Bad experience, terrible refund policy. Won't go there again. Norwood store is very small, not enough product. Waste of space. . Three staff and no one in there buying. I did receive a refund because I made a scene and raised my voice. I embarrassed the staff there. Went to the Harbour Town store and wanted to buy 2 pair of shoes, thinking that we had our refund put on the point system card. We had shopped there earlier and was told by the manager at the time that our $300 refund was placed on the VIP point system card, which is incorrect it is apparently on the receipt they give you and you must keep the receipt, which was not explained to us. You also must keep that receipt if you want to purchase in the store,which also was not explained. So guess what? They have kept our $300 because we have no receipt, to prove that the refund occurred. All because they don't know how to train their staff properly. Or they have very poor staff training.Or they just employ very young people because they dont want to pay decent wages to anyone. Either way, very bad way to run a sports store. SHOP AT THE GOLDEN GROVE STORE INSTEAD, SAME DUMB REFUND POLICY, BUT, MORE STAFF, BETTER STAFF, VERY HELPFUL, MUCH BIGGER STORE WITH MORE CHOICE OF PRODUCT, AND OLDER STAFF WHO KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good luck , as far as I'm concerned they have stolen $300 OFF OF US, BECAUSE OF THE DUMB SYSTEM THEY HAVE INSTALLED IN THIS SPORTS SHOP Criminals

Horrible customer service. Went in today and two girl staff were absolute agony to deal with. No assistance at all with sizes and options. Rather they tried their best not to make eye contact and get away from customers. Instead boys from shoe section were helpful with unlocking trial rooms but girls were nowhere near to be seen. After putting our own efforts and time, we did managed to find fair few t shirts for us and bought them but when I arrived home I noticed how one of girls at counter literally shoved the clothes into the bag. All clothes were terribly messed up/wrinkled. Will not visits this place again and no surprise why there so many negative reviews regarding rude staff and horrendous customer service.

I bought a full price $100 soccer boots for my boy. Unfortunately The design of these boots does not fit his feet. I brought them back and asked for a refund. They refused as their policy never offers a refund unless it is faulty. One of the staff there - Ms Emily said it was my fault because i made wrong choice (The shoes do not fit my boy's feet). When I paid at the counter no one mentioned anything about "You can not refund the item". When you ask for the refund they will show you a little paper sticked on the bench that you hardly see it. IF YOU DONT DO A REFUND, PUT A SIGN IN FONT OF YOUR SHOP or at least tell the customer before they pay. So, be careful guys, NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN.

Terrible faulty product return policy and terrible customer service Went to return 2 months old faulty pair of shoes of my little one. I just wanted a replacement as shown the fault to staff and though they acknowledged the fault but told me that they can not replace till the time “Nike” doesn’t approve the fault and I have to wait approx 6 weeks for a replacement. This is just ridiculous and staff also doesn’t seems to care at all. Wanted two more pair that day but bought from somewhere else after experiencing such a bad services.

We went to buy some shoes for our son, we walked in and not even 1 staff member was visible. As we discovered, they all hide out the back and you need to knock on the door or yell out before any acknowledgment. We were given a pair of shoes to try on but encouraged to go shop next store.The shoes fitted but we wanted a professional opinion before we paid for them, this was not possible as the staff all went into hiding again. I feel sorry for the owner or the shareholders of this company...I would not invest $5 in this business.

I was deeply offended when I went into this store today. I would really like to give them a 0 star rating. I went to buy a pair of sneakers and the guy that served me was very unhelpful. Got me the shoe I wanted but then left me to it. When I wanted the other one so I could purchase them it took ages to get his attention as he was chatting to group of younger, fitter and slender women instead of serving his customer. Since when did middle aged women not deserve good customer service.

Worst experience I have ever had. I have avoided this store for quite a bit due to past experiences but decided to go in there today, stood at the register for close to 10 minutes, to which both staff looked at me and then proceeded to ignore me and go on their phones. All other customers noticed. Really need to reconsider the entitled staff they’re hiring who are so disinterested in what they do. What a waste of a salary.

Very disappointed. We had a big shopping day at Harbour Town. Suggested Sportspower as I have a loyalty card. Harbourtown was offering 20% off items. Sportspower discounted items by $10 therefore technically on sale so 20% not offer. Got better discounts at Addidas.

Bad store manager. Giving non genuine professional advice, my boy was influenced to buy the soccer boot which was two fingers gap bigger saying the shock will take up some and for future grow. Suspicious integrity of his professional service.
