Went in on tuesday 6th sept. Browsing casually. Wasnt planning on buying anything. This sweet lady walked up to me and although I told her I am not planning to buy as of now, she still very politely showed me the range. Answered all my questions. And was patient with me trying random shoes on. Ended up buying a pair of shoes anyways thanks to her. Loving the new shoes. The reciept says her name was Tashayla. Kudos to her!!

Customer service second to none. Even when busy they make sure to at least acknowledge you & then attend to you as soon as they can if you need assistance. Lovely staff. The lady & young girl that served me were just fantastic. Have been served by an older gentleman a few times, he is great also. Just an overall great place to shop

This place could use an upgrade on its change rooms. Please put up some proper hooks and take those backyard chairs out. I know it's Parabanks but try and pop it up a few notches so someone like me, who doesn't usually frequent that area, feels a little at ease.

Bad experience, I am store vip member and as per company policy eligible for 10% discount. When I bought my new shoe and ask for discount and they refuse to give discount. Manager reply very roughly. Never go this shop again.

Good customer service from the staff. They will leave you alone, or provide assistance when asked. The sports clothes and.equipment range is reasonable. There's always a good range of shoes available at very good prices.

Great service, range & staff are great. I think the same guy owns Golden Grove as well because they are always happy to call that store to search for sizes etc. Prices & specials are always better than anywhere else

They are only interested in the sale not the customer. They could care less if it’s the right shoe. The manager Mel puts ridiculous pressure on staff to sell and she is a bully! Never ever will I shop there again.

Helpful staff, products are nice and cheap for main brand products. Some of the stock is a little older so you will pick it up for half price. Who cares when your getting half price main brands products.

Always get amazing service here. A few years ago the owner (I assume he's the owner) bent down to put a shoe on me and I accidentally farted in his face. He pretended he didn't notice. Sorry, dude.

They are selling faulty cricket bats and not giving option of refund/exchange. The staff is rude, they don't have any knowledge about the product and worst customer services ....
