I have been a dental patient but it is so hard for me to trust a doctor who does not practice 'doctor-patient relationship'. A dentist who doesn't give a proper plan before starting a procedure. Unfortunately when I shifted to Pakistan, I had terrible experiences until and unless a friend of mine recommended Dr. Bilal to me. On my first visit to him, he explained me the procedure that had to be carried out that would help me keep my teeth and gums healthy. He also guided me how I was in a dire need of braces and how that would solve many of my teeth problems. He recommended Dr. Hassaan Saeed who is also a practicing doctor at smile experts. Dr. Hassaan Saeed is my current orthodontist. He is one of the best doctors ever (please go see him if you live in Lahore). He has been patient with me, has guided me and even though it has only been 6 months in, I am extremely happy and satisfied. I love how my teeth are looking already and I cannot wait to see the end results.

This dental setup has a proper and advanced ways to sterilize the equipment and strive for the best possible sterilization of their gadgets. He took the time to explain the root cause of problem, stepped me through the whole process, recommended care, and reassured me whilst the treatment was ongoing. I've had my root canal procedure done by Dr Fakhar ud Din at Smile Experts Dental Clinic a few days back... Two of my upper lateral incisors (3,4) were causing pain and discomfort due to infected roots. I was unable to decide due to different opinions from different other Dentists but Dr Fakhar ud Din helped me a lot understanding the actual problem and treatment of root canal according to the symptoms and examination. I felt much satisfied from the diagnosis and understanding the cause. So i decided to proceed on. During and After experiencing this perfectly done procedure im feeling no more pain at all. During my visit to Pakistan in Summer 2022, I had to go through a dental treatment. The hygiene was the utmost concern to choose any dental clinic. I chose this clinic on recommendation of acquaintances. Upon arrival in clinic, the ambience looked Hygiene. However, I requested to show me the autoclave sterilization process. The senior dentist of the clinic, Dr Bilal, kindly showed me the instrument sterilization equipment and explained the protocol. It was impressing to see that clinic meet the hygiene guidelines of highest standard. The hygiene standards and quality of dental treatment are at par with standards of any technologically advanced countries. It is of pleasure to find a competent and hygienic dental facility during my visit to Pakistan.

I found all the equipment dirty and not correctly following safety standards. Some of the tools were covered with gloves, including the camera they put into my mouth. The water dispenser was using 1.5 coke bottle. I felt unsafe with the state of clinic and left without getting any procedure. I have never seen clinic as dirty as this and truly felt disgusted and hence i’m writing this review. Not sure why this clinic has high ratings, it deserves none of it.

My first experience with the Doctor Bilal was so amazing. we had an emergency earlier today. my mother’s jaw was locked and she couldnt close her jaw, was in severe pain. Our physio recommended to consult with a dentist. Thanks to the doctor he respond to our call and came to his clinic only due to this emergency. Alhamdulillah my mother’s jaw was fixed whithin a minute he enter in his clinic. such a magical relief. May Allah bless the doctor.

I recently paid a visit at the clinic on an appointment based on my past good experience. I went for teeth cleansing which was done in a befitting manner by Dr. Bilal. One of my molars seemed affected by tooth decay. It was rightly identified and curative procedure was adopted by which I’ve been able to save it by filling only without getting into further procedures. Thank you for your professionalism!

well the clinic is quite dirty..the assistant didn't changed the suction pipe and wasn't wearing gloves.. i am worried for the treatment that i don't get any disease from their tools..The doctor himself was extremely coughing and having viral infection but May Allaah protect us..
