Im really gratefull with the staff working on Integra tire. I always go to Canadian tired but I was so disappointed today when I took my flat tired. They said it cannot be repairable and that I should buy 4 tires which was going to cost me $1,000. My SUV is 2 years old and I didn't want to change them. Also I didn't feel it was right what they were saying about my tire. It said the puctured was to close to the edge but it was not. So I went to another 2 places. The second place he checked it to quick and said they were right it was not repairable. Them I try my last time at integrete in dauglasdale and he said that it was not close to the edge and it can be repairable. It look like they really care for the customers.... he took his time to go out and check it for me. Thank you guys so next time I'll come to your place

They listen to your issues and give you accurate answers and FIX THE PROBLEM! Here's my story: I took my car to kal tire for a coolant leak issue, they couldn't figure it out even though my hubby could tell it was a cracked hose. We brought it back to kal tire a second time to show them the issue, and they charged us $680 for new housing... I had more issues with the car and bright it to Integra tire. Wes told me that my issue was a coolant leak (which I thought had been fixed!). The total fix for the coolant leak was $65 at Integra. I should have brought my car here FIRST! I have learned my lesson: Wes and the team here are honest and thorough, and way more cost effective than the guys at "other places". Thanks Wes!

I have been a customer of Wes and crew at this Integra Tire for over a decade. I highly recommend them. If your looking for the small town service where they remember your name and vehicle then head on over to them. I haven’t had any mechanical repairs done at their location but judging by how busy they are I’m sure they’d be a wise choice for your needs. My truck was in the shop recently for new all weather tires and I had a engine light on, they checked for the code and it was a transmission code; they were unsure on what it was so they called Mr Transmission and advocated on my behalf to get me into have my trucks new transmission rebuild promptly. I value and trust the honest and respectful business they have.

Years back we researched a reliable and honest auto repair service and we were drawn to this place. We found them to be honest, knowledgeable, reliable, comfortable, and you were confident in the service you were going to receive but also you were not going to receive anything you did not need with explanations as to when you might need it and the best way to go about it to save time and labor. Jump ahead 10 or more years and our research brought us right back here and the rest of it has not changed a beat. We will not need to do anymore research on this subject again. I have 2 cars and I take both of my car for service to them. It's been a while for this. The people over here are honest and trustworthy. I usually talk to Wes, he is patient enough to listen to my concern and provide his feedback based on his experience, what brand of car company recommends. Because of him I have educated myself and understand the car maintenance very well. Other people who work there are excellent as well, they are friendly and honest service provider. Wow. The customer service was fantastic . The issue with my Car was investigated and fixed with integrity. I had previously been to another garage which didint diagnose the issue. They even provided photos showing the work. I will be back!! Thankyou!!! June - Another visit today regarding a part I had had fitted months ago. After Investigatiom despite the damage to the part being becasue of low curbs they quickly fixed it and for would you believe for free. This is the only garage I use in Calgary. Honest service every time ,hence the name integra I guess!

The true measure of a business is how they treat "opportunities to shine". I had my truck alignment done last week, took it home, parked it. On the weekend I drove to BC and back and noticed the steering wheel was off a few degrees. I took it back in this morning, and just asked them to correct the wheel, thinking I would just book it in. They immediately put it on the rack and redid the alignment while I had my coffee. This is true value. A business that stands behind their work and will make it right. I WILL be utilizing their services again.

So grateful for the guys at Integra Tire! I ran over a huge screw and wasn’t able to make it to the shop before it went flat. Even though they don’t do roadside calls they sent someone out to help me. We tried filling the tire but because the hole was so huge it wouldn’t hold any air. JD ended up putting my spare tire on for me (because I don’t know how) and even gave me a lesson so if I ever needed to change a tire in future I would know how. Great guys at the shop going above and beyond on their service. Thank you JD!

I had the best experience yesterday with this company and the staff! I had a quote from the dealership for issues with my vehicle that was outrageous. I took it to Integra Tire for a second opinion. Thank goodness I did! 3/4 of what the dealership quoted was not needed at all. Integra Tire saved me over $1800! Wes and his team are genuinely kind and understanding. Their level of commitment to quality and safety over the years they have demonstrated has been unmatched in all my experiences. My first vehicle (a 2003 Jeep Liberty) was granted YEARS of additional life as a result of their care and expertise. Every decision made along the way was transparent and well explained to me. I have tremendous gratitude and trust for the whole team and believe my Jeep couldn't have been in better hands.

I'm angry today due to the lug nuts being over torqued on my car, switching over to winters. Brake work was completed in the summer. Pricing and quality of work is definitely 5 star, today I used a a breaker bar I carry on my 3/4 ton to get the lugs off all 4 sides. Had I incurred a flat, or if the wife had the car, thiers no way I would get the lugs off in the real word. Thiers no reason a air wrench @ mach 5 is needed. With all the repairs to date, everything is working as needed.

If there is a concern, I call up Integra and my issue is handled immediately. Integra is very reliable and I know I’m not being taken advantage of. Kurt was very welcoming, helpful and have provided me with the comfort and confidence that my wife and I will be looked after when our vehicles need to be serviced. Wes and Wayne are great to work with. They look after my company fleet vehicle and I trust them with my personal vehicle. They are great at servicing the vehicles in a timely manner and don’t recommend work that is not necessary. It is tough to find trustworthy shops these days. Integra Douglasdale have looked after my vehicles for 10 years now. My daughter also goes to Integra Douglasdale with her RAV4.

Wes and his team have taken care of my work fleet for awhile. Trustworthy and hard working. They will take care of your needs and will do their best to keep your baby moving. 2023 update. I have brought many a challenge to Wes and his team. They always have managed to resolve the issues and at times identify issues I was not paying attention to. They have been accommodating and honest in my dealings.

Highly recommended by my husband's friend and did not disappoint. Pricing was around the same price as what everyone quoted me for a wheel bearing and was able to get me in on short notice thanks to a cancellation. After hours key drop off was a bonus as I work 12 hour shifts. Thank you Wes for taking the time to give me a quote on the phone and in person and for answering all my questions.

Wes and his team are absolutely amazing. I have been coming here for years for mechanical service and our tires. A more ethical Place would be hard to find. Recently I had a possible serious situation go wrong with my car and they did not hesitate to fit me in to at least see what the issue was. Thankfully it was nothing serious but they always make sure I (and my kids) are safe.

As I was sitting there In the waiting area the so called repair staff couldn’t help themselves to talk negatively about customers and the “issues” A very narcissist atmosphere. I needed to get my tire pressure checked and was able to walk in and get that done. While they checked it, they discovered that my one tire needed repairing. They got my vehicle in and repaired the tire with in a half hour! Fantastic service as always!

Integra Tire was recommended to us years ago. Wes and staff are excellent and very knowledgeable . They also have very fair prices . I will not take my 2009 Mazda anywhere else. It is so nice to have car service and staff that you can trust.

Had great experience working with this branch of Integra Tire, purchased summer rims and tires and they rotate them each spring and fall. Also get all basic oil change work done here, friendly, convenient and service is good.

Had a flat fixed under warranty. Had no problems and other customers seemed pleased with the work that they had done. On 1 customer, the old parts were brought out and shown as the problem was explained to the customer.

I've had my vehicles serviced by Integra for a number of years and always been satisfied with the work they performed. They don't recommend work that doesn't really need to be done, which keeps costs reasonable.
