I have been an enthusiastic customer for more than 30 years (including my husband and 2 kids) but will do my best to never shop Jcrew again. I live near a brick and mortar store (Seattle 98115) and visit/purchase frequently. I learned today of their 30 day return policy that not only strictly denies a refund- but also denies a store credit. I attempted to return an unworn, with tags in-season(!) dress within 2 months and was informed it was a final sale because it was outside the 30 day window. By encouraging customers to receive an email receipt, it makes it very easy to miss such a policy. I understand a business is in business to make a profit- but this inflexibility seams short sided for high LTV customers.
I tried ordering some gift slippers that are on sale using my phone and my computer. The computer display had no way to add the item to the shopping bag but the cell phone did have a button to add to the shopping bag. However, all it did was get me to a survey and then no way out. Do I have to order during store hours or what?
Great place to buy a suit! And that's coming from a guy who hates to shop. Rohit and Chris were both super helpful and had some good ideas about what would look sharp. We got some sweet discounts with the J. Crew card too. Thanks guys!
Latrell was the worse employee I have ever faced in retail. He was not helpful and treated me like I was another transaction. I thought employees were suppose to assist with customers not mock or demean them?
I like the clothes, however this is one of those stores that will only carry the smaller sizes, even though online they have more size diversity. Okay I get it J Crew! You don’t want fatties in your stores.
This store has very limited selection compared to other J Crew stores I’ve been to in LA and NYC.
Stylish stuff, as ever. The window displays? Hmmm, how much is that doggie in the window?
Since this is the only one left I wish they actually had sizes and quantities.
Huge selection of Summer clothes. Not so good layout.
You can't find such variety of shirts anywhere else!
Really helpful staff and regular major discounts
the employees are unkind and not helpful.
Staff are unprofessional and hostile!
Great store, great prices.
Good sales
