved multiple ways with electric buttons. Every seat had a table. There was an intermission in the movie, which I think is a great and delightful feature for a more comfortable and enjoyable movie watching experience.

Very nicely built, looks premium feels premium, seats are comfy full leather recliners & many food options, and that too not at very high prices, but yes bit costly, but at the same time for such an establishment is it fairly priced, If we began since start approach of the mall is not that good, parking seems an effort here, and lift services are very slow & also low on numbers, which is commonly used for mall also, after entering the area you ll feel good very nicely done interiors & plush feels of the seats

Service is extremely poor and slow. There were only 6 other people in the auditorium but took 45 minutes to get popcorn. Staff doesn't know menu so when you order something verbally, they don't understand. Half of menu is unavailable. Things are ordered and 45 minutes later are told that it is not available. Bill was incorrect. Miserable experience. Not worth 1500 a ticket. Plus main mall lift was broken so entry was from service elevator in back.

I had the most incredible movie experience ever. The service was delightful, and the food, with its fantastic menu, was simply divine. The moment you step in, you're enveloped in opulence. The seats, incredibly comfortable and high-tech, along with the staff greeting you with smiles, create a welcoming atmosphere. The screening rooms are perfectly sized. I'm planning to return; the price was well worth the unparalleled viewing experience.

The bell button doesn’t work or the staff is too lazy. The food is average and half the stuff on the menu is not available. If you are charging for 2000 bucks for a single movie ticket like directors cut, then you ought to provide service like that as well.

They have poor quality of food, such a bad taste food, we ordered achari chaap tikka which was full of too much salt in it ( as this is their chef special dish ) we have ask for replacement ,again we faced the same issue. Their farmhouse pizza is ridiculous, full waste of money. Very disappointed , they are charging too much for everything, they have very high ticket n food prices still slow service n bad food

I just loved it. Seats are quite comfortable while in a very economical priced tickets. Sound system is also fine enough to enjoy the movie. I found staff also friendly. This hall is located in a well managed mall which is not so busy or crowded mall. The restrooms were quite hygienic too. In short one can enjoy watching movie here.

Best Movie watching experience anyone can ever have. staff is very very courteous. Screen clarity is top notch. Recliners are super comfy, Even provided a blanket for comforting movie experience.Absolutely loved it and will surely come back soon. Recommended it to all my dear and near ones

Very poor quality of service. All staff seems very misguided. Served non fresh food. Didn't follow the guest request to service the food and drinks. I called manager for complaint he refused to come and atleast licence our complaint. Very rude

Extremely bad service! The food takes 40 minutes to get delivered. The call buttons on the seats do not work. This was my 3rd time visiting the place and like every other time, the call button on the recliner did not work. Extremely bad.
