The food is about as tasty as any genuine fast food you'll find. The problem i consistently have with any jack in the box locations is how long it takes to place an order and then actually receive that order in the dining room. They're obviously trained to put priority on the drive thru so if you go inside to eat DON'T... be in any kind of hurry. Sometimes (even when they're so busy), I've had employees look at me, walk right past me and not even acknowledge me. No "I'll be with you in a moment" or anything. And go walk back and start up a conversation with another employee. Hoping that I might leave & go to the drive thru, but I've no car. Oh,.. the downtown Willow Glen store will generally serve you at the drive thru if you're on a bicycle or if you walk up. None of the other locations I've visited will do that. Anyhow yes back to the dining room issue, it's so bad once.i visited a store where a corporate manager was there for whatever kind of business. But she was there for awhile. She had gone in the back after a meeting with a worker, put on a drive thru headset after she made eye contact with me. This was after typical afternoon lunch time and no one was at the drive thru ordering and I was the only dining room customer. But that corporate district lady turned around and went right over to the cook and cashier and started having a jolly little conversation that was all smiles and laughs and great times at work. I gave it almost 2 or 3 minutes and then heard the ding on the drive thru sound and they hopped into action leaving me there wishing I could place and order. And then I left went across the parking lot to Subway on the other end where there is NO drive thru and you know what happened? I placed an order and got something to eat! It's been almost a month since I've been to a Jack's and spent my $$. I think last week early 1 chilly morning a friend paid for coffee. But it was one of those - it's his turn deals. So.... Yeah, too bad because I really like the seasoned curly fries, but have found essentially the same thing at Dollar Tree stores in the freezer section. Take those home and put them in the hot oil fryer and voila Problem solved

I showed up around right around what I would assume would be lunch rush. Though it didn't seem very busy as I walked up to the register and was the only one in line and there was only two diners in the restaurant the MOD made eye contact with me but then went to help expedite in drive-thru it was two cars in before she looked behind her again and said be with you in a moment so unfortunately because Drive u x I always looked at and lobby times aren't I was definitely made wait longer than I'm sure the company would like to have two cars at drive-thru wait to order. What you did come to the register I would describe her General demeanor as short and indifferent. Tacos we're okay if you didn't mind some very bitter tasting and brown on the edges lettuce but at least the shells were crispy. In general coming from an early on background of fast food experience in general I was dissatisfied but probably got what I paid for it as fast food is just fast food

I went with my husband to grab us dome good and the lady that worked that nite was so rude and rushing us with attitude. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and the mozzarella stick box with fries, onion, and the mozzarella sticks which were very dry and the cheese was hard. My husband ordered a sour dough jack which smelled rotten and was so dry i took a bite to try it and couldn't even get it down my throat without drinking something. We also got cheese fries 2 each which seem to be fine. Well that nite mine and his stomach started hurting bad and the next day, i had diarrhea all day long, throwing up and had the chills. He suffered with the same issue and its scary cause he's diabetic. Today im still not feeling too good. I know for a fact we got stomach poisoning from eating there. I will not be going to that location again! It's sad because its closes to were we live but rather go somewhere else to eat then to get sick again.

Lived near here for years. Only ate here because it was one of a few places within walking distance. Often they close early, only leaving the drive through open. Very disappointing after walking over for a quick bite. Trying to eat indoors rather then take it to go is disgusting. They don't stop people from bringing pets, not service dogs, inside. My daughter been barked at, lunged at and bit by random dogs, completely unprovoked, (she knows not to touch a pet without asking first), just trying to order food. They also allow homeless people who stink to camp out inside the restaurant. Making it extremely gross to try to eat when you are gagging at the smells. They have to turn off the soda machine from all the people living in the apartment building nearby and their homeless friends who constantly steal drinks. Save your sanity and visit the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot or the Subway.

the lady in the Drive-Thru misrepresents what Jack in the Box is. This place has got to be the worst, I look online for pricing and come to the Jack-in-the-Box the prices do not match the online. Jack in the Box prices and offerings were not provided as so number one disappointment. Number two, the lady in the Drive-Thru took 15 minutes just to get to the front. Some fat Hispanic looking lady or white lady heavyset elephant was ready to take my meal away from me like she wanted to eat it oh, but I said I wanted to eat it even more so I stood by my meal. Upon ordering she was not providing no customer service at all took another 15 minute provide food, and did not even smile like she was prejudice. Hispanic is prejudice racism. Jack in the Box needs to take a look at their drive-thru lady that is fat. Have a nice one

Not sure what is going on at this location, more than once I have gone to the drive through, on my way home from work and can not get any service. The first time a couple of employees came to the window, closed the window and actually hid from sight, called the manager to complain the next day. That was in March 2017. Same thing is happening as I write this review 10 months later, the sign says open 24hrs but it appears completely empty and there is no response on the intercom. Based on the lack of cars in the parking lot the workers may have clocked in and then left to do their own thing, or maybe no one was scheduled to work? In which case the sign should be changed to “closed” Strange way to run a business.

Very proffesional place, I went to the drive thru and had my food within 2 minutes flat. Awesome job guys! The gigantic, and I mean GIGANTIC flame broiled shim standing out there at 3am begging for a morsel is a nice touch, but I'm afraid he's not exactly going to capture your target demographic if he keeps muttering obscenities at the people who offer to buy him a 6 dollar sandwich like he asked for, but decline on the drink, because there has to be a limit somewhere, right? He was very rude and I curse him very heavily, a pox on his home. A pox on his family. Èredù ďìna oh salab, eren arise ah kabob! It is done. He has two years to live. Good riddance. The world will be better without him.

I ordered a few meals and substituted the french fries for side salads, and when I got home, the two salads were ssooo badly rotten that I wouldn't dare feed it to my family! Then upon returning, they refused to replace them or refund us our money back! Now, first of all, they shouldn't have have even been selling any rotten salads in the first place; so that shows the level of quality that they operate on. I will not be returning to this establishment to do any type of business ever again in my life! I refuse to do business with unprofessional establishments they do not have customer service or accommodate the customers when they make mistakes!

I bought lunch today at this Jack In the Box, and the drive thru teller told me my debit card didn't go through and asked me for my card again. 2nd time transaction went through and I was given a receipt. Same day, later I check my online banking and see 2 Jack in the Box transactions for 2 different amounts. I see the amount from my receipt and a different transaction amount. I called my bank, and they were able to tell me that my card was charged twice, 2 minutes apart from this same Jack in The Box! Scammers working at this Jack in the Box, don't go there!!

This little shopping plaza is crawling with homeless people who appear to be wacked out of their minds. Today one woman was sitting on the curb in the drive thru making it difficult to pull in. She didn't care. The parking lot is littered with trash, it's disgusting. I get nervous just going though the drive thru wondering if someone is going to confront me. Go inside or use the restroom? Absolutely not. The few businesses there should pressure the landlord to address these problems. Be prepared for this experience or go down the street to McDonald's.

I went to the front desk and I did not get help for over 10 mins, I said "hello" "hello someone" but no one answered me. Far away I saw the cooker without gloves holding the fries and adding on the hot oil " with our gloves" Then I went back to my car and I went to the drive-thru make my order, very sad I had to make a complaint The manager came by I explained the situation from the drive-thru The manager don't care either too apologize for the situation. I thought okay maybe they having a bad day today and I went on my way.

Jack n the Box has always been a easy food delight. I rated this one a low 3 stars because of it's location. Lots of unwanted foot traffic, not the most secure place I've ever been. Nothing really ever changes, except the prices. Dollar tacos are still a tasty and pasty sin. Breakfast Jack's are my usual go to, but I'm not sure for how long if the cost continues to rise. The egg, cheese, paper thin ham in a bun, what's not to love. So it works in a pinch, it's not far from the safety on my home.

Drive thru: Ordered an Oreo shake and two tacos, the person couldn't even hear me when ordering and had to repeat my order several times. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes they told me to pull to the side and they would bring my food to the car when I asked them why it was taking so long i was told to hold on. I was given my food it wasn't even cooked and they didn't give me a receipt. I need to file a formal complaint and request a refund.

I had a long day and i order at late night, they forgot to put in the bag of avocado lime sauce that come with mini tacos and another sauces for the burger and fries. I was so mad because I spend over $31 and the foods was awful! Will never go there again and I do not recommend anyone go there. It filthy ghetto area. I wish I could get refunded.

I just stopped by today around 5:00 pm since I haven’t had anything to eat all day . I bought a #5 combo with curly fries and limonade . Anything they deep into the oil fryer stinks like old burned oil . The restaurant itself stinks from a block away . The city needs to check this restaurant’s cleanliness. But the main thing is the “deep fryer” my curly fries stank like hell and we’re over fried by the way .

The drive thru is pretty fast, but it's a little annoying when the person asks how can they help you, and you place your entire order, giving them all of the specifics , and then they say to you, " Welcome to _____. May I take your order?" So I repeat exactly what I said the first time, and they say, " Please, let me know when you're ready." And for the finale, they don't respond to you when you call them and say, " okay, I'm ready to order." Nothing.

The employees listen well and are very friendly no matter what hour you roll through. They like to clean the ice cream machine around 2-3am, so plan your milkshake run accordingly. I don't know why so many people took the time to disparage the downtrodden in the parking lot, but they have never been an issue the many times I've been there. One of the better JBs in the area.

Service is good. Dude in the window was helpful. FOOD IS AWFUL. This is the second time my sandwich was cold and untoasted. Fries always cold. Eggrolls chewy, soggy and barely fried. And my soda had very little syrup in it. Who loves washing down cold burgers and fries and soggy eggrolls with unflavored seltzer water? If you do, go here. If you want food that tastes like it's from Jack In the Box, go to any other location. This one is terrible.

This is an okay Jack in the Box in a bad location. The area smells strange and is surrounded by trash and loiterers. Sometimes the food smells strange, too. The employees seem to be safely using masks and distancing when bringing out or handing over the food during the coronavirus/covid-19 quarantine. This is now largely a hub for commuters using the drive thru, so the unpleasant surroundings and local clientele aren't much of an issue.

The people who They call homeless are infact the ones who live in the government housing right across the street from the Jack in the box. So for the people who say that the homeless are the ones who are troubling them they are wrong it's the people who have a home that are bartherin them. As for the service it's is pretty good except for at night going through the drive through,tske's to long and sometimes the food is cold.

The place has a longer dine in wait time. Usually I’m ignored but then someone comes and help and food typically takes 4-5 minutes. The workers are nice and not rude. The drive through window gets presidencies over all other customers. The jack in the box is in a not so bad place but there is some homeless but nothing to be afraid of.

The last 6 times I have gone there after 10pm they have been "closed". Not normal closed, but during store hours (they are a 24 hour location) I pull up and they tell me through the drive thru that they are closed. When I ask why they tell me their system is down. Do like McDonalds or ANY OTHER FAST FOOD PLACE and just use a calculator. You can still cook. DO the math. Never going again. They're idiots.

I don't know how the drive-thru worker's going to accuse me of forgetting my PIN when I have to say it four times, just because she can't hear me. By the way when somebody orders a 7-piece jalapeno popper, typically you don't have to ask if they need a 3-piece or a 7-piece. If you had been listening instead of gossiping and laughing with your crewmate, you would have heard me say "7-piece" three times

Sketchy parking lot. Pulled in to drive thru and after they took the order for the car in front of me, they never returned again to take more drive thru orders. Six cars lined up behind me and still no service after 10 minutes. Can not comment on food quality since I was never able to place a drive thru order. Have to believe this is not one of the top Jack in the Box locations.

The service time is extremely slow in store. They should seriously consider hiring more employees. The is only 2 store employees, 1 is the cook and the other does drive through service. Basically no front counter cashier. Takes forever to order and receive food. Bad/slow processes. They need to understand that this is SUPPOSED to be a “fast” food restaurant not slow

I ordered 3 combo breakfast burritos of the same kind (meat lovers) and they handed to me 3 burritos of entirely different kind (i don't know what that is..stated grande sausage on the seal but not even what that is... cheese and hasbrown running wet, which I really really hate). So so disappointed...I can't believe I have to throw my breakfast away...

I went into the restaurant and waited 10 Minutes to use the lavatory.. after waiting I went to main check in area and they then informed me BOTH bathrooms were broken and had been for several weeks. We ordered food and when we got home two of our four items weren’t in the bag. No bathrooms, food problems…don’t waste your time going there again.

Bought a Jumbo Jack and asked for a little hot water for my cup of noodles and she said No. The hot water was 3 feet from her and there was no one inside. I even bought something and still got denied. The lobby smelled like piss from the homeless coming in and out. Also the patty was cold....I thought hamburgers were supposed to be hot.

Long drive thru line is the norm. Food is the usual Jack n Box. I only go for the Ice Tea - which is watery. But, they give a Senior Discount and the large is a large size. But, all in all, Frustrating to say the least . Oh, and they need a new microphone at the drive-thru, they can't hear you and you wind up screaming into it.

Don't come here expecting fast service like you are accustomed to at fast food restaurants. I ordered a basic burger and fries. The food 10 minutes to come out and it didn't even taste good. The area is sketchy as well. Lots of addicts and sketchy people hang around the parking lot. I don't recommend.

The drive thru line is extremely slow and ive made the bad call of coming here because of location (near hwy 87). Not only that but i was very specific about my order and even explained it twice and they got it wrong. Theres shady characters hanging around the complex, do not go there after dark.

Everything tasted delicious as usual and they were very helpful in terms of assisting me with my order and fast service. My only encouragement: there was plenty of "down-time" including drive thru activity, for the workers to freshen the tables and empty the trash (which was full).

Now ur prices are way to high and the food isn't that good anymore. Ur staff not out of pocket to paying customers. I will not going to eat there at all. It use to be my favorite place at one time but not no more. I would not recommend anyone to eat there either.

Not the best fast food, but in the late night, its great! Leaving a night of having a kickass time, Jack is the only thing open. But that's cool because there's hella choices and it all tastes good at midnight. The curly fries are FIRE!

Restaurant parking lot tends to have tweakers and people down on their luck. They don't bother anyone though. Restaurant itself is your average Jack in the Box. Good food, good prices, polite staff, short wait time.

Not the greatest fan of the menu. Would love to see the chicken supreme and frings make a comeback. Also, the taco salad and the chicken strips dinner. Weren't the 80's great? Right after the blew up the clown...

The food is fresh and delicious. The only problem I had was that a homeless man came up to my car trying to fight me while I was with my family. Very unpleasant. Don't think I'm going back any time soon

The only reason I'm giving the 1 star is because it's hard to appreciate a place that doesn't appreciate you as a customer.. They enjoy taking your money but they will not let you use their restrooms.

Open late. Staff is always friendly. Be sure to have cash if you come around 4am, since they have to close and restart their register POS system. Fresh, Fast and Friendly, that's all that's needed.

Service tends to be slow here in the drive-thru. The area is prone to have a lot of homeless and drug addicts wandering around and through the drive through which I do not like. The food is decent.

I love Jack in the Box! I have eaten at many of them all over the United States of America. I would rate this one a 6 of 10 cause the food is only middle of the road and they're not very friendly.

Not going to bash on jack but let's he real here. Their biggest mistake was removing the mozzerrla sticks... that's why you get the 2 star BUT jack has always done me a solid when I'm drunk.

I just went there and ordered a 5 piece chicken strips, got home only 3 pieces they didn’t give me my recipe, I saw that he charged 5 count on the screen, I been calling and no one answer

The food was good. But the drive through lady asked us to park and we did. She then scolded us for where we parked. Just didn't seem customer service wise worthy of her reprimand.

Some nights I've pulled up to the drive thru and they have a worker out there taking your order. Seems quicker and so far I've gotten everything I ordered.
