I went to neuter a stray cat at this vet and everything went well. But i’m never going back because the service by the vet nurse and the vet was so poor. None of them were friendly at all. I arrived soaking wet from the rain, no one even offer a tissue or anything to wipe my cat’s carrier as she is also wet from the rain. The female indian vet didn’t give me any assurance at all before doing the procedure as the stray cat is not fully well. She only kept saying “There’s always a risk in this procedure” When I asked for comparison of my cat’s breathing rate, she said “I don’t know I didnt treat her last week” Yall don’t have a data or something?? She also didnt give me any advice at all for the aftercare. Only told me I need to cage the cat for a week and put a cone. Didnt even ask me if i already have a cone or not! Luckily I had experiences already so I know what to do. I don’t know why yall want to become a vet if you don’t have any passion in the animals at all.

This is my most trusted veterinarian in town. I have brought both of my children here for monthly vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and any other health-related issues, and I would highly recommend this establishment. Both vets are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They will thoroughly explain the transparency of each procedure that they will perform, so I am well informed about the repercussions of each therapy. I took my kid to this clinic a few days ago to get spayed. Overall, the operation was simple. The registration process was simple, and the doctor thoroughly examined her to ensure that she was physically fit before she underwent surgery. My baby needed some time to recover after the treatment, but the doctor kept us updated via phone calls. We got a call the next day saying she could finally be freed from the ward. The total fees are also extremely inexpensive when compared to the amount of service that you will receive. Keep up the good work.

I just moved to Penang and found this clinic. I am satisfied with their services. Doctor explained to me in details about my cat condition, very factual based and clear. I was informed beforehand every steps (test, results, medications etc) taken. While my cat was being admitted for 5 days, everyday the doctor will update me via Whatapps and answered all my questions. Price is very reasonable. Very clean facilities. Vet nurses and staff all friendly and helpful. I could see how they care and concern with all cats admitted there. Trustable clinic. Definitely will be my favorite. Thank you everyone! My Tulang is slowly recovering now. Keep up the good work!

Without any doubt I would recommend VPAC for their excellent work that they giving so much care to animals. They are professional, knowledgeable and extremely good in their field of work. Furthermore the entire team are so caring and helpful. I have always been happy and satisfied with their service, treatment and info. Highly recommended for all the furparents in Penang. Really grateful that we have a vet clinic to go to during emergency at night. We had to admit our fur kid for 3 nights due to diarrhea and seizure. During the duration of her stay, she was placed in a clean environment, Dr Teh, Dr Naga and the team provided excellent care and nursed her back to health. The medical cost was reasonable and all items billed were transparent. The doctors are professional and really have genuine love for the animals. You can definitely entrust your fur kid to their hands!

Took my dog here during their emergency hour (8pm-10pm) - after comparing the reviews of many vets in penang that offers emergency hour consultation, i found that this vet has among the best reviews. Dr Nagachandra was very patient and did careful examinations of my dog. He gave my dog an injection and we were pleased to see that my dog didn’t squeal at all. The price was surprisingly affordable for emergency hour consultation + medicines (especially as compared to KL prices). Thank you for your service!

Its worth it for us to travel all the way from the island to the mainland just to get to Vet Palm. 110% good service from Meena & Aisyah. And if you want to witness how magical it is how Dr Teh and Dr Naga treating their patients, this is the place to go. Gives you good chills to see how cats and dogs almost have some sort of secret Dr Doolittle language with these two vets!

First impression actually out When I read these comments they said customer service top notch but in my very own experience it was not really. The Malay guy and so the other staff were literally not too friendly. Treatment was okay. About the price I'm not going to comment much. Hope my furkid gets better. Appreciate the staff can be friendly next time .

Friendly and knowledgeable doctors, very well explanation. Very spacious boarding area with proper ventilation. Separated areas for cats and dogs. Got various payment options as well. Most importantly quailty service for a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to other pet parents as well

Most importantly my puppy felt very comfortable with the Dr and the malay staff.. in comparison to how it behaves frantically when I bring her to other vets..

First time brought my kitten to this animal clinic and the service at this clinic is very good. My kitten also likes the nurse and doctors at this clinic.

Professional and able to handle my highly defensive dog, did not give up eventhough it was hard to manage my dog. Highly recommended …
