I went to the Jack in the Box down the street from my home at 7741 N El Capitan Way, Las Vegas, NV 89143- Store #: I did not get a receipt, but I do have proof that I made a purchase at 9:33a in the amount of $11.24 (verification via photo of my account it went through at the time my debit card was used). We ordered 2 Oreo milkshakes and 2 donut holes. Once home, we were enjoying our Oreo shakes and I realized that my cup looked odd. Looking closer, I find that it's two cups! The inside cup was BROKEN! Instead of making a new one or pouring it into a non-broken cup, they put it inside the other. This is unacceptable! This plastic cup, that was sliced open in two areas, could have severely injured someone. If a piece of the cup had broken off into the shake and been sucked up into mouth, esophagus, etc... it could have caused SEVERE injuries! When I called and asked if I could speak to a manager, the lady who answered said sure, hold on. Seconds later the SAME voice said hello? She proceeded to say her name was Melissa and she was the manager. I explained what we found and she said, "okay"... I said, okaaaay, this is unacceptable. The broken cup could have been an issue and should have been replaced. She said okay, what's your name? I said, Kayla. She said okay, next time you come in just say your name and we'll replace it. That's it. No apology or anything, like she just thought it was fine. Maybe she did it herself, i don't know. Again, this is completely unacceptable and could have ended differently with serious injury causing thousands of dollars in legal fees, medical/surgery bills, and punitive damages!

Every time I've been here lately I have had a terrible experience. The last time I was at this location I placed a mobile order. While at the drive through attempting to pick it up they claimed they could not find it. After 5 min later and speaking with a manager they finally found the order, I then advised them I wanted to add a couple things separately. I'm not kidding when I say it took me another 3-4 minutes to add a plain cheeseburger. I also wanted to add an additional drink but after we finally understood the order of the burger she said okay 1.08 cents at the window. At that point I was defeated and said screw the drink. When reaching the window I realized one of the bags they handed me had a desert in it. I looked in the bag and noticed it wasn't my order. I then had to give the bag backs while they figured it out. After finally receiving the correct order I asked if I could please have 3 ranches and a bbq sauce. The kid went on to tell me how next time I need to inform them at the speaker that I want sauce so I can pay for it. Even though i ordered 20 nuggets. He then said oh, well we only give 1 sauce for an order. Once getting home I realized I didn't receive either of my 2 original drinks that I did order, plus about half of the order was wrong. Maybe if the guy at the window payed more attention to the order and not trying to charge me 0.29 cents for ranch this wouldn't have happened. Spent $40 at a fast food restaurant only to have half of my order correct and missing items. Over the last 6 months I have had an issue almost every time I come here.

Horrible service. Ordered two kids meals. One with a cheeseburger and the other with a hamburger. I got two cheeseburger meals. I ordered a number 1 meal, a number 2 meal and a number 3. The number 3 meal was to be ketchup only with American cheese, no Swiss. It had both American and Swiss. All meals were to have curly fries. One had regular fries and one had none at all. I got 5 cups (one for each meal) but the cashier came to my table claim one of the cups. She took the cup away, and anotber1employee came to the table and brought me a cup. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the manager came to the table saying that one of the meals wasn't a meal after all, so it wasn't missing fries (that would explain the drink thing) but the cashier repeated the order back to me perfectly. We had had just about enough and my husband got really upset. After all, he had just finished a 14 hour work day. He left, and as I was picking everything up, getting ready to go, I heard the manager bad-mouthing Americans. I'm Cuban and speak fluent Spanish, so I went up the counter and let her know how rude it is to talk about people in Spanish, thinking others don't understand. The fact that my American husband got upset had nothing to do with the fact that he is American, and everything to do with the fact that we got crappy service. I will not be going back to this location.

They have an app where you can order ahead and pick up. The staff aren't friendly. While they do offer a military discount, they're reluctant to give it. The cashier who claimed she's the store manager advised they give a military discount but never gave it. Yet, she had no problem swiping my card. I asked to be refunded for the amount of the military discount. She said she couldn't. I asked for the district manager's contact information and she refused to give. I reached out to their social media support to request again and advised of the piss poor service from the fake store manager. Yes, I said fake manager. A real manager wouldn't treat customers the way she does. Staff need to be retrained. Staff should be greeting customers and thanking them. Stop hiding behind the pandemic for your piss poor service. The pandemic has nothing to do with poor service. I don't recommend anyone come here.

I have visited this JITB for several years now. Throughout all my visits, I don't think I've experienced any major issues; however, I thought I'd provide a more recent feedback. The staff are normally friendly and attentive and the food quality is generally excellent. The one flaw at this establishment is the overall cleanliness of the dining area, drink station/condiment area, and especially the bathroom. To note, the staff working the drive-thru window on 26 May 2023 @ ~8:00 am, were very friendly - kudos to them!

All five of these stars are for one man, and one man only. I came through this drive thru at 1:30am, to find it absolutely smacked with cars. I probably spent 25minutes in this drive thru. I'm a patient person, everybody is understaffed right now, and I've worked fast food so this wasn't an issue for me. However, having experienced working in this situation, having Steven (maybe its just steve- I forget) greet me at the window with patience and kindness was such a sigh of relief. This man had a million things to do, understaffed on the night shift, and he was so calm and collected. Any person able to handle the shift he was working with a smile on their face deserves a raise. If you're the manager reading this, please do not take this employee for granted. He would be a wonderful addition to any restaurant's team. These are tough times to work in customer service. Give this man a bonus or something. Thanks Steve(n)!

Update: This particular location has really gotten bad and their service is terrible. Few weeks ago I had a terrible experience with their service and even had my food being overstuffed into a little bag that broke open as they were handing it to me. Today I went back for the first time and the person taking my order named Emy wouldn't let me finish placing my order because she thought she knew what I was going to say. That caused the order to come out wrong 3 times. After 3 attempts she listened and got it roght and then says SEE YOU AT THE WINDOW. As if it was my fault it was a short simple order but because of her attitude it became difficult. Terrible seems they keep hiring ghetto people. They should retrain there employees. Great place to eat at day or night! Nice staff and great customer service. They are clean and efficient.

As we have very few late night fast food options in this area; I'd expect one of these businesses to step up and want to make money. Every single time I have been here at night, it's something different. Cash only, no soda, burgers and drinks only, etc... if this was my store, I'd be furious that my employees are not willing to work to make the business money. How many customers do you average on a weekend night? That's how many customers were unable to purchase sides and fries... not to mention the amount of customers you lose due to limitations of what we can order. Seriously, if just one late night fast food place existed in this side of town, it would dominate. It's understandable that some nights things can go wrong. However at this location, it's something every night...

UPDATE: Chaged my review from 3 stars to 5 stars...this local store actually called me and offered to fix it for next time I come in for free...I have NEVER had a fast food restaurant do that before...I love this Jack in the Box location !!....we are all human and mistakes are made, enough said...Thanks Guys ! Asked for two EXTRA eggs on my Breakfast sandwich, which would then equal three eggs total.....apparently the cook took that to mean NO eggs on the sandwich, this was even after them confirming 4 times I wanted extra eggs on it and wasnt about to drive 10 minutes back to get it fixed, sorry....I love this location and have never had a problem before requesting this, dont let me down now guys!

I went there around 3 in the morning and ordered food, but I also asked for 2 waters on tap. He tried to keep charging me for bottled waters when I kept saying no, I wanted on tap. So when I got to the window to get my food he gave me the bag of food and then just looked at me. He had no intention of giving me water. So when I asked for the water he gave me a dirty look, and gave me two children's sized waters. When he have me the waters he did not look at me or say anything kind, just shut the window in my face. You might as well just go to the Del Taco right there. It is 24 hours and the service is never rude. The food is better there as well.

I have lived in the area for coming up on 2 years and I absolutely LOATHE that this location is the only one within a reasonable distance to me. I have gone to this location (7441 N El Capitan Way, Las Vegas NV) about 20 times so far and 100% of the time my order is messed up. I have not yet once received what I asked for on the first try. A dozen or so times I have made it all the way home before noticing. But the last several times I always check the bag before leaving the property and end up having to go in to get my order fixed. JUST ONCE I want to trust that what I order is givin to me. Is that really to much to ask!?

Took me over 30 minutes to get in and out. They are so worried about thier score from corporate on how long it takes to get a car from speaker to leaving the window that they back the cars up until the line is out their parking lot. They have enough room to put 4 cars between the speaker and window but only serve two at a time to improve their serving time. This causes a backup and an eternal wait. Go to Burger King or Wendy's where they don't have such corporate trivia and children trying to beat the system. I gave them one star ... I wish I could give them zero. AND ... They got the order wrong.

So I remember going to Jack in the box a long time ago. The only thing I would get there was the Jumbo Jack and it tasted pretty bad but it was a cheap burger. My wife and I went there about 7 years ago and the food was tasteless. I go there with these coupons for a Buttery Jack and some breakfast sandwiches with in the last year and I was floored. I have never had a burger where I could taste all the ingredients. I thought it might be a fluke so I do this like 3 times over the next few months and I'm pleasantly surprised. Way to up the food quality Jack!

I must have been having a real nice day. Probably completed all my in town to do's ..Heading home home with some curly fries and a box of 'mini tacos.. Thecthing is. Curly Fries and the mini tacos are a Great snack for the ride home. Not to messy and from there to home, I was just finishing up my last one. And the place was clean and neat and the cashier super sweet. ( He said, Thank you, hope you I u enjoy and have a nice night. All polite things, ain't that neat.)

Always fresh, hot food and most all staff is welcoming and friendly. Online ordering is very easy and quick most times. Couldn't give 5 stars because their parking lot is dangerous. It's just not setup correctly. When the drive through is busy I just go to and eat somewhere else because the parking lot is too chaotic for me. It's too small for thg amount of traffic that is there. I always feel like my cat is going to get hit when it's busy there. Othe or than the parking lot everything else is great.

I really didn't care too much for Jack in the box the first time that I had it. But when I went back and tried the chicken fajita pita I enjoy it quite a bit. Everything tastes very fresh including the chicken tomatoes and lettuce. And that's a good flavor and it's not fatty or greasy. That is really important to me. This time I got grilled onions on it. But would prefer the uncooked onions. I would definitely give it a try if you're looking for something that's more in a healthier side of the menu.

The issue with this place currently is the manager. She constantly tells the staff not to help counter and just focus on drive-through orders as they ignore customers waiting. Even if you order ahead on the mobile app and wait in the drive-thru line they want you to go wait out front in a parking spot so they can show the corporation that their ticket times are low. Management needs a lot of help here but the food's good.

Showed up, they said the system was down for 10 minutes and told me to wait outside. No problem so I waited. Three cars then proceed to show up and they got to order. Then they proceeded to take 15 minutes just to start making food. I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and gotten my food quicker. They not only let three people cut in front of me and they then proceeded to take forever.

They forgot to give me an Item and when I went back to get it, instead of apologizing and making it right the one in charge proceeded to argue with me and lie to my face saying that two different employees told me to wait even though I only spoke to one person. This was just before 10 pm on 11/15/21. Its not the mistake that bothers me as much as the pushback I experienced. They messed up and lied to make it seem like it was my fault. screw this place.

Just ordered a sausage croissant and chulula fries for breakfast and it was so delicious! The lobby was super clean and quiet, costumer service was great betty was very nice at the counter and brought my food to the table, fabiola the manager picked up my tray for me when I was done. Really enjoyed my visit to this Jack in the box. Not the first time I came and eat here, they suprice me every time so I decided to take a few minutes and do this review.

They get a 2 rating due to the fact, that the tacos were not crispy and the new Vanilla Dr.Pepper was flat, very little carbonation and taste. Someone is not checking those machines. Jack in the Box has a problem with serving their French fries fresh, always on the warmed over side. You can request them done right, however, at this Jack's they do not listen. They need to work on customer service and focusing on getting the products out correct.

Not a great experience. There's no dine in yet. We waited in a long line to get our food through the drive thru. Then they didn't complete our order so we had to knock on door to ask for the rest of our order. Luckily there was an employee who had just arrived to start their shift. She went in to let them know and we had to wait again to get the rest of our order. Needless to say by the time we arrived home to eat our food it was cold.

If I could do zero I would just got my food they parked us saying waiting on fry's will that took 10mins then I realized that they didn't give me my debit card back they just gave us our drinks and told us to park. Last time we went I got the build your burger or something were you get two sides will I barley got any frys they were like a value fry portion same for my boyfriends meal he got the snoop meal and barley got any frys

First time at this location and they had the worst food I have ever received at a Jack in the Box. My kids mini pancakes looked like bites were taken out of them and my chicken sandwich was cold, dry, and tough. You have to agree, microwaved pancakes and a deep fried chicken sandwich have to be 2 of the easiest items to NOT screw up. After reading some other reviews, I realized I wasn't given a receipt either.

Outrageous!! Never in my 20 years of eating Jack in the Box have I had an experience as unpleasant as this. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 sour dough jacks. And the 3rd chicken sandwich had too much pepper on it!!!!!! Distasteful! I’m never coming back to this location again and my kids will NEVER take another bite of this “food”. Have fun going bankrupt because you can’t make sandwiches correctly.

Took 20 minutes to get through drivethru at midnight. Ordered 3 items. Got home got a burnt sourdough sriracha burger, when I ordered a reg. Sourdough. Needless to say I was already home very hungry when I discovered the error. I give one star because when I decide to eat at JIB, 4 out of 5 last times the sour dough has been burnt, meat not very warm. They got to do better to get my $ again.

Best jack in the box in town! I've been stuck in my van in the parking lot next to them and have come into this place multiple times. The store is always clean, the food is always good and the people are always nice. The manager here does a great job running the place. Special shout out to the nigh crew, especially the short haired Hispanic lady who has been super awesome.

JiB food never misses. It's that I'm asked to park the car when in drive through, it's a bad habit that restaurants like this have started to do. I don't mind waiting but If I wanted to park I would go inside. You'll look at cars behind you get their food and leave. Think of when you see the other table get their food before you even though you ordered first.

Every single time I come here the manager treatment like if she hates me I don't know why after I place my order in the drive through and confirm my order they add something else by the window or something is wrong with the order plus never wants to give me sauce and when I asked she makes all this faces.....not a good costumers service!!!

I might of made the mistake of getting tacos from a burger place but even with that in mind i was still disappointed. I ordered the loaded mini tacos having liked the plain ones. The cheese on the congealed into a single square puck at the bottom of the box and whatever sauce they put on it is bad.

Ordered and ended up being stuck in drive thru with no way of leaving till I got through the line. Ended up taking 25 min to get thru the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. You would have thought my food would have been ready by the time I got to the front but wasnt. Never never again. Heres a picture of what they gave me. YUCK!

Recently moved into the area, so it was my first time there, took my family out for a picnic but wanted something to eat quick. Swung by Jack in the box and ordered some CHICKEN sandwiches. They didn't put in the CHICKEN patty on one. I was disappointed all I got was buns with lettuce. I even asked for extra Mayo and didn't get that either.

I never ate Jack in the box often due to many reasons, and now I will never touch it again because of this one in particular. Four out of five (4/5) visits which span an eight year time frame, I have bitten down on something super hard in the burger meat. Don't know what it is. Good food. Good prices. Fast. Sometimes they forget something so i always double check my order in the drive thru before i leave. The spicy chicken sandwich with cheese is my favorite. I change the bread to sourdough. And the cheddar bacon potato wedges are great, u can also change the wedges to fries or curly fries. I eat here a lot.

The manager Wendy is perhaps the friendliest and most attentive fast food manager I've ever encountered! We weren't given part of our mobile order so called the store to ask where it was. Service could be better. They constantly cut you off when you are giving your order to ask questions in the way that is easiest for them to input in their computer. If they just listened they would hear everything they needed and could then enter it. It's frustrating to the customer and this happens constantly at this location.

Bad experience the lady who was at drive thru didn't even know how to take order saying ITS JUST A TERIYAKI BOWL and didn't even tasted good the rice hard no Broccoli no nothing and dried and chicken still needed cook more I don't recommend here... I like other Jack in the box where I actually get right my orders NOT HERE

We had great service! They were SLAMMED in the drive thru and it did take a few minutes to get service inside. But a really nice and very pregnant lady assisted us. And she had just clocked out! When we received our food, the young man who assisted was funny and nice!

I was warn that they cannot take big orders However I did not expect for the manager in all the employees to yell at me through a drive-through after messing up my complete order. Thay was not wearing mask or gloves was not professional at all. One of the worst Jack-in-the-Box ever been to in my life

After my experience with them recently, I have decided never to return. Jack in the Box used to have great food. After my last two visits, it's almost like they stopped trying. The food was awful. The food tasted old and it wasn't even cooked properly. I think I will just stick with McDonald's.

I've only been through ths locations drive through once and the time I went the service was extremely quick! The employees were friendly and efficient. Although, I do blame whoever suggested to me the mini churros for my cheated diet, but I will say, they were absolutely delicious!!!! Worth it!

So the place that has late night munchie boxes and is known for late hours is closing up shop at 10? Go in to check it out and am met by a middle aged Hispanic woman that felt the need to be very rude when answering about the hours. Yeah. Eff this location. Glad there is a Del Taco next door.

Asked for dr.pepper and recieved a flat coke and no straw. Very disappointing after eating the spicy strips. Only 2 cars ahead of me, and the lot didnt look full, but took 15 min. Drive through is quite narrow with sharp turns if you have a bigger vehicle. Staff friendly, food was still hot.

I ordered the supreme breakfast combo that came with a bacon, ham, cheese and egg croissant, hash brown and a drink, I chose OJ for $5 + tax. I think it's a pretty good deal. This restaurant is cleaned and tidy which is a plus. Employees appeared to be professional and worked well together.

The worst service ever; ended up driving away with no food because I wasn't willing to wait an additional 5+ minutes, on top of the 7 minutes from order to knocking on the window, for a simple order. You can have the best food in the world but when your service sucks, you lose customers.

The food here used to be great. Fresh and delicious. Now for some reason within the last few months, the quality has really gone down hill. The burgers are quickly and half assedly made, and taste terrible. I probably won't be going back. Makes me sad, used to love this place.

Horrible. I had $5 can for dbl meat dbl cheese sour dough got a scrawny 1 meat sandwich. I refused it and asked for a chicken sandwich. Mgr didn't ask me which kind just gave me a kid sandwich and walked away. This is why ppl want to throw back..bad service.

Bun on a #12 was hard, ordered curly fries but got regular fries instead, they also forgot my 7 piece jalapeño poppers which I paid for, never received a receipt either. Looking to be reimbursed for my Jalapeño poppers. Mistakes are made, but 0/4 c’mon.

I dont even know why I go to any of the fast food places around this area. They never understand simple orders. Fresh food or no cheese is really hard for them to understand. If your going to get a job with food please take it a little more serious.

It's a good burger place. In my opinion a lot better than BK or McDonalds. My kids love the fact that they do breakfast all day long. This location is fairly quick and they haven't messed up my order yet, and I've been a dozen times a least.

I love the jack in the box by Durango and 95, I pretty much go there every other day on my way to work around 0300, 24 hour drive through is awesome and the people there are always friendly and nice, hands down one of my favorite locations

The burger patties were hard and old. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and he said that his was old as well. Asked for ranch for onion rings and guess what? Didn't get any. Never again, will drive to Craig location.

Moved here to Vegas from Kansas.. Found this place after a Lowe's visit.. Pulled in for a burger, my first time to eat at Jack in the box. WOW great burger im hooked now.. My 8 year old daughter loves it also .

Jack In the Box rarely disappoints. Their ice coffee makes me a regular. The service has been above average at each location so far. A few of the managers make me feel more than just a regular Joe.

As fast food goes Jack In The Box is one of the better places to go. I got the sourdough cheeseburger meal for five bucks. Their breakfast sandwiches are great and they're served 24/7.
