Doctor is fine. Front counter girl should have pay attention to customer, door is locked, she just sit in the counter, need another customer to help me open the door from inside. Work as receptionist, not even greet us, and I think it's quite rude that she ask for our info without even looking at us. And when I want to make payment, the receptionist just looking at the phone, not even bother me, just let me stand and wait at the counter, first I thought she's busy with smtg, so I'll just wait abit, awhile later I see like she's not even work on smtg, so I ask if I can make payment she just like ohhhhh, then kelang kabut print the receipt... Not a good experience for me. Btw Clinic hygiene should improve also.

My dog already 1 year 4 months taken 4 vaccination. She is vomit & diarrhea so I bring to see the doctor to do parvovirus test. The result is positive. Doctor just give me some medicine and said the dog can recover or not depends on her immune system. I am so worry and sad, scare my dog will leave us. She looks worse the 2nd day so send her to hospital. The doctor in hospital do the test again and it is negative, blood test also everything normal. We are told the J Vet doctor use the wrong tester to test the dog with full vaccination. This mistake the J Vet doctor also can make till we so sad & worry. My dog just got inflammation and can discharge tomorrow.

Dr. Jven and team were very professional and handled our dog gently during our visit. Dr. Jven also took the time to explain the condition of our dog, all the the procedures, options, and costs very patiently. We didn't feel like we were rushed even though there were many other patients waiting. As this was our first time here we didn't expect it to be so busy so we had to wait for more than an hour. It is advised to make an appointment before coming. The clinic is a bit small but is clean and cozy. Fee is also reasonable. Highly recommended!

This is my first time came here as my fiance suggested this vet to me. All I can tell is this vet and the doc is very professional. They checked my cat before vaccine to make sure that my cat is in a good condition to get vaccinated and explained to me well after that. Fee also not expensive. I had a cat died before after a vaccine from the previous vet that I went to because they doesn’t do the check up before vaccine. So I’m quite trauma.

First time going in here everything it's good and the doctor and staff was so kind but i hope if you see any customers questions about their cats of course they will whatsapp you and call you to ask their cats conditions what should we do but I call and send a messages at whatsapp I didn't received any replies and respond so please improve that cause the customer just wanna ask about their cats conditions and what should we do

my friends and i come here by googling the place and we just walk-in with our cat.. didn’t do the appointment.. the dr and all the staffs are very nice and look very experienced at handling pet.. at first, i thought the consultation fee would be a lil bit pricey like others veterinary clinic i’ve went before, but it is at reasonable price.. thumbs up.. definitely will come here again.. thank you

Actually I'm regular here. The staff and patients really friendly they explain everything before they start treatment. I had bring my pet that gone missing for 2 months and found her too skiny can't even move. Dr explain us the price and admit her for 2 days after that she recovered so fast. I really love the service that given here.

Provide reasonable price and attentive service when giving my cat vaccine (they will do checking to see if the cat is healthy for jab). Was attended by young people, do support them. They’re all being transparent for what they have offered. Much better choice than this vet clinic namely Vxxxce located at Jalan Perniagaan Gemilang.

Nice environment, super friendly staff & Dr. and reasonably priced! There is only one Dr. operating in the Vet and most of the time they are fully booked with appointments so it is better to make an appointment before going in. Even their surgery appointments are fully booked for the month so better to ask beforehand.

Read some reviews online and being convinced by the positive comments, made appointment for my cat vaccination. Went to the clinic, crowded with many customers. Luckily the staffs served us well and the lady Dr. Chai explanation is good too. Done our vaccination and went home happily.

Recommended! Firstly, the clinic is very clean, neat and have no bad odour. The staff was friendly and Dr. Jven (the vet) was very helpful. She thoroughly check my kitten and gave useful info about treatment, procedure, etc. Definitely would come again in the future.

Have to wait for 40 minutes, probably because we didn't make an appointment. Also, have to wait for hours due to lunch break is until 3.30 if you go during afternoon. The vet is friendly tho and guide us on how to care for our cats.
