Rang today to get some information, the lady wouldn't let me speak as soon as I mentioned the word passport. She claims that this was the emergency line, so I asked her for the contact number for the Barcelona consulate, as I had rang the number that was given on Google maps. She was extremely rude and then hung up the phone.
