I love getting charged by the minute whilst standing in line waiting for indecisive customers and employees who don't mind charging me while they wait for more coffee to brew. Not the worst place to be but I would rather spend half of the expensive rate and go somewhere nicer. Too bad convenience always seems to come at a cost.

Good place to hangout and study but the coffee has loads of grinds in it 90% of the time. While the university convenient store is being renovated they are the only place that sells cigarettes and it seems they stock 3 packs every week. The place is nice the service is meh

I recall that this was one of the most friendly places especially the customer service were friendly before….. The customer service can definitely do better…. like any job you cannot be not nice to customers…heard some of my other friends had the similar experience…

Great place to chill with friends and play pool. Arcade games are available here. They have a good study area with sockets for charging laptops and devices, but it can get noisy and crowded most of the time.

Used to be awesome place to relax (Lol, I edited my own review after 10 months . . . just added "used to be" in the beginning). s/o to the older IQ's!

Today was my first time entering IQ's, and it was a great evening. Played some pool, recieved a "pool card". Every 5 hours you pay, get 1 hour free.

Really good experience, nice environment and plenty of Billiards tables, table tennis and Starbucks. Really nice staff …

Good place but they never answer their phone calls. Called like 6 times to ask if they are open but no one picked up the phone

Chill place, decent sushi. They could use a new foosball table. Open late which is a bonus
