Roofers are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I've wasted around 2 years looking for and dealing with roofing companies, where a majority have been an absolute disappointment. I've even had another highly rated company on google forget to generate a quote for me. I'm convinced a lot of the highly rated companies have fake reviews. But not these guys. I've read a few of the reviews about Ivy, and my experience has been in line with what other people have experienced. There were some hiccups along the way (mostly my fault), but Michael answered and sorted it out for me. They can get quite busy, so have a little patience. Their operations is also quite large i believe, so don't expect the same level of attention you'd get from a smaller company/team. But ultimately they want to address your roofing concerns and do the job properly for you. If you're in the north western parts of Sydney, don't look anywhere else. Go straight to these guys. I've filtered out the rubbish for you.

I decided to replace gutters and downpipes on the one side of the house, as they were leaking badly and were flooding eaves in heavy rains last years, but was struggling to find anybody with good record and interested at all in small jobs. Decided to follow local facebook recommendation and call Ivy contractors and was not disappointed. Estimator came on site promptly, then we had lockdown and the time allowed me to think over and expand the project, but Ivy's were happy to send estimator second time. Job was done in two weeks time after the final quote confirmed, Job took just a few hours, and guys cleaned all the mess after themselves. So much relieve now as seems we rainy summer again and new gutters look awesome!

After going through three different roofers and guttering services over the past ten years, we FINALLY have found the right ones. IVY ROOFERS and project manager John helped us when we needed it most - in the huge storms of Feb/March when our ceiling leak got unstoppable. They came and did emergency repairs IN THE RAIN that worked and stuck. They were so professional and friendly, reasonable and the work so well done, we had them come back to do a complete installation of one of our roofs, including skylights, additional skylights and guttering. Put simply, Ivy Roofing successfully solved a messy and ongoing leak problem for me. They were professional and friendly, easy to communicate with, they successfully found the source of the recurring leaks (where others got it wrong), and fixed a messy problem that involved both Insurance and maintenance work. Had this mob out for a quote and all the bloke did was complain how hard a job it was going to be. Told me a quote would be sent through and I’m still waiting. Emailed the office and was told the quote was awaiting approval. This mob could have just said they did not want the job and all would be good. Would not waste your time with this mob. I’d rather pay overs than get these incompetent liars to do a roof at my place.

Ivy Roofing were professional from the first call to the job getting done. They turned up when they said they would and on the day got the job done quickly and without fuss. They shared photos of the finished job so you can see what’s been done and even fixed up a loose capping structure they notice while up there. After being ghosted by another roofing company it was really nice to deal with a professional team.

Michael and his team are amazing, no job to small or to big! Able to fix minor annoying issues that most try to avoid. I have used Ivy contractors in strata complexes, residential and commerical residences and they always resolve the issues in a timely fashion. They always go above an beyond to help, not just Michael but the team aswell, from the estimator to the office to the install team.
