This was the best customer experience ever. Tom is a legend, suggested work around to my DIY problems. When I was indecisive he chose for me. The Christmas section was vibrant (I don't celebrate it but I appreciate the vibe). I look forward to my next visit... 6 star operation. Plus ladies at the till were kind and not racist. Brilliant.

Great hardware/garden supplies shop. Decent prices, very helpful and friendly staff. Parking around the back (entrance at side did os shop), 30 minutes for customers or there is a pay and display further down. Will carry heavier items to your car for you, if parked around back. Plants, tubs, soil, netting, tools, ornaments, etc , etc.

Love Jefferies! A proper hardware store! And One of the only long time stores left in AG! Brings back memories of being a little 3 or 4 year old wondering around the store (34/5 odd years ago) I even bought some of my very first tools from Jefferies when I was an apprentice! Still got a hercules cold chisel and a set square!

First time visiting the shop to have keys cut. The prices are extremely competitive. And the customer service is top tier. They greeted me on entrance and there was a positive vibe within the shop. They were very helpful and I found all I needed with ease. Highly recommend as some prices are cheaper than found online.

Jeffries is a jewel in the crown of Acocks Green. A real traditional local hardware shop. An amazing range of products for the home, the handyman, gardener, plumber, electrician, decorator, whatever! The staff are friendly, helpful and between them, pretty knowledgeable. Prices and quality are IMO pretty good.

Have been visiting this store for 34 years. I have been there with many odd requests. They have always had what I wanted. The staff are so helpful, some still there since I was little. The layout is great, and prices are on everything. I honestly can't fault them. I hope they are there for decades to come.
