On 6/20/2022, I went through the drive through to purchase breakfast for myself and my son. I used the mobile app to use a discount code as well as to pay for my meal as my app is synced with my credit card. At the payment window, the clerk informed me that my payment did not go through and asked for another form of payment. I gave him 3 different credit cards and he informed me that all 3 were declined which made no sense as we are always on time with our payments. Luckily I had cash on me so I paid $9.00 for my order which totaled $8.82. I received no change. When I got home with our food, I discovered that my receipt showed a completed transaction for the order on our mastercard. I checked our online account for that credit card and sure enough, the $8.82 transaction was pending. I called the store and requested to speak with a manager. I spoke with someone named Paola who identified themselves as the manager and assured me that the mobile order was canceled. I told them that the transaction was on my card statement and was told I can bring the card statement into the restaurant to show them. Unfortunately I did not have the time to go, but I decided to give them benefit of the doubt because the transaction was still pending and can take a few days to finalize. After checking today, I see the transaction is in fact finalized and they did not cancel it on their end. All in all, I paid twice for subpar food. I've reported this incident to corporate and am disputing the charge with my credit card company, but I want to warn others to not use your mobile app with credit card information at this location and don't expect any help from management to correct their mistakes.

Today 01/13/18 I was absolutely embarrassed. My family and I attempted to order our usual breakfast a little later than normal from our local McDonalds. I pulled up to the drive thru window and order 10 sausage egg Mcmuffins and 5 cups of water. The lady taking my order then told me I could only have 1 water per person. I then told her okay there’s five of us, my wife, myself my 2 daughters and my son. She seemed to be very confused about the water or what she just told me. I backed out of the drive thru and went inside with my family so the staff could see that it was indeed five people. Thinking I could place my order and finally be on my way. To my amazement when inside the problem only seemed to escalate. I explained to the young lady my order was for 5 people 2 sandwiches per person and 1 water per person with my entire family standing beside me. I then asked for a Manager and the young lady says to her coworker all these people do is complain. I had never complained before because I had never had a problem before. When the Manager came I explained to her that this has been my order at this same McDonalds for the last 6 months without any problems to my amazement she said we could only have 2 waters for 5 people. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in all my life. I had been placing the same order at the same McDonalds location and never had a problem. I felt like today I was discriminated against because of the color of my family especially with the comment by the employee who said all these people do is complain. Today McDonalds lost a life long customer.

I drove through the drive up window to order this morning at about 4 AM., 12/4/2019. I was taking my Granddaughter to the Airport and was in a hurry. I was told that the were not open yet. I proceeded to drive the rest of the way through the drive way but had to stop because of two cars were ahead of me. My daughter got out and went to the cars in front of me to ask them to move so we could get out. The car directly in front of us was puzzled about why the car in front of him was not moving. Since there was no service, why was the car in front just setting there. It did not make sense. I honked my horn to get the attention of a man at the first window. He opened his window and told me to back out of the drive through lane. Now this was 4 in the morning and it was dark He wanted me to back out. I honked at the cars in front of me and no movement. After about 5 to 10 minutes more we saw the person in the first car getting food and drink and then.drove off. Now what is wrong with this picture We were told that they were closed and someone was being served and they had the nerve of holding up people who were told something different. If they were not opened but someone did not get that message and filled an order, why couldln't they tell that person to move up 5 more feet in order to let the people in back get by him? Where was that manager? Now you have two carload of people who want to tell the world of someones bad management skills.

I took my grandson to the McDonald's on Cheyenne and Durango. My first level of irritation was the double lanes in the drive thru...what is the point?? They were still slow as hell and when I finally got to the window, the guy says was your order a cheeseburger kids meal plain?? I said yes , not realizing that was not my order because that meant the burger was without anything on it just bread,cheese,and Pattie I only checked it while still there because the lady handed me apple juice as the drink and I had ordered fruit punch, then I asked the lady why my order is wrong and she says sorry it's the car behind me and wanted to take the food I had just handled back . .. I told her "you need to throw that out and make my order and their order over" she then asked me to park and they will bring it out to me. So I did, oh please keep in mind that it's 107 outside and my 4yr old is in the backseat. Thank goodness I saw the car behind me being told to do the same, so she must have redone their order as well, but all j could think is "what is the purpose of them stupid double lanes " that's my rant, those poor children trying to get a job and learn what it takes to keep one, have to take the abuse for whatever these fast food chains apposed them to do...I was nice because I realize they are trying the best they can but that's me not everyone. The food was fine after my whole 30 minute wait .

I literally waited in drive through today for 32 minutes as they'd forgotten I was waiting in thier pickup section where they told me to wait. The dining area was closed because of Covid...so I called at 15 minutes later after they'd served about 8 vehicles after me. After 20 minutes they brought out my food which was cold and forgot my drinks. They then brought out my drinks and took back my cold food. I waited 12 more minutes as they'd forgotten me again. I got out and walked to the drive through and they came out with an insincere apology. The previous evening we went through to the same drive through. There are two lanes, and while cars were in both lanes which were open, they only took orders in the first lane...so everyone in lane two either left or got back into line in lane 1. I let the guy know when he took my order and his response was, "Really? Sorry. Well that's not my fault." Totally disorganized restaurant.

They have the self serve kiosks which is nice but they dont run them like there supposed to. The night i was in there, I rang myself out, got my number put on the table. Then, with no one in front if me, proceeded to wait 3 or 4 minutes for my drink cup. Went and got my drink and sat down. She must have rang up, and gave food to at least 5 other customers, not including the drive through guests. I had a simple burger and fries. Any other time they bring your order out to the table, hence the reason for putting the number out. Instead she just yells it out...and by this point, the lines empty, and there was no reason to not bring the tray out. All in all from the time my order was timestamped until I actually got my food, was 14 minutes. Only reason I gave 3 stars, was because its never been this bad before and I'm hoping it was just an off night.

Went through the drive through to get a frozen drink for my kid. She was happy with it. I was not the happiest with the attitude of the person on the mic. They asked me if I was using the mobile app and I told them no. Then they asked for my number and I was confused and I asked what is that for. They said it’s for the mobile app and it’s the first thing that they asked. I told them that I said no to the mobile app. I could tell the person taking the order was a little miffed. I get it, trying to get fast food out the door quick can be a lot to deal with, but to me a simple “sorry about the confusion” from them would have gone a long way. Didn’t get any of that. Would have been a 5 for me if I did.

Like any McDonald's, the food is going to be the same. But unlike many, the same can not be said about the service and staff. The drive through had a long line, but the wait time was not bad. I was able to place my order and be out of there in an efficient manner. I had a question about the menu. I had just arrived when the were starting to serve lunch. I was mainly interested in breakfast. Because of the transition to lunch, the breakfast menu was not displayed. I usually detest asking questions about the menu at the drive through, as the communication is not very good through their system. However, I did not have that issue at that particular location. The employee was very helpful and friendly, as was the rest of the staff.

been coming here for years as a paying customer, today I got screamed at for getting tap water with my own cup and not paying for it. every mcd ive been to gives you free water and they have never yelled at me rudly about it. it is a discrimination against homeless people. they treated me different than before and different than any other store ive been to. you would think they'd have a heart and be kind or at least not treat me horrible about it. paying for tap water without even giving me a cup. this place makes plenty of money, its greed and hate I experienced today. god bless the heathens. they going to charge to wash my hands too. also they have two competitors next door that do not treat me that way or charge a fake fee.

This place is horrid. The last several times I've gone here I've ended up having to wait in one of the parking lot slots... This is supposed to be no-brainer fast food. If I want to have to wait for a burger, I'll go to In and Out. I get that McDonald's is trying to improve their menu, but the bottom line is they are fast food and this place does not serve any food fast UPDATE 9/26/18: if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We went inside and walked up to the counter instead of using the kiosks. We were tersely acknowledged then ignored for nearly 5 minutes before we left and went to Burger King next door. We are done with this place. If we want McDonald's, we will drive out of our way to get it.

I have had a few times I have needed a Manager to fix a situation and the Mexican manager that I have ran into many times during the day lacks the ability to lead and definitely doesn't have customers service skills and I am of Mexican decent myself I speak the language and the way she speaks to her employees are even more disturbing. If she does have any customer service training it definitely does not show. I have worked the customer service industry for over 25 years and that lady is burnt out or has lost interest in providing care and she never smiles. Sorry to post this but some one had to let you know. If you would like to message me please do I'm more than willing to provide feedback.

I made an online order at 10:10 through the McDonald’s app. They had received the order. The driver arrived at 10:25. The workers said they are no longer serving breakfast. But breakfast stops at 10:45. So why isn’t it already made? I spoke to an employee and the manager Sandra was very rude. You don’t own the restaurant you work here so do the job you are hired to do. I will be calling to speak with someone because I do not appreciate the treatment. I spent $30 just to not get my order and basically told to kick rocks. Not okay.

This store is setting a very poor example for McDonald's. No matter what time of day I go there, rather inside or drive thru ; they are very very slow. My orders are consistently wrong. Large iced coffee 's are made wrong. They either forget the syrup and its bitter or has too much cream added and are white in color. The drive thru typically runs 6 to 12 minutes depending on time of day. Employees are rude and do not LISTEN when you order. Corporate needs to step it up here or close this location. Example 1 xar in front in drive thru and for 2 number 2 cheeseburger meals it took fifteen minutes and the food we were given was not even what we ordered. Pathetic!

Horrible servers at drive through. Kids with attitude, not friendly, no communication, no smile, threw change in my hand and said nothing. Horrible, ...I avoid going to this location but give in from time to time every few months and always regret it. McDonald's is service challenged and I don't need it. Again....June 16th, 2021, yet another pathetic experience. Drive up 10 minutes before closed and get a loud statement through the speaker about how they are closed. Ok, then please change the hours to 3:50 not 4:00. Anybody knows this who has common sense. I'm done with the horrible service of the once great McDonald's!!!!

Lunch Food a little messy. And clean your fry serving area. Caked up salt doesn't taste good on fries . or in my mouth. 3 stars as I knocked down for taste. Service was good and fast. Friendly staff. 5 star there. But salt cakes up so watch that folks. Simple wipe off of serving area and plastic server goes a long way. They did do better on my breakfast a couple weeks before ( sausage mcmuffins). Those they cooked perfectly and were well put together.

the worst experience I ever had I will never ever ever go back to that McDonald's I think that the people that they have working on these windows should not have been working there they move slow they don't care they Have no customer service skills The guy at the window couldn't even talk to me It took me forever to get through the lines And then my order was wrong and then I waited for another 5 minutes for them to make the right order only after waiting for 5 minutes at the window to pay. I was so aggravated when I left that I didn't even eat my food!!!

The staff here is great and the place is always clean. Also there's a play area. I took off a star because the automated kiosk sucks. You push "meals" and it doesn't give you them but individual items instead. But more to the point, it's way more inconvenient than just telling a person your order. Hopefully McDonald's doesn't totally replace people with kiosks. And the cups out in the open — trusting people to be on the honor system? Good luck with that. Maybe in the future, a machine will automatically dispense the cup size ordered. But having a human hand you the cup is a lot better.

Fried items like chicken nuggets and fries are often overcooked. The app not responding or mapping to the correct location is another negative factor. There's extra long delays during the evenings since they close walk in service and you have to go through the drive-thru. There's a lot of traffic on this corner since it's the closest fast food open late for the area so it's not too unrealistic for them to justify hiring enough staff.

My first review ever, 6/17/23 around 8:00pm. There was a rush of people in the drive through, and I felt in my heart to give credit where it’s due. That staff, was working quickly and you can tell the hard work they were putting in, and even so the calmness and patience between those who were taking the orders, they were beyond respectful & that’s what makes a good team. You never know what someone is going through, and they all deserve a great job. Foods great, and fresh, and my frappes are made with love because they always taste good.

The people working here are drive thru challenged. I just love it when I sit in front of a menu and the other lane takes 3 orders for cars that got there after me. Then after all that, my order is wrong, the sodas are wrong, the burgers are wrong. They did get the fries correct, got them in the cardboard container and everything. They must’ve taken extra care because the fries were cold by the time they pulled it off. Just save yourself the hassle and go to BK next door.

I’ve been to this location twice in the past week simply for the convenience. Ordered via the app both times, the 1st visit just for a drink. Went in to pick it up, waited 20 minutes while they served the order #’s below and above mine then were rude when I finally said something. Today I picked up curbside. I thought my custom burger was correct because my order slip was but when I bit into it different story. Slathered in ketchup. They corrected my order but again were snide and rude. It’s my last visit here for sure.

Manager is horrid i go to this location all the time. This women ignores her workers speaks spanish to her american workers and customers, ignores and is unhelpful if a kid is ordering. Manager Ignores adults to the point where im telling other coworkers to go get the manager cause she walks away from people talking to her all just to get my coupon in.Wont help customers with requests if she feels its out of her way. And is very rude to employees to the point where u can tell they are uncomfortable. Sad really

This place has gone downhill. Every time it seems they forget something or get it wrong completely. The employees are super nice and friendly but I am tired of getting home with the wrong order. I do check it now but if they checked it before handing it out it would be nice. The inside could use a deep clean. The food is what you expect from Mcdonald's.

Apparently the people working at the drive up window don't understand english, when we ordered our food the speaker was not working well she finally heard me. Told them about the problem and they didn't seem to care, he looked at me like what are you talking about and I told him I just told you SPEAKER IS NOT WORKING, he was so aggravating. They need to hire people who understand customer complaints it's ridiculous! Plus she got the order wrong....

They say that the dining room is open until 10 pm. However, every single time, they lock the doors 50 minutes before the times posted on the window, on their website, on their app, on google maps, etc. If you ordered a pickup order, too bad! You MUST go through the drive through that’s backed up 20 minutes to get your order, and by the time you finally get through, the drinks are melted and your food is cold. If you are going to lock your doors at 9 pm, then post that and stop wasting our time.

Your guy's graveyard shift drive thru person is phenomenal..!! I was really having a bad day and just wanted some food! I wasn't expecting to laugh as hard as I did in your drive thru. That young man with the tattoos is a very friendly personable professional..!! I told my girlfriends about him as well and they also went to check it out. Got great reviews from them as well..!! Definitely a good hire and I hope to see more from him in my future visits..!! BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!

Customer service was poor. I had a hard time understanding the employee who summoned another employee who was rude and impatient. Accents can be hard to understand and masks magnify the problem . Patience is definitely required . Ordering was difficult as well due to poor communication and understanding of what I was ordering , which was a simple happy meal. There are 2 car lines to order . There is no organization and a car can have a Long wait period depending what line your on.

If I could give a negative star review I would, went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 2 number 7 meals, which are the two cheeseburgers with no onions got home, smothered in onions, and then two of the sandwiches were squished flat and my fries were hard and cold. When I tried to call to complain the phone was busy then when I got through no one answered and the voice-mail box was full. I don't know what the problem is but this level of service is unacceptable.

The BEST darn McDonald's in Vegas ( IMO ) no lines in the morning. The best associates! Friendly, helpful! The hashbrowns are ALWAYS hot and fresh ( NEVER GREASY! ) I love this McDonald's. I cannot express enough how fast the drive thru is in the mornings. And their associates are always friendly.

This location always has problems getting my drive thru order correct. I've been through this drive through 4 times. They have messed my order up 2 out of those 4 times. It would have been 3 out of those 4 times, but I learned my lesson and checked the bag before I left on one of those occasions. I realize that it gets super busy, but common guys. I've gone to this location strictly because of the convenient location, but I will no longer use this McDonald's.

Lady hands me the wrong bag of food in the drive thru, and then when I let her know, she said "why?". Then they go get our bag that was sitting in some random guy's car for 30 sec and bring it us. I casually asked, "was that just in that guys car?" And the lady working said "no it was behind the counter" even though I literally watched the entire process. THEN when we get home, it's missing one of the few items we ordered. Ray Kroc rolled in his grave tonight

I’ve tried every way of contacting this place! Hi there, I am pretty sure one of your employees at the W Cheyenne Las Vegas store has my stolen iPhone 13. It was stolen from me on 21 October at the OYO Hotel & Casino. Nearly every day since then it has shown at your store for several hours. The individual may live at 2204 W Eugene Avenue, 89128. I made a police report on 22 October and informed them of the address. Is there anyone there who can help?!

Nothing like having your mouth ready for a large VANILLA iced coffee just to take a big gulp of iced coffee with no flavor cream...YUCK!!!! Not sure what is happening with the service at this place because it has been lacking here lately. I've had egg shells in my food wrong drinks and now this yea I'm done, can't afford paying for their screw ups any longer and it's not like I can go back quickly because I'm going there and then straight to work.

The staff is extremely nice. The only complaint that I have is that they don’t make good iced coffees... It never taste like there’s any flavor in them. I’ve called and talked to the manager about it before, and it seems like they never fix the issue. I even try and pay for an extra shot of syrup and it still doesn’t taste like anything... it taste like straight ice coffee. It’s disappointing.. Other than that, this location is on top of things.

I was a all American winner back in 1980. Met Ray Croc and he was on a electric scooter with health deteriorating. This store needs to go back to basics and hire only friendly young people like In-N-Out. Management needs refreshing. Help these young people to earn $15 by bettering themselves. Teach them some motivation and self awareness. Above all, start by teaching customer service by saying “Welcome to McDonald’s how may I help you?”….

i like this location they have a lite up table in the kids area. And they staff is very friendly. I stop here often on the way to my appts. They have beautiful colored real roses on the tables. Flat screen TVs and round padded comfortable booths. They also have a double drive thru and they don't have to escort you to the bathroom when you need to go like other locations. There is also a play area for kids with plenty of seating.

The guy who took my order at the drive through was beyond rude. He kept interrupting asking "ANYTHING ELSE" before I could even finish my word. Completely rude. If he doesn't like his job that much then he shouldn't work there. I ended up just saying screw it and leaving with out even going up to the front window. Wish I could've gotten his name to put it on here. It's horrible how bad service like that can ruin your appetite.

This is one of the worst "fast food" restaurants I have been to. They always make you wait way too long, often directing you to wait in a parking space when going thru their drive thru. This is one of the few McDonnalds that has 4 waiting spots instead of two and they are often filling all of them with people waiting all the time. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one if you value your time or decent customer service.

I ordered no salt on my fries and sauce flavors for my chicken Nuggets, I had a big order, so they had me pull up to wait for my order. When I got my order, my fries had salt AND they were cold, NO SAUCES AT ALL in the bag, the Nuggets were barely warm as well as the 4 quarter pounders, $40 dollars of bad food, service and my time!! I'll never stop at this location.

- Poor service speed, this is "fast food" only in name as the front staff tend to chit-chat with customers while a long line develops, this has happened multiple times in the dining area. The BK next door rarely has this problem. - Tomato sourcing for salads could be better, I frequently dispose of them as they're usually mushy. - Staff is generally friendly (maybe a little much so) and order accuracy is sufficient.

I guess we went when there wasn't a good manager on duty because they were all over the place. We were asked to pull forward to wait on our food. They brought us the wrong order twice and then when they finally did get us the correct order they forgot our straws and napkins. When we were at the window paying we could hear employees yelling at each other and arguing. It really seemed to be chaos in there.

It's hit or miss with the food here. One day my chicken sandwich was raw and pink in the middle, the next day it was cooked perfectly. The fries however are rarely cooked and are soggy and cold by the time I get my food home. It's McDonald's though, so how high should your expectations be? Edit: They leave Fox News on all day and won't change it.

Orders are consistently wrong/missing items and fries tend to be on the unsalted side. Service could definitely use improvement. Update: a week later I have ordered one last time from this location and once again there are missing items. The girl who answered the phone was at least pleasant, but they really need to be checking the bag if a DoorDash/Grub-hub driver asks if everything is in the bag.

One person in this whole store carries the customer service skills. Everyone else is attitudes and more. I stopped going here because they've messed up my order multiple times and I even had to wait like 15 minutes for cookies that only take about 5 minutes to bake, and package. As a former shift manager for McDonald's the crews here wouldn't fly with me nor would they continue to work for me.

This McDonald's is probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to they were very courteous the food was good hot and biscuits were soft just the way I like it in fact bada bop bop bop I was loving it. The staff was by far very professional and obviously knew what they were doing I would recommend this place to anyone that even slightly likes McDonald's. Hats off to you guys good job!

Didn't bring me my drink with my mobile order. Had to go back though the drive through. Got stuck behind someone that ordered 25 of everything on the menu Then the man at the first window actually made me pull forward behind her to wait on my drink. I had to back up to his window again and ask him to tell her to pull forward and someone needed to give me my drink. It was ridiculous.

Worst frozen food ever. I ordered a coke with extra ice. It was not until after I paid and I was handed my coke that I was informed there was no ice. This McDonald's never has ice. How can a McDonald's not have ice, and when you order a drink with extra ice they don't tell you, but until after you pay when you're informed they cannot give you your money back. Rude employees, too.

These are the "large fries" that I ordered. Didn't check the bag because it was so little to screw up, but I learned my lesson. Portions are severely downsized and quality assurance should be checked. Edit: they wouldn't allow the photo I attached because it showed "poor quality." For those of you who care to know, the two fry containers were less than half full.

This McDonald's is my fave for 2 reasons, one it's close to where I live and two, they always make my order just like I want it. I special request that my biscuits are soft and sometimes I have to wait but if I'm fortunate and biscuits just came up, I'll get my order quicker. Staff is always great too! Hope this helps. Enjoy

Ordered two 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meals. Got home and neither box had the chicken in them. Had to go all the way back. Was not very happy. I was told I should be checking to be sure they gave me everything I ordered. Isn't it their responsibility to make sure the whole order is in the bag before they hand it to us.

Halfway home and took a sip of my coke. Got a mouthful of HOT coke with cold ice floating at the top of my drink. I asked for two cheeseburgers and one hot n' spicy. I have been using this mcdonalds for the last 3 years. For diet reasons, I can’t eat cheese so I always get the breakfast burrito with no cheese. Typical McDonald's food. I use the drive thru. The performance is spotty. Sometimes it is fast and the order is correct. Other times it is a cluster. I think it mostly depends on who is the manager that day and what the primary performance metric is the focus, which means everything else is being ignored.

We ordered two happy meals and they didn't include a toy in one, and then the other was a toy from some other promotion instead of the current. It took a bit for them to bring the food out to us, so the food was colder than it would normally be in a 5 minute drive from home.

Got home and found one of the cheeseburgers I ordered had no patty it was just 2 buns, cheese, and ketchup. Then, my husband's burger had the pickles on the outside, I guess it was too much to put them IN the burger I'm so mad that I wasted my money. Never again …

The staff here is great and the place is always clean. Also there's a play area. I took off a star because the automated kiosk sucks. You push "meals" and it doesn't give you them. But more to the point, it's way more inconvenient than just telling a person your order.

Hit or miss. Fries are usually soggy or cold. Not sure why this is the case at this location. Great customer service and other food is as expected. Need to double check sauce requests when going through the window. If they forget or dont hear you they give you BBQ.

They have signs up asking to “pay at kiosk when indoors”, giving no options for cash payers. Due to lack of staff. It’s been weeks if not months now. Today, their indoor lobby is locked from the inside with 0 indications as to why. Sure glad I walked here!
