Went to Inox Megaplex Emerald Mall in Aashiyana. Saw Way of Water in English 3d. Bought a ticket for 220 INR. Got 3 D glasses that u need to return after movie. Had one coffee there on the seat for 210 INR. This Inox movie theatre is a 5-star theatre complex located on 3rd floor. Anything you buy here - food or beverage will have 5-star INR value. If you can afford it, u can buy. Otherwise, you can come here and experience it once and have a minimum INR value coffee as a kind of welcome treat to yourself and ur friends n family. Just tell them that all eats will be after the movie is over and u can go to Mcdonalds downstairs n pay an acceptable amount for your food. What I liked here is you can pay conveniently for tickets on counter with a mobile payment code while selecting your seat also on screen. Girl/guy at the counter will also ask you for your food and beverage order which u can see on screen right in front of you. You won't get any printed ticket. An sms will b sent to your phone with seat number and screen number on it. Lobby, theatre hall, toilet all look great. However, theatre attendants are quite persistent that you place a food/beverage order. They can request you while you are standing in the lobby and there will be multiple requests while you're sitting in your seat. Interesting experience for a first timer.

We went to watch a movie here our show was only available in kiddles. Our experience was so bad in the theatre that I would never suggest anyone to go watch a movie in kiddles there. 1. There screen is very small. 2. There screen was blurry. 3. The screen was not properly aligned. 4. It has some foul smell as well inside the theatre when we sat there we were able to smell that. I have been to Inox kiddles in Phoenixe Pallasio it was good but this one was very pathetic. The quality of the 3D was very bad here. I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.

I recently visited Inox Emerald Mall, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. When I purchased my movie tickets at the counter, the executive forcefully included a packet of popcorn without my consent. This unethical behavior is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from businesses. It's not fair for them to sneak in additional charges or products without my knowledge or approval. It felt like a blatant attempt to increase the sale by forceful means.

First of all, the staff is irritating..From beginning till end they ste coming one by one for N number of times just to ask - "Sir kuch rahega" nd agar bol do ki abhi nahin to bolenge ki abhi lar lijiyega interval tak apko de denge...Nd agar aap order kar bhi lo to jo likha hai uske alawa mehenga wala samaan de denge bina bataye...Theatre is good but staff is pathetic...Will never come here again

Very nice...Emerald Inox is a cinematic sanctuary, where silver screens illuminate tales of imagination. Sometimes the counter guys might irritate you as they will ask you to add addons with the tickets, however the theaters are awesome. You have a good lounge-like feeling and the ambiance is amazing. There is also a kids compartment, not sure how it works though. but over all the movie watching experience is good and you can enjoy a log with your family and friends.

One of the best Multiplex in Lucknow. I'll say best of all. Multiplex experience is just amazing here. Different class of theatres here like Kiddles, Insignia, 4DX etc. The cafe here is really good and has many options to eat. Service is also good here n staff is really friendly and definitely watch a movie in Insignia, it will give you luxury affair.

3D glasses are worst. Ruined the whole movie. Also, you are effed if you carry only cash. Because when you buy tickets using cash, they ask you to buy food too( it's compulsory) otherwise you can book your tickets using online payment. No worries, they provide a screen(menu) to choose from movies(shows) and scan and pay(online mode i.e. UPI or something)

Pretty nice place to watch movies but I find the screen a little bit smaller than PVRs but there were few people so you enjoy movie but there were people asking for order. You can book a regular class ticket and can even enjoy premium class seat because most of them are generally empty. Its good considering the ticket price.

They are simply looting public,self ticket booking kiosk doesn't work and when u go to the ticketing counter,they don't give u normal ticket and force u to purchase ticket with combo vouchers,ultimately u end up either accepting their offer or booking on book my show or paytm and giving convenience fee.pathetic experience

I recently went to INOX Emerald with my family, the experience was very good. Most importantly my grandparents re-lived their times of youth. The facilities -low heighted slopes near washroom, stairs in theatre and lights were convenient for their movt. The staff- Prakhar and Divyansh were very helping and kind.

Really well-built and lot of options to do shopping. This mall is not the busiest like phoenix united has more or less same type of brands with paid parking, movie theatre including INOX Insignia. I watched Sam Bahadur here. Awesome movie with a great experience. Would recommend spending your weekend here.

Average screens, average surround sound, average everything. Kiddle is for kids... But sound quality is good. Only insignia has the nicest sound but decent screen. Full premiumbamzi. No recliners for normal screens smh . As always food is on the costlier side just a burger will cost you ₹210+tax.

Overall the cinema is good and the sound quality is awesome but the ticket counter staff will make your experience worse , when I reached there was only 1 staff member on the counter dealing with customers waiting in lines and the movie has already started, (book your tickets in advance).

Brilliant multiplex. The Dolby Atmos is music to ears. Such high quality audio! The built of the theatre and screen is also very good, bright and pretty clear. Seats could be more comfortable and are tight to recline, uncomfortable to always trying to push it down.

If you don't like much crowd and want free space this is the place for you, this place is not like Pallasio or Lulu which are always crowded and one has to wait for food in line..Here crowd is very less and and one can freely do shopping or fooding here...

It's comparatively new so it's well managed, clean and comfortable. It's now a better option to watch movies etc for Ashiyana and nearby dwellers. All kinds of facilities are available here like Insignia, Kiddles. Parking facility is also better.

For movies this mall is great, seats are new and fresh, visual and audio quality is great. But mall is not that good. Feels empty most of the time. Very less crowd and number of shops are very less, however there's is space for so many shops.

New opening mall with two floors opened till now, but you'll get shoppers stop , zudio, MCD and pizza Hut. You'll also find some outlet shop outside mall which are nice. Hope this get fully open soon, will update when visit next.

Inox Mexaplex is newly build multiplex in Ashiyana. It is 500 mtrs from power house chauraha. Shows are pretty cheap at the moment on weekdays. You can get recliner seats at a price of 199 only.

We went there to see a movie. The theatre is new so well kept. Parking is ample, but is paid. Small mall, essential stores like Shopper stop, max, zudio,hNm, Spencer .

The seats were comfy, the ambience looked and felt really good. Toilets were clean and big. Screen 6 looked a bit small to me but the experience was really good.
