So my boyfriend got me an arrangement from here for Valentine’s Day. He asked for roses and lilies, which are my fave. When he picked it up the roses were nice but not bloody red cause duh it’s Valentine’s they were more burgundy, totally fine whatever. But the lilies were so closed and green? The lady that helped him out said that it was okay that’s how they are supposed to be but he knows that they are suppose to be open because when he went to a legit and friendly florist (Designs East Florist & Interior) to get an arrangement for our anniversary last year they were open and lasted more than seven days and it was so beautiful. A person with floral experience should know if you want your lilies open for arrangements to at least have the lilies in warm water for them to be open, if they are really green in warm water for 2 days. I get y’all want to have like a fresh guarantee or maybe y’all were just stress cause of the holiday, but it just makes it look like y’all don’t even care. Like the arrangement y’all made, he could have gonna to Kroger or sams for something way better. With the floral experience that I have this is some sloppy beginners work.

I would give 0 stars, if possible. I am so disappointed in this florist. I’ve never had a bad experience with a florist until this one. I called on May 25. He said the flowers would be delivered to my granddaughter after lunch on May 26. They were not delivered. I sent two emails and called many times. No calls to my daughter or myself saying they had a problem. Finally on Saturday (May 27), I contacted my credit card and cancelled the payment because they had charged me on May 25. I decided to call one more time at 2:45pm on May 27 to see if they would answer and find out why they never delivered them. He finally answered and said he the order was ready and he was about to call me but I had already cancelled the payment. I did not believe him. He also said his driver did not show up the day he had promised delivery, but had no excuse of why he did not contact my daughter or myself to let us know! Terrible business!!!

I emailed this place yesterday, Friday (11/27) I needed a flower arrangement sent to Baylor Hospital, I had no replies to any of my messages sent via Facebook. I called today (11/28) and asked if I could place an order online and if a picture could be sent to me. Jake the person I spoke with was extremely rude. He said no I can’t send you a picture from a landline, of course we all know that!! I asked can you text me a picture from a cell phone and he said “ no, I won’t “ I insisted and he’s answer was radical, no and no. I asked for the manager as I had read so many positive reviews and he said, he won’t be here all this week and I asked for the owner and he said the owner is never here! So, I’m taking my business elsewhere and he said fine. The number you sent me is the same Number I called and the “Jake” person hesitated when he gave me his name and our conversation lasted for 3 minutes I can send you the call log

The fact that I have to leave one star for this Florist is even upsetting my my stomach. I have never been talked down to and insulted so poorly before. My order was suppose to arrive to the hospital where I almost lost my mother this morning. I called at one and was told 3pm the latest. I called at 4 and was told by the OWNER and I quote, “you want me to shut down my store and bring your mother flowers, I loose my business, there is war going on in the world, who do you think you are, I cancel your order and don’t need your business.” I would like to add that I did not ask him to close his business but to give me an updated ETA as I had my father in law waiting for their arrival. I don’t leave reviews often, I actually only like to leave reviews if they are positive but this Florist does not your deserve your business. I am so pleased with the courtesy, and truthfulness of George. I live out of state, and wanted flowers for my Mother in law for Mothers Day, but couldn't find a florist by her, that was open. I found this place and they weren't able to fill an order for me that day, because George said the flowers they had left were not up to parr and he wanted to be honest with me about it. He said they would be getting a nice order of flowers on Wed. so I waited. I wanted something really nice, for my Mother in law and thought it was worth the wait. They did a great job! She loved the flowers and that makes me happy also. Thank you George for your attention detail and your honesty. I will give you my business again for sure. Beth

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday surprise. Not only were they not delivered at all that day... THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL THAT THEY WOULDNT BE SENT. I finally called THE NEXT DAY SEVERAL TIMES, and sent an email. NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE. I called again after 2pm and finally got an answer. Thats when the person very cavalier told me that he was unable to have them delievered the day before and that they were going now.. They werent even going to let me know of the blunder. I let them go ahead ONLY because he acted like he wouldnt refund me. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! Pretty flowers though, a day late with no call.

I went to the flower shop,a few days before Valentine's day, to buy my wife her flowers . I choose an arrangement of roses n Lilly's that we're about $180 . I paid on Valentine's day n when I picked up I saw that he the arrangement wasn't the one I chose the Roses we're to small campare to the ones that were on display I didn't say anything at the moment because I was in a time schedule that day. I was really disappointed at them for doing that to me. My wife even asked me way did I get the cheapest Roses

I ordered a flower arrangement at 12:30 PM yesterday 10/18 through their website, paid and received a confirmation email; requesting that the flowers be delivered that afternoon. They never arrived. Tried calling them yesterday afternoon and got a voicemail that was not setup. Called again this morning and still nothing. No returned calls and no flowers for the recipient. Terrible place. Now going to have to report them to my credit card company as fraudulent. DON’T USE THIS DUMP!

We placed an order for 3 different arrangements for my Grandfather’s funeral an we were absolutely pleased with the way they came out. They got the roses to the perfect shade of blue and arranged them with all the Dallas Cowboys cutouts and goodies we could find to fit in our arrangements. They staff was so helpful and friendly, they have great prices and deliver. I totally recommend using them for your floral needs! Thank you so much ladies for your excellent work!

UPDATE: very frustrated because their hours say they open at 10 am on Saturday and have gone three times this morning between 10-12 and they are closed. There were multiple people there as well waiting. Very unprofessional Beautiful flowers! The arrangements are also very well done and the price point is excellent! You can get the same beautiful bouquet here for a fraction of the price of the same thing at a grocery store or other florists around town.

I have purchased flowers from It’s Your Florist on two separate occasions. There building is very unassuming! They have a very nice selection of flowers at a reasonable price. They wrap each dozen nicely upon purchase. I purchased a dozen of what they referred to as “higher quality bulbs” and I couldn’t be happier! 10 days after purchasing I personally think the flowers look great (picture below) I will be coming back here for future flower needs!

This is a scam, I paid for a delivery on 1/6. Over $100 including tip, delivery fee, etc. I've called the number now probably 10 times and no one picks up. There isn't even a voicemail as it goes to a mailbox that is full? Extremely disappointed as I ordered an arrangement for a friend going through a really tough time. I will be reporting this to my credit card company as fraud.

I would have given them 5 stars if they were able to provide better communication or call me back. I ordered same day delivery as a surprise - all I got was an online order confirmation and nothing else. Apparently it did get delivered but I only received confirmation next morning. Luckily the outcome is good and my friend liked the arrangement.

Just when i thought my orders couldn't get any better...WOW.. This shop is not only very professional but the art that goes in each of my oders also has a lot of heart and soul. The only bad part about this rating is that it only allows me to give them 5 star. It should definitely be a 10 Star. Thank you all so much.

I went to this nice florist shop two days before my big Halloween party with hope of having some nice centerpieces made with decorative vases I purchased. They exceeded my expectations at very nice price as well! I will be returning. Thank you guys so much!

Best Flowers in town this is one of the best places to shop for flowers. My wife was Very pleased with the custome arrangement I had sent to her at work for her our anniversary. They have friendly and amazing customer service. I will be returning soon.

I have tried a lot of Dallas flower shops and this is definitely the best in the city. Excellent prices and easily customized arrangements. Plus you can never beat 2 dozen roses for $20 (cash only for the deal).

I didn’t realize the place I was getting the flowers delivered to was closed until they showed up to drop off the flowers. They went back over an hour after they closed to redeliver them. Went above and beyond!!

The large lighted sign in the window says "2 Dozen Roses $20", I went in and asked to buy them and the lady there said "that's an old sign". Really, still plugged in and facing the street? I left.

This place has a variety of flowers. The place is freezing so make sure you take a coat. Love the color of the roses. I received so many compliments.
