I was disappointed with my general cleaning appointment. I was assigned a new graduate for practice - even though I had my consultation with Dr Aqib and I expected that himself or an experienced staff would see me for my following appointments. In other countries an experienced hygienist perform cleaning and they are well trained and take their time to properly and carefully perform all steps. I have been doing regular cleanings in the US for years so I'm well aware of this process. The physician scaled my teeth harshly even though I had minor stains and cracked my perfectly healthy filings which I had gotten done from abroad. When flossing, she skipped my left side due to running out of floss. The polisher toothpaste was applied hastily and a quick 5 second pass with the electric tool before I was told to rinse. I wasn't given any fluorite treatment at the end (which is to fight cavities for months). The staff seemed very unprepared, disorganized and in a haste as though I was their first client for this process. My fillings have been sensitive since the cleaning and one of my roots have been pulsating since. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and do not trust this office with the health of my teeth which were perfect before coming here. I believe they deliberately create the problem to charge extra to fix it. My brother had a similar experience during consultation where his occasionally aching tooth was aggravated further by poking. He went to a different dental office for treatment (the one next door) and has no complaints since. I will also do the same and get the damage repaired. Highly discourage going to this office. They have an elaborate website which gave the impression they have expertise but they aren't staffed appropriately. Several of the reviews on google seem fake.

Went to ideal smile for dental veneers, after having gone through a horrible experience with two well known dentists. Honestly I wasn’t sure if this experience would be any different. I have to admit though doctor Aqib and his team are very professional. They were very thorough with the treatment. Follow ups were great. Doctor was always there to answer any questions.
