We booked 2 day 7 passengers van, pickup was not too bad, took about 20 min. Van was in a good condition. We drive majority on free way on the 1st day, but next morning the battery was totally dead. We were in panic due to the schedule and there were not shop open on Sunday. Gladly we called the insurance company, after 45 minutes, the send service to jump our van. Initially we thought our kids forgot to turn off inside lights, but it was just a bad battery. We spend $8200 NT, and got a dead battery car!! :( We called a company try to file complaints to the manager 2x, but no response from them..will never rent a vehicle from them again!

Called this rental company on the day of renting the car to Yang Ming Shan and was offered a new mode of Ford Focus for a reasonable price. What is even better is that they only accept credit card payment, which keeps your cash reserves free. The employees have a pretty nonchalant attitude. Its not as bad as being rude but it felt like being served like they don't really need your business. But still, it's 5 stars for the car and it's price.

Mandarin is not my first language. It is my first time driving in Taiwan and I'm so grateful to rent the car from IWS. I rent a SUV Ford Kuga. The car is quite new and in a very prime condition. I drive about a thousand over km for 7 days through hilly roads and rainy days. I've found nothing but good and comfortable experience with the car. IWS also has a WhatsApp services that always responsive to my questions (in english). Love this. Pick-up and return process were quick and without hassles. Thanks for all the great services. We rented a Yaris(Group A model) for 17 days in May 2023. Car is very new. Staff are polite and efficient. Very prompt replies in English to my questions in Whatsapp before I rented the car. Price per day is cheaper if you rent for more than 15 days. We paid 1250 TWN/day. Paid reservation fee using credit card via their website. We took the MRT from Taipei Main station to Yuanshan station and the shop is just a short walk from there.

I had a very pleasant experience booking with them. The car was in a great condition, I pick up from Taipei City and later on the last day checked with them to drop off at Airport. They agreed and have a free ride to airport. Easy and hassle free experience to drop off! I had emailed my IDP upfront to verify for the confirmation quickly. As person who had barely knows chinese, they talked in english and were very helpful.

The car was nice but they didnt do the annual treatment and only after short ride the engine oil lit started. Thier coustomer service didn't answer so i had to replace the oil in the garage who told me that the car didn't took care on time. I paid 100$ for the annual treatment and iws doesn't want to take this responsibility and give me back the money. Not recommended at all

The van I rented had some mishaps where it needed to refill the AdBlue fluid. They coordinated with some hotel staff to look for in Kenting but to no avail then they sent someone from their kaoshiung office to Kenting to deliver the fluid. Due to we lost half day trip in kenting, I was also compensated that I could return the van the day after I'm supposed to return it.

I got a prerty new white Honda fit and 4 days for $5400 because of some promotions, the car for 3 adults has no problem go up Alisha, gas millage is great, and there are people kept constant touch via Line, I didn't know that I have to press on the break to start the engine, aomeone line me back within minutes, highly recommended

Horrible experience. I booked a 8 days car rental + extra insurance with them via Klook and they cancelled my booking with no refund. They were not keen to help us and blamed the issue on Klook, while Klook blamed them for being difficult and not honouring the refunds. Best to avoid both .

I had a great experience with IWS. They were thorough, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The car was brand new and in perfect condition, a joy to drive. And someone at the company was always accessible for questions via Line. They're now my go to for any car rentals in Taiwan!

Stay away from this place! They did not accept our documents and refused to rent a car, which I understand, but they refused to provide a refund for a week long rental! They took the money for no service provided and a very unpleasant experience. Do not prepay for this service!

Absolutely disgusting experience. We were lied about IDP, car was not issued, we we left out with suitcases outside the rental office and holiday was completely ruined. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Any expat and foreigner - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Great experience with IWS , for our road trip from taoyuan to taichung and back to taipei, staff is friendly and helps first timer like us to be aware of traffic rules and hazards to loom out for. Collecting and returning of car is a breeze as well.

Rented a car for 20 days, got upgraded for free and got a brand new Volkswagen Golf so the trip was great and the driving experience was superb. The staff is very nice and know English well enough for us to communicate.

If I could give less, I would. Couldn’t provide us with a car, wouldn’t provide proof of cancellation, have lost us our deposit with online site. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great service and clean cars! Staff attentive to detail and ready to answer your questions. It was easy to rent and return cars as the process was very simple.

Don’t use them whatever u do, overcharge you on everything, hidden admin charge even credit card charge is 10% how ridiculous is that. Just don’t rent there

We rented a car for a trip to the outskirt of Taipei for 2 days. Car is perfect and clean and absolutely no complains about their service.

The speed they gave car so slow and employees there are very rude. I won’t use this rent the car again, this make me so disappointed.
