The pictures must be from ages ago, as we recently stayed there and found it lacking. To start when we paid, the Receptionist was boasting on the phone how they were taking some Residents to VCAT (as it is also a Residential Park) and how they were getting what they deserved. A few red flags went up. The accomodation cabin was tiny, and not at all modern. Chipped paint on the outside verandah that had seen better days. Inside various large nail holes on all the walls. Blinds that were yellow and stained. Ants in the bedroom. There was little for the kids to do. One piece of playground equipment. There is a small pool and a spa that would fit 1 person. 2 if you squeezed. The large dumpster bin was absolutely overflowing and smelt rotten. It's probably best if you are a Family to go to one of the larger, modern parks in the area. For the rate you pay here, there is very little to warrant it. I suspect the Kids will be bored stiff within a hour. Would like to see a massive improvement in either prices or facilities. Probably won't go back.

Hi there! Our stay was very enjoyable.However the Cabin we occupied previously, which now is for permanent residents, was much roomier and therefore better. The second bedroom is cramped, there is no kitchen space and if you want to turn around in the toilet you have to go out into the launch. Who ever put the toilet paper onto the cupboard behind the toilet seat, has never used any toilet paper. The main bedroom could be 6 inches wider and longer so you can open the middle wardrobe door and also could walk around the bed. With the shower cubical you will get problems in the future because on both outside corners of the cubical you have water standing in the corners after a shower. I bet you, no client or customer will care whether the material rots away or not. Plainly one can see these cabins have been manufactured for price and not for comfort. Regards Guenther

It was a 42 Degrees hot day in the Mornington Peninsula and owning no pool we decided to cool off the family by taking them around the corner to our local wonderfully appointed Frankston Holiday Park. There is a large tropical salt water pool and seats all around not to mention a small playground area; very family friendly indeed. The Cabin was so new and clean with a well equipped kitchen with a cute oven, microwave, shower, huge Plasma TV and modern vinyl flooring. For a budget getaway and excellent customer service, one can not go wrong.

Disgusting customer service after driving an hour in peak traffic, we turned up at 4.28pm and only had a few questions to ask. The lady in the office said we close at 4.30pm. No “ hi can I help you ? Or Sorry we’re about to close” just “come back Monday” Even after stating our long drive and just a quick question, just “come back Monday” while closing the door on us … It kind of made me wonder why she is in a customer service roll. Quiet rude and disappointing… we will not be going back….

Motel rooms, pet friendly. Bathroom is miniscule and washing up is difficult. Aircon/heating needs a serious overhaul. It was so incredibly noisy you couldn't hear yourself think and forget sleeping. After the first night, went and bought a $30 heater from kmart, which worked wonders. Otherwise it was clean and the bed was decent enough. Can be a little noisy from the main road at the front but it does die down. Fine for a 1 night stay but wouldn't do any more

This is not a holiday village, don’t mind the permanent units but the caravan area has workers who have been here for over 6 months and run the park they have generators running and kids out of control, apparently one car per site but obviously rules for some and not for others , park manager turns a blind eye, we come here every year but never again and will probably leave early

Had a wonderful stay the two ladies in the office are lovely, Stevie and Leesa it’s not often you walk into a holiday park office and be greeted by such a friendly and helpful smiling person thank you Stevie for all your help such wonderful friendly staff and Peter the gardener or maintenance man I enjoyed my stayed and I will definitely be back, pool was crystal clear and clean

The shower is so small that whenever i turn i knocked the wall. Aircon is very noisy and the premises lacked of security. Also they stated that free wifi but wifi was never working during my 4 days stay. Informed the front desk and they advised to call support line to seek help. Called support line and the line just rang and rang and no one picks up the call. Felt cheated

The park is nice and expanding. However, our cabin needed more bowls for salads ect , the tap in the bath room needs attention (drips) and the TV was not very good with the reception, and there was no iron. Just little things that make the stay better. The staff were very approachable and the unit nice and clean. The car park is a little small for a lot of vehicles.

Wouldn’t stay here again we come every year but never again too many dogs and the park is filthy spoke to the managers about barking dogs and they are useless the dishes in the kitchen sat there for over a week and they couldn’t care had a bbq and he turned the lights off on us never been so disappointed

We have stayed here three times, normally stay for three weeks at a time, and are planning another stay. We have found that the en-suite caravan sites are good value and as good as any we have stayed at in our travels around Australia. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Would recommend highly.

I looked on Google and it said animal friendly park but when I spoke to the lady she didn't sound too interested to make a booking and said you can't keep your animals in the grounds but you can in a motel room but there's nowhere to make yourself a meal or anything so wasn't really what I thought it stated which is a shame

Very Happy.. New Years Eve so asked to come late and have a late check out..no problem. Everything clean and comfortable and all things provided and working. Had my doggies..no problem..they loved it too. Pet friendly room. Pool was a nice start to the New Year (still very Hot day). I definitely will be back.

There were no negatives for this well maintained park. The staff were only too eager to help in any way. The amenities and camp kitchen is an ex red brick house and there is a bus stop outside for a trip into Frankston and/or jump on a train to Melbourne. We loved our stay there and will definitely be back!

As usual neat,tidy & well run by a conscientious crew..Very very hard to go past this park.Arrived a little late room was warm and welcome nice cuppa with REAL milk. Another trip to Melbourne and another night to stay over didn't hesitate to go back as this place and its people would be very hard to beat

Very impressed with our stay here. Clean simple camp spot. We chose the ensuite site for a little extra and it was well worth it especially with 2 kids. Quiet spot although you can sometimes hear cars during the night from the main road. Not noticeable. Great spot if you're passing through as well.

We stayed for a single night in a cabin which was clean and tidy. The issue was that I was showering my toddler and the shower went cold after less than 5 minutes. In the morning we couldn't shower because there was no hot water. Not great when you have a toddler and disabled child who need showers

i lived there there for about 8 month, and i found the staff are excellent especially Dave and Donna, they are always maintaining the park with a smile and they always have time to say hello. i would definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay there.

My partner and I stayed in the motel room it was ok, found it was noisy near the main road and our bed was not very comfortable at all, we both didn't get any sleep but did find the room clean and tidy. We liked that this place was pet friendly too

Horrified by the state of the motel rooms, very disappointing. Cracks in the ceiling, mould in the bathroom and shower, burns in the carpet, the managers were quite short and abrupt. I won't be staying there again!

Location was good. Rooms were okay for an overnight stay. Toilet bin was not emptied from last guess and you can imagine what was in it. However overlooking that the room was suitable for a budget style property.

Was a lovely cabin, had all we needed and we managed to have good internet connection everyday thankfully. Only negative was I think rooms linen should have been changed as was in same sheets for 7 nights :-(

Great short stay overnight in six berth cabin. In Frankston for soccer match on the Sunday and stayed the night before. Clean, well presented and great value. No hassles with late check in at night.

Clean, tidy park with large level grass sites with slabs. Close to all imaginable services and dog friendly. It's not the first time that we/ve stayed there and certainly won't be our last.

Was a very nice stay, clean ablutions and awesome park. The only negatives: you hear the road noise all the time and we paid for an electricity point, but couldn't find it.

Great staff, clean and well manicured gardens, large sites and dog friendly. Hardly any traffic noise but very secure. Great en-suite facilities and community house.

Place was great bed were a bit uncomfortable for a week stay but overnight would be fine if it wasn't for the beds it would have got a least 4 stars
