What a nightmare dealing with JAC West Rand! Zero would have been more appropriate. We traded in a 2020 Suzuki Carry. To date the full balance of the difference between the trade in and settlement has not been paid to us. Pre-sale agreement was changed without making us aware of the changes which is unethical. They invoiced us for a bullbar which they don't have in stock and after telling them we don't want it. So before you get caught, go to another dealership please. Alvan was the salesman and Gideon the dealer principal backing his unethical salesman. We have tried to contact the owner Karl but no one wants to give us his email or cellphone number.

Terrible service from Gideon. He made promises to provide us with a working bakkie. First bakkie we purchased had so many issues - gearbox, front seat broken, diff leaking, When confronting JAC with the issues we requested a refund. They refused. They admitted issues on the vehicle. On receiving the second vehicle. There were still issues. We had to drive our family from Johannesburg to Cape Town is a less than satisfying bakkie with a leaking canopy - all our goods got wet, our animals. The service is just appalling. We are still being denied a refund and would strongly recommend everyone stays away from this company and its brand.

I am very very angry with the service i received from Jac Westrand. I bought an Audi Q5 from them. Worst mistake ever. No follow up calls no communication unless i picked up the phone. I purchased the vehicle end of Jan drove it for a week. Returned back to the dealer. I did not have the vehicle the whole of Feb and got it back on Friday last week the 10th of March and still the same fault. After claiming from my extenended warranty R35 000 the vehicle still stands with the same issue. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Worst service i have ever recieved.

If i could give 0 stars I would. JAC MOTORS has been the worst experience regarding service from a dealership. Gideon the "sales Manager" refuses to uplift or exchange the car that I have purchased at JAC MOTORS in oct 2021. The car started giving problems end Jan 2022 which lead to the engin ceasing and has had my car just over 5 months already. I have heen paying for something that I have not even used a full 2 months since the purchase in Oct 2021. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor service and empty promises. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Recently bought a T8 from JAC westrand. Marius is so professional and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Out of the 20 or so dealers in the area i visited he was the only 1 that come back to me regarding an alternative vehicle. He deserves a raise and praise. Very bad!!! Will never buy another bakkie they wanted to rip me off for a new diesel pump for R36k the bakkie had 13000km and is still under warranty I just bleeded the fuel lines somewhere else the bakkie is still ok 2 months later they refuse to take responsibility for that

Great car so far so good, not sure about the breaking system am hearing a strange surround from day 1 with my T8. They keep saying they have looked at it and all is well. Am a little concerned about that. Otherwise if we can get to the bottom of that, the car is driving well.

Bought T8 love it. Just have problem with gage that notes how much fuel you have left. Service lady not very friendly but everyone else very friendly. Waited over an hour for driver to take me home. At least the sales guy offered me a coffee after a half an hour of waiting.

Terrible. Bad service, extremely unhelpful admin and reception with a workshop that loves billing even on a service plan. No Magners contacted me back after issues. Only on 25,000km. Beautiful pick, pitty service doesn't match.

I must say that the new double cab bakkie looks amazing and it is affordable The store was neat and clean staff where helpful While I was there I watched the Bulls loose yet another game which made the visit even better lol

Worst place to buy a 2nd hand especially from Neil. Bought a car that need fixing every month and now they can't take or return calls..

Stood at the door for 10 minutes before anyone was willing to assist. Stay away, they don't want or need your business apparently.
